Es una casa amplia, bonita, en el fraccionamiento donde se encuentra esta muy tranquilo, Israel estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo, y con excelente ubicación.

Josefina's house was a haven of peace hidden just a few minutes' drive from the city center. We traveled with our three boys and each of us felt right at home. The decor of the house is truly magnificent! The kitchen is so well equipped. The garden was lush with greenery. The beds are really comfortable. We stayed for nearly ten days and would have prolong our stay longer if it were possible. We appreciated the fact that a cleaning lady came to clean the house from top to bottom, as did the person responsible for cleaning the pool. Speaking of the pool, that's where my kids spent most of their time, and who can blame them. It's so inviting! Thank you once again for making us feel so welcome Josefina and for being so quick to respond. We can't wait to return to Merida!

Great home, it felt like it was my own very comfortable. The views from the top floor were amazing. Every bedroom had its own amazing spacious bathroom. The A/C units all worked well and kept us nice and cool while we slept as well during the day when it was at its hottest outside. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of the city, the swimming pool was nice and cool perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very attentive to any messages and questions.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family.

Nous venons de passer presque un mois dans cette maison bien conçue et bien équipée. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. L’espace extérieur avec sa piscine est un plus dont nous avons profité quotidiennement. Merci à Carlos pour son excellent accueil et sa disponibilité.

Fantastic space. It was so very beautiful and the pool was great. While the pool is the best part of the pictures, once you step in, you will see the whole place is gorgeous. The location is central to everything and very close to the airport. When I come back to Mérida, I want to stay again.

La casa del Árbol es un alojamiento excepcional!! Está completamente equipado para tener una estancia literalmente como si estuvieras en casa, es ideal para familias con y sin niños, la casa está recién remodelada con una piscina en casa espectacular, la zona es muy céntrica y segura, Jerome es un excelente anfitrión siempre preocupado de darte las mejores recomendaciones y al pendiente de tus necesidades! Great place to stay! Wonderful Host! Adam was very helpful at getting us situated, showing us around, and went the extra way at making sure everything was perfect. The house was lovely, great use of space. House had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay, will def love to come back.

Fernanda es una súper anfitriona, nos hizo sentir en cada, siempre pendiente a cualquier detalle o duda que tuviéramos, además con los detalles que tuvo con mi esposa y conmigo, y al igual con nuestras tres peludas que nos acompañaron en el viaje. Mí Casita, es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Mérida y más si llevas mascotas, Fernanda las acepta con tanto cariño, y algo también muy importante es que se encuentra ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerca de restaurantes y centros comerciales, no había que desplazarse mucho para llegar a estos. Muchas gracias Fernanda por toda tu amabilidad y ser tan buena anfitriona, en nuestra próxima visita a Mérida sabemos que no tendremos que buscar más, Mi Casita es nuestra opción.

This is my second time staying at Debbie’s beautiful home and this time I stayed for over a month. Casa Dulce is a stunning historic home with modern art, high ceilings, a spectacular arched doorway, gorgeous pool and outdoor area, and entire private separate casita with it’s own bathroom. There is tons of room and you really feel like you are staying in one for Merida’s grand homes with lots of history. The location is perfect—walkable to nearly anywhere you want to be in Merida, including Centro, tons of restaurants, shops, the zoo and parks, grocery stores, and more. Jacky, the house manager, is always available and very helpful, and Debbie, the owner, happened to be staying next door so I had the pleasure of meeting her and visiting with her friends. I am happy to have found such a gem in Merida and will absolutely be back!

Toda la estancia en el alojamiento fue muy agradable, el lugar coincidía con las fotos y la descripción, estaba limpio, contaba con las amenidades que mencionaba. La verdad dormimos muy a gusto. El vecindario tranquilo y seguro. Y alrededor había muchos lugares para comer, además de que era un buen punto para movernos a los diferentes destinos turísticos que visitamos. Si regresara de vacaciones, sería un lugar que volvería a buscar para quedarnos. Gracias por la buena estancia.

This was a great spot for a secluded getaway. Coming from a condo in a beach town, it was great to have all the outdoor space for our pups to run around. There was comfortable outdoor seating and the pool was very refreshing (the multiple levels/depths were a nice touch, too). The kitchen has all you could ask for in a short term rental, the bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure in the showers was very good. It was only two of us, so we didn’t use half the space, but it seems like it would be great for a family, as well. David was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful anytime we had a question (which wasn’t often). There is not a lot within walking distance if you are looking for nightlife, but there is a convenience store at the corner and several nearby (10-15 minute drive) communities have plenty of options. From the house to downtown Merida, it’s about 35-40 minutes, so plan accordingly if that’s your main focus. For us, it was exactly what we were looking for.

El departamento es hermoso, acogedor y cómodo, asegurando una estancia placentera. Lo que realmente destaca es la hospitalidad de Andrea, la anfitriona. Su amabilidad y atención fueron sobresalientes; siempre disponible y atenta a cualquier necesidad. Su disposición para ayudar y su rápida respuesta me hicieron sentir respaldado y bienvenido. La combinación de un espacio bello y cómodo con la atención personalizada de Andrea hace que lo recomiende sin dudarlo.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. El alojamiento es perfecto para viajar con bebés. Nos facilitaron una cuna que fue de mucha utilidad además tenían silla de bebe y hasta utensilios. Los anfitriones siempre están al pendiente de cualquier duda y son muy amables. El alojamiento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos.

We had a wonderful stay. We encountered some issues with the water but they resolved them quickly. Great location to all the important places, restaurants and shops. Parking in front of the house. The place looks just like the photos, beautiful!
