Ο χώρος ηταν άνετος για 4 άτομα ,πεντακάθαρα ολα μεσα στο διαμέρισμα, νιωθαμε ασφάλεια και ο οικοδεσπότης ηταν Υπέροχος μακάρι να υπάρχουν τέτοια άνθρωποι στο χωριό αυτο!

We loved staying at Heliopetra. The room is walking distance from Chora and therefore many buses, so easy if you don’t have a car. The view from our room was breathtaking (seriously, the AirBnb photos can’t do justice to that sunset). The room was spotless and very spacious. Our hosts were wonderful - made us feel at home and gave lots of great recommendations for where to swim, eat, and drink! We’re just sad we couldn’t stay for longer! Will definitely be back - thank you!

Es ist ein perfekte Wohnung für 2 Leute. Das Balkon ist schön. Es hat kein Küche aber braucht man nicht weil kannst 3 min laufen und hast verschiedene Essen Auswahl mit billige Preise. Wenn du Sachen waschen musst oder bügeln gibst ein Waschsalon direkt neben den air BnB. Die kommt auch morgens wenn ihr wollt die wechselt die Hand und Badetücher auch die Bett Wäsche oder wenn ihr wollt könnt ihr auch sagen ihr wollt nicht die respektiert deine Entscheidung. Die Wohnung für den Preis ist einfach perfekt.

We absolutely loved our stay! Amazing location: 10 min walk to the beach (uphill on the way back) a few minutes walk to the town with restaurants, supermarket and bus links close by. As other reviews mention there is a nightclub next door but the place was so well insulated we actually couldn’t hear any noise at all. The place is a bit small but closely resembles the photos and with the balcony, the space wasn’t an issue at all. It was very clean, and the cleaner came by every other day and did a great job. They provided cups but no cutlery or plates which is something to bear in mind. Also minimal room in the mini-fridge for lots of food. Air-con worked perfectly. Linda was so helpful and responsive. Our ferry didn’t arrive until late but she was happy to wait for us. Launderette right nextdoor which was ideal. Such good value for the price. Can’t image anywhere better and would definitely return.

I booked Kostas’ place for my honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful. It is in walking distance to the beachfront with great restaurants. Thank you for the cheese block, it was delicious and such a nice gesture. I would most definitely come back to his place and I would highly recommend to stay at his beautiful accommodations.

Så snällt att erbjuda transfer från vårt första boende på ön. Kommunicerade skriftligt och sedan via mobil när vi missade att svara. Kändes hemtrevligt och boendet hade en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Uteplatsen var mysig och vi fick besök av både en glad hund och en snäll katt. Det finns sköns solsängar i bästa läge som vi tyvärr inte nyttjade. Köket fungerade för matlagning, vissa redskap saknade vi dock. Det fanns gott om hygienartiklar att tillgå, bekvämt. Boendet ligger nära strand, klippbad och restauranger, relativt brant men kort uppförsbacke på hemvägen. Sovdelen i boendet kändes lite trång och instängd. Sammanfattningsvis trivdes vi väldigt bra och njöt av utsikten under våra 3 dagar här.

The location was perfect, next to the bus stop and close to all restaurants and bars. The bus to the beach took 5 minutes and came very regularly. The place was very clean and was cleaned again during our stay. The host always responded within seconds of contacting her and the view was great for sunset!

We’d really like to keep Ioanna’s place a secret it’s so good!! However that’s not fair. Everything about the apartment was wonderful, spotlessly clean, great little kitchen, comfortable bed but the crowning glory a view to die for. If that’s not enough the hosts Ioanna and Michalis are the loveliest people. Both from IOS they are truly experts on the island and provided such useful information on eating out, shopping, beaches and walks. But shhhh don’t tell anyone else about Heliopetra or they’ll all want to go there!!

Tutto meraviglioso! George è stato davvero impeccabile, super disponibile e sempre in allerta per farci stare al meglio. La casa era splendida, le foto non rendono, la vista da questa casetta è indimenticabile. Posizione ottima, il bus è a 5 minuti e la vista dalla casa è magica. Fra l’altro è un posto ideale per tutti quelli che cercano tranquillità e bellezza. È una parte dell’isola poco trafficata, la spiaggia a 4 minuti penso sia la più bella di ios. Ristoranti e Pathos attaccati a casa, Erego, uno dei ristoranti/club sulla spiaggia è vicinissimo alla casa e consigliamo di fare un salto. Insomma un sogno! Grazie George per il bellissimo pernottamento. Da cinque stelle se non più!

