The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

Отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Закрытая территория, очень зелено, шикарные бассейны. Магазины и множество кафе в шаговой доступности, до пляжа идти минут 10. Апартаменты свежие, все необходимое есть, тихо и уютно. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за встречу и помощь во всех вопросах!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Alles war perfekt, wir würden immer wieder kommen.☺️ Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man benötigt und auch der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this modern and stylish apartment in March 2025. The apartment offers plenty of space for a family with a child, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the quiet location on the 4th floor at the end of the corridor, providing a peaceful retreat. The balcony overlooks the stunning pool area of the complex, and the residence is right next to a beautiful and quiet section of Mai Khao Beach. Due to the more secluded location, renting a vehicle is recommended, as having your own or a rented car makes it much easier to explore the area and reach nearby amenities. The nearest convenience store (7-Eleven) is about 2 km away. Communication with our host, Lyn, was excellent. She responded quickly to our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We would gladly book this apartment again and highly recommend it to guests seeking relaxation and tranquility.

Eine schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung . Mit der Möglichkeit sich selbst tu versorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr groß, das ist einfach toll. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und am Abend kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Der Strand ist nach 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, was einfach toll ist. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Очень хорошие стильные апартаменты. Все новое, чисто. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Потрясающий бассейн. Очень тихий район. На мой взгляд, это один из лучший районов на Пхукете. Отель располагается в пешей доступности от моря. Спасибо большое! Мы остались очень довольны!

Sehr moderne Unterkunft und direkter Zugang zum Pool. Schöne Raumaufteilung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und angeschlossenen Badezimmern. Gastgeberin Yana ist sehr nett.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for such a period. If we would have stayed for a longer period, of course, the apartment should look for a bigger one. Overall it was great, clean cozy, lots of cool places in the neighborhood. In general, if you want to spend an unforgettable time in a place to eat this is what you need. Be immediately ready for the fact that 90% of your neighbors will be Russian-speaking)))

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment on the diamond resort complex. The communication from Davide was brilliant and Gib met us on arrival to show us around. The room is spacious, clean, very quiet and had everything we needed (The air-con is great). The apartment is in a perfect location with a brilliant moped hire company just 20 meters down the road (Pro Rent). The pool is great, WiFi is fast and the bed is really comfy. There is also a washing machine which was great for us to wash our clothes, set for our next stop on our travels around Thailand. My girlfriend and I would highly recommended staying here and would stay again if we returned to Thailand. Highly recommended

Perfekte Unterkunft in Rawai Beach – einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage in Rawai war perfekt, mit tollen Restaurants und allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was impeccably clean and fitted with all the necessities, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic … much quieter and more family-friendly than Patong, yet still well-connected. Grabbing a Bolt or taxi is super easy and affordable. Just 20 minutes away is Turtle Village, which has some restaurants and shops, but I wouldn’t recommend it as the food isn’t great and is overpriced. Instead, I highly recommend local restaurants like “Micky Monkey Beach Restaurant”, located right next to the condo complex, for amazing, cheap and authentic Thai food. Nearby hotels like Renaissance and JW Marriott offer great restaurants with a mix of Int. and Thai cuisine. The condo complex itself is ideal, featuring pools, a stunning beach, a gym and incredibly friendly housekeeping staff. The host was wonderful … super responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great host , great place , amazing roof top with infinity pool

Our big family 7 persons had stayed the house for 5 days, which is clean and big, walking distance to Big C market, 7 11 convenient store and lots of restaurants. we cooked 3 dinner meals, the kitchen is fully equipped that we could find every thing what we need. the housekeeper Sa and house manager Jack is very friendly. The only problem what we met is the washing machine. Sa helped me to slove it once time, but I could not make it work for me after, looks like it is more familiar with Sa than me. Haha. Fortunately there is another one in the -2 floor, just climbing more steps for us to do the washing work. We really enjoyed our stay in Irina's house, thank you Irina.

It’s a good place for a family retreat. Place is clean and maintained. Housekeeping will come in every 3 days I believe. Within the compounds, there’s a pool, sauna and jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. House is spacious is convenient. Thank you Viktor for hosting

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

I had an absolutely delightful Chinese New Year holiday at Tara's house. The house is beautifully designed and truly a dream home for me. Tara was incredibly thoughtful by preparing New Year decorations for us after learning that we were celebrating Chinese New Year there. Every facility in the house was complete, making our holiday extremely enjoyable. To our great surprise, Tara arranged for a housekeeper every day to tidy up the rooms and do our laundry. This is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in.
