Unforgettable stay in Santorini. We can’t stop raving about this property & its host, Theodoris. From arranging transportation to personally escorting us to the property & having a porter handle our luggage’s, the service was impeccable. The property exceeded our expectations, matching its photos but surpassing them in person. A warm welcome awaited us, complete w/ a pleasant aroma, refreshments, & snacks. As owner of a local winery, the host offered a bottle of wine & daily housekeeping ensured our stay was seamless. Thodoris’s hospitality knew no bounds- he provided restaurant recommendations & even booked a sailing boat tour for us. The private jacuzzi n BREATHTAKING view of the caldera made our stay truly unforgettable. We’re heartbroken to leave, but we’re taking cherished memories of Santorini w/ us. The view & location were everything we dreamed of. Mahalo, Theodoris for an unparalleled experience.

Amazing stay!

We had a lovely time at Villa Trace and used it as our base to explore more of the island. Given its location, a car is absolutely necessary especially in the warmer months where it is too hot to be walking in the heat of the day. They also provided a very generous daily breakfast which was a nice surprise. The bedrooms were spacious and we comfortably stayed as a family of 5. My only comment would be that the villa is situated directly next to a busy road (trucks and buses all day and into the evening), which I was not aware of prior to booking. This made relaxing by the pool a little harder with the traffic noise but we still had a fantastic time regardless! Highly recommend if looking for a base to get out and explore.

This villa was amazingly beautiful and spacious. It is right on the water and the treat of hearing the waves and looking at the ocean was wonderful. The garden is beautiful with lots of places to sit and enjoy the view (thought it was mostly cold and rainy when we were there - so our view gazing was only from the hot tub usually). The villa is well furnished and lovely inside with plenty of space and amenities. Ioakim is so kind and met us when we arrived with cake and food for the night and breakfast so we didn't have to go out right away. You need a car to stay here but with a car, it is a great base location being 10 minutes from Fira, 15 from Oia, and at most 30 minutes from anywhere else we wanted to go. This was probably the best airbnb we've ever stayed in and we stay in airbnbs often all over the world!

Antonis and Adele are incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful hosts. They greeted us right when we arrived, walked us to the Airbnb, and shared great recommendations based on our limited time. The space is spotless, modern, and uniquely built into the mountainside—absolutely stunning. We highly recommend renting a car to explore all Santorini has to offer. Five stars all the way!

The owner, Panayiota, is a superb host. She communicated proactively, was highly responsive and thoughtful. The villa is well appointed, stylishly decorated, very clean, modern and is air conditioned throughout. The bathrooms are spotless, there was endless hot water with good showers. The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to dine in. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The pool is a good size with great sunbeds, parasols and towels. Plenty of places to sit around to chat and relax. The garden ideally set up for families with a small slide and seesaw for the children and adjoins the pool. Indeed the villa is highly suitable for families with children. Panayiota had a cot and toys made available for our 2 year old. The beech is a small walk (5-10 minutes) where there are lots of tavernas and bars to choose from. The beach itself has soft sand, and gentle waves. If you want to go further you will need a car. We strongly recommend.

Wir hatten eine total schöne Zeit bei Dimitris! Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön. Mit einem Auto sind alle tollen Orte auf der Insel super einfach zu erreichen. Gerne wieder :)

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

Fantastic!! If you’re looking for a clean, well equipped place with a porch and view you never want to leave, don’t think twice. The house is literally steps away from the gorgeous Faragas beach - but we had trouble leaving the porch of the villa. We have visited a number of Greek islands and this panoramic view is actually to die for. To accompany the view is a very clean house, that is equipped with all that you need to feel immediately at home - and if you needed anything, Kostas was more than willing to quickly help you get it. We were a family traveling with small children and were beyond delighted with our stay. The drive to Aliki is about 5-10 mins, Pariaka about 15, and Noussa 30-40. Don’t thing twice about this place - we never wanted to leave!!

Relaxing on the upper balcony with the most amazing view on Santorini was the best part of the trip. Relaxing in the private whirlpool tub was also nice. The space is very large and comfortable.

5 star hotels have nothing on this beautiful place! Everything was absolutely perfect! From getting a driver to the stay, checking in, breakfast every morning! Clean of the rooms every day, super comfortable and the view is out of this world!!!! This was very private and right in the heart of Oia! What more can you ask for!! Definitely coming back!

Place is just next to the sunset spot, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Oia. We love the unique design of the rooms. The upstair loft with a window facing the ocean is unbelievable. Loukia helped to arrange rides from and to the airport which was very convenient. We even got help for carrying luggage from the drop off point to the house, and vice versa. We had a great time!

