Awesome stay. Wonderful vibes. Just beside lake with ok ok swimming pool. Rooms are very small and bathrooms need ventilation. Overall good experience. Caretaker was very helpful.

Three of us family members stayed here for 5 nights. It's a peaceful area and the villa is well equipped. It has a kind of homely feeling. The place has a soul unlike the modern , bland places. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again sometime in future.

I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

The river-facing view from this Airbnb was truly stunning and provided a much-needed sense of peace. We really enjoyed having that as a backdrop to our stay.Beyond the view, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, host was incredibly responsive. The apartment offers good value for the price you pay and is conveniently located near Baga Beach. While the property is slightly old, it is well-maintained, and the linens are clean. However, the only downside was the cleanliness of the pool, which could be improved.

I totally loved my stay . The rooms were clean with good amenities. There is also a supermarket down, just in case we had to get anything. The host was very helpful and understanding . Would totally recommend.

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

The hosts were exceptionally cordial and I was shown my room personally by them and all facilities available were explained in detail. It felt like home. The location is marvellous. I was provided keys to the main entrance as well as my room so access was so easy. I would recommend this Apartment to anyone including ladies travelling alone or with young children. Safety is also well looked after

The place and view is just beautiful. The air bnb was very clean and fresh. The location is also perfect between north and south goa. Saksham is also very helpful. He has his own cafe as well with very good and healthy food. Would definitely recommend the place without any second thoughts.
