Perfect stay after coming in the from the airport!

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

Titels-i korterite kompleks on Rawai-Naiharni piirkonna kontekstis hea asukohaga. Asub põiktänavas, kus on rahulik, häirivat liiklusmüra ei ole. Kompleksis oli 2 basseini - üks lastele sobilik madal, teine normaalsügavusaega, kus saab ka ujuda. Korter ise on sümpaatne. Korteri viimistlus on küll juba päevi näinud, kuid ei midagi hullu. Korteris on köögiga elutuba, 2 magamistuba, millest üks on aknata. Konditsioneerid kõigis ruumides. Ühe magamistoa kliimaseadme välisosa oli häirivalt mürarikas, aga kasutasime öösiti ainult elutoa kliimat ja hoidsime magamistubade uksed lahti. Nii toimis hästi. Perenaine on tore ja suhtleb meeldivalt! Julgen seda kohta soovitada!

Hotel na wzgórzu, ale dzięki temu jest cichutko i można odpocząć. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone Super kontakt, pozdrawiam gospodarza ;)

Замечательная уютная квартира в классном месте на Равае. В квартире есть абсолютно всё необходимое, что нужно для жизни. Идеальное соотношение цены и качества! Выбирайте смело. Отдельное огромное спасибо чудесной Виталии за помощь с размещением и советами. Благодаря вашей помощи без проблем открыл счёт в местном банке! :)

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Ich bin so froh konnten wir verlängern in dieser großartigen Unterkunft. Wir haben von A bis Z alles genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Ettiene war großartig! Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns weitergeholfen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen! Ein absoluter Traum! Ich komme wieder.

Only stayed one night for flight in morning but was a great place to stay close to the airport very clean comfortable and quiet! Nice hosts

Отличный хозяин. Хороший вариант за свои деньги. Ежедневная уборка.

Nur die Möbel waren der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht ganz gewachsen. Umleimer an verschiedenen Stellen Repariert und Schranktüren verzogen. Dafür kostenloses Wäsche waschen. Reinigung bis zu 1-2 mal die Woche ist enthalten, mehr ist auf Wunsch möglich. Kontakt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Super schönes Apartment! Exakt wie auf den Bildern:) Alle waren sehr freundlich! Einzig die Lage gilt es zu beachten! Also entweder Roller mieten oder bereit sein für jeden Weg ein Taxi o.ä. zu nehmen. Das Café ist allerdings eine gute und leckere Option direkt vor der Tür:)

The host gave very clear instructions on how to check in and everything went very smoothly The place is exactly like the photos. It is a very cute and comfortable apartment, although a little small. In terms of location, it is walking distance from the patong beach. But a little far from bangla street entrance of the patong beach. Overall i would highly recommend this place.

Great place for the price! Walking distance to Bangato gym and Bangtao beach. Check-in and check-out and all communication was very simple and easy, which I highly appreciate. Few minor queries I had were solved within minutes, thanks Johanna! :)

Светлая уютная квартира, оборудована всем необходимым для продолжительного проживания. Для одного человека в самый раз. С Maurice я не встречалась, общались только по переписке, очень заботливый и вежливый человек, писал, спрашивал все ли хорошо. Немного омрачали проживание комары и лягушки периодически устраивали пения, но это вопрос всего кондо, по периметру зданий устроены водоемы, там растут лотосы. Лотосы конечно прекрасны, но вода место размножения комаров. Конечно я купила дымные спиральки..но...

Great stay! Host was really responsive and prompt whenever something would arise. Check in was really easy. She has a great connect to motorbike rental, which made jt easy.

I had a fantastic stay here! The flat is super spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax, and the location couldn’t be better—just 100 meters from the market, where I could buy fresh, affordable food every day. The atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful; I didn’t hear a thing from the neighbors, which made it a perfect spot for me because im very sensitive. The view was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so well! The electric bill was also very reasonable, just 700 baht for the week. Another great perk was meeting interesting people from places like New York and France at the pool, which added to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and convenient place to stay!

Över förväntan med städning i gång i veckan och rent sänglinne och handdukar. Hjälpsam personal och lugnt område. Rutger hjälpte oss snabbt när lamporna i badrummet var trasigt. Restaurang, kafé, pool och takpool, barer och gym på området. Gångavstånd in till Kamala by och till stranden. Enda minus var att man fick korsa en stor trafikerad väg för att komma till stranden samt att Wi-Fi var dåligt. Men finns mini bussar som kör till stranden och köper man till eget 5G så funkar det med wifi. Bättre mottagning i receptionen och restaurangen för de som tänker arbeta från boendet.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay at Kanda's Apartment! We had a fantastic stay at Kanda's apartment in Patong. The place was cosy, stylish, and centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the area. It was just a short walk to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, yet still peaceful and comfortable. Kanda was very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. Overall, a great experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Patong!