Manos was our host, he was kind, generous with his time and care - and checked in on us regularly (never intruding). We loved the house, it felt authentic, spacious and the well appointed. The view was Incredible - seriously this is a view and sunset that is good for your soul. We loved the pool and the proximity by car ( this is essential ) to many of Paros best beaches and restaurants. If you have a big group or kids this is a great house and I'm sure you'll love it.

This place is so lovely from the gorgeous views, updated spacious rooms, large decks, beautiful pool overlooking the water, and even a little private hot tub tucked into the hillside. The service is beyond compare. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast on our deck overlooking the water. There was attention to detail in every way. Ruben is such a kind, attentive and helpful young man. We felt like we were leaving a new friend when it was time to check out!

We were a group of 7 women in our 30s (6 non Greeks and 1 Greek) and had the most amazing time at Villa Dia. We would enthusiastically recommend this gorgeous, modern, clean, and peaceful place to anyone looking for an idyllic Naxian escape! Highlights: 4 beautiful bedrooms equipped with top quality greek linens from Coco-Mat and Aslanis Home Stunning architecture that reflects Greek sunshine and shadows like a coffee table book in real life A wonderful pool area for a group, we spent mornings, afternoons, and evenings alternating between swims, loungers, and the couches enjoying the scenery and the sunset The outdoor dining area is MADE for group dinners — we hired a private chef (shoutout Private Chef Naxos) for our last night and were THRILLED with this decision. High end, new finishing in the bathrooms, kitchen Every detail attended to! Truly cannot think of a single thing that was missing from our experience. We could not have picked a better place to spend our summer

I cannot speak highly enough of this stunning accomdation in such a convenient location and the most helpful and friendly hosts! From the moment we booked, Ian and Foti were so helpful -sending an informative info pack prior to departure, organising a taxi (giving a cheaper rate than Uber), meeting us to show us to the accomodation, walking us into town and pointing out lots of places to eat / visit and then providing recommendations via message when we were visiting other parts of the island. They really took the time and effort to make sure that our stay was the best it could be. The accomodation is beautiful and looks even better & more spacious than the photos suggest. The roof terrace is a particularly great feature. They even provided a turn down service every day - 5 star hotel treatment! Location wise, it's a six minute walk into Foti centre which has a plethora of restuarants, bars and bakeries. Here there is also the bus station to easily travel to other parts of the island

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it more! The house is so beautifully done, very clean and comfortable. There are so many little sun spots to relax in. Markos was so wonderful for our check in, he was at the house ready and waiting for us to walk through everything. We were gifted some iced tea, fruit & wine with the house which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for having us, we loved it.

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, modern and beautiful. Valentina was lovely, she is one of the people helping take care/manage the property. She met us upon our arrival and provided local recommendations. She also checked in a few times throughout our stay to ensure everything is ok. I would definitely stay again. One thing to note is that the property did not have any soap, paper towels or some other basic necessities. Water was also not provided, which is not required of course, but other properties we’ve stayed at usually had a bottle or 2 of water for us since we didn’t have time to go shopping before arriving to the Airbnb after our long travel day. Having some water in the fridge even 1 bottle would’ve been a nice touch.

La maison est incroyable exactement ce que l’on peut espérer à ce prix là avec un équipement complet. Cependant il faut savoir qu’il s’agit d’un groupe de 3 villas et vous pouvez malheureusement tomber sur des voisins bruyants qui peuvent gâcher votre séjour….

the house was amazing! the view from every window and from the patio is stunning. the house is fantastic equipped so that it is easy to cook and stay in, also there Is a great bakery and deli close by. all the rooms are big and comfortable and the house us beautiful lu

The house is pretty and new. Everything with the house is great except maybe the location. It's a little bit remote and not as easy to find. Once we learned the way (better and easier than the one from Google), we loved the convenience of walking to the beach and having great selection of places to eat. I even walked to town one day that my kids were sleeping in. The house is surrounded by farms, which is a cute experience if you don't mind the odors that get into the house, especially at night. Communication with the host was good. We enjoyed our stay big time. Naxos is an amazing island!

Nayia & Dani were great! They gave me recommendations & helped with reservations before we arrived & helped with any questions we had when we got there. The place was great, walking distance to Oia, but far enough away to be out of the crowds, very quite patio to enjoy the sunset on.

Absolutely loved our stay at Aeris! The view from the place was beyond breathtaking, making every moment feel like a dream. Konstantinos and his mother were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Without a doubt, the best accommodation in Koufonisia. Can't wait to visit again!

The villa was lovely especially having a private pool. The living and balcony areas were great for our group. A downside is that the villa is isolated especially walking to restaurants and the top floor bathroom is very difficult for elderly people. Other than that we loved it and the lady who came to clean was fantastic.