She was so kind and made our stay incredible and easy. She was always available and held our bags for us after check out. The place was very nice, clean, and a great view! You should stay here.

Σας παρακαλώ εμπιστευτείτε μας και μείνετε σε αυτό το υπέροχο καινουργιο και καθαρό σπίτι. Έχει τα πάντα όσα χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι για να σας κάνει να περάσετε υπέροχες διακοπές. Όλα καινούργια και πεντακάθαρα. Οι οικοδεσπότες του Ο Επαμεινώνδας και οι γονείς του θα σας κάνουν να νοιώσετε σαν στο σπίτι σας. Υπέροχοι και καλοσυνάτοι άνθρωποι έτοιμοι να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειάζεστε. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα. Ανυπομονούμε για το επόμενο καλοκαίρι να βρεθούμε και πάλι εκει. Υ.Γ. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες.

Great location less than 5 minute walk to beach and multiple nice restaurants and bars. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate soufflé at delfini. Lovely hosts, welcomed us with a smile. Clean apartment with great air con.

Beautiful sunset view of Ios - in the Chora but also with enough privacy for a quiet night - and there is parking! Georges and Florence were great hosts. We had all the info we needed for a great stay and they were very responsive to all our questions. Would totally recommend staying here.

Hugh’s place was my favorite in all of Greece. The personal pool overlooking the beach was my favorite part of this place. My wife and I booked for our honeymoon and had the best experience. Hugh is an amazing host and was so helpful with everything to know about IOS and to make it a great trip. Thank you again!

This is my first in Greece, and I love how this Airbnb was close yet just far enough from all the foot traffic of Thira. It was very walkable to the restaurants, stores and the sights. The Airbnb was very cute. Jacuzzi was really nice to be in. The walls of the balcony are waist high so it’s not as private if one is hoping for true privacy. Bed was soft and cozy. The pictures are accurate. Alex was readily available and responsive to all my messages. He even met us at our drop off! Such a warm welcome. And he provided all his tips and tricks and recs of Greece! One thing to know? Although the bathroom looks really nice, be careful when showering. There is no door. So water will be everywhere. But rest assured, there a bath mat and a drainage hole by the toilet for slight overflow. Overall, very positive experience!!

We loved our stay at Casa Itaca! We had a super early flight the morning of our arrival, and Daniele was kind enough to arrange a transfer for us and let us check in early. The apartment was super clean and tidy, and he welcomed us with fresh fruit, yogurt, and a bottle of wine. He also left us with a binder for all things Santorini, including great restaurants, helpful tips, and tailored activities. Our stay was peaceful and private, and only a 15 minutes walk from Oia. I highly recommend!

Alex was very helpful with recommendations & even helping book things. She set us up on this awesome winery tour visiting three different wineries! The place was awesome with an incredible view. Right on the walking path in Oia. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in a beautiful location! Communicative and friendly host! Recommend breakfast at Goat in a Boat! Note: The hot tubs on the islands tend not to stay hot between Oct-April, so if you are staying during this time, know that the hot tubs will most likely not be hot.

The apartment is located in a really nice area in Thira: it is very quiet but at the same time very close to shops, restaurants. The bus station is just 7 minutes walk. The apartment is very nice a clean. The first and second floors have a low ceiling so, for tall people, can be a little bit uncomfortable. The host was kind and helped us with everything we needed!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Santorin ! Nous avions le nécessaire à proximité. L’hôte a été génial ! Il a géré la location de quad, super. Nous recommandons vivement.

Words aren’t enough to describe how much me & my partner loved this place. Speechless from the moment you get to the villa to the last very minute. Beautiful, peaceful & outstanding in every way. Without forgetting John, who made our stay a lot easier due to always helping us & being so pleasant. THANK YOU! The cleaning lady too, who was soo sweet & kind. To concluded, we loved loved this property & Oia, looking forward to be back soon.

This villa has an awesome view, hard to find elsewhere. The layout of the 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom was perfect for our family of 4. The included breakfast from a nearby hotel was a huge plus! The local host Sotiris was very responsive both leading up to the trip and during the trip. He had great suggestions for sight seeing and eating for us even during the off season. Would definitely recommend the property!!
