The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

A good deal for the size of the house. Clean, spacious, well maintained house and a helpful & responsive caretaker. We had a comfortable one night stay here.

I'd say if you're a couple who's looking for a happy and peaceful retreat, which is perhaps unparalleled in this country, you REALLY NEED TO VISIT THIS PLACE! This was my first trip after a year full of troubles and I had the most rejuvenating 9 days ever! Prashant sir and Ragini ma'am were extremely welcoming and provided all necessary support, and more. I was a bit worried about privacy before I reached there but I'd say we had far more privacy than we had ever dreamed of, including while we were in the pool! For anyone planning a non-touristy Goa trip, you need to consider this place as the best possible option! Looking forward to coming here in monsoons again!

Very central location and very nice, responsive hosts. You have wifi, two rooms with airconditions and a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. You have everything you need in the neighborhood, including eateries and groceries. what more can you desire. I would recommend though to rent a scooter for a smoother transportation to the city and neighbourhoods. It would make your life easier. You have even a parking space in the house for the motorcycle. The house is good for renting for the longer stays.

Loved the tranquil villa! Peaceful, clean, tastefully done. We felt at home and relaxed. The hosts were very kind and responsive There were 2 master bedrooms with attached bathroom and one bedroom with twin beds and no attached bathroom. It suited us perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped and the hosts had arranged for cleaning making sure the place stayed perfectly put. We couldn’t have had a better stay and we highly recommend the villa

Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

We had an absolutely comfortable and welcoming stay. The caretakers were very prompt and helpful. The property was thoroughly cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provide too. The host also checked up with us if we were having a comfortable stay which felt nice. Would recommend that you book for your next trip to Goa! The location is great with close access to alot of the restaurants.

Our stay at Casa Bento was absolutely wonderful! The house itself is beautiful—well-maintained, spacious, and filled with charm. It was the perfect place to relax and soak in the Goan vibe. A special mention to our host, Diogo, who was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we had everything we needed and was always available for any questions or recommendations. His hospitality truly elevated our experience. We had loads of fun, and Casa Bento felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Goa. We’ll definitely be back!

Siddhartha and Pavika are incredibly good hosts. They went out of their way to ensure a perfect guest experience. The place is so thoughtfully planned and furnished, we felt like it was our own place. The view from the bedroom was fantastic. If you're considering the Siolim area, this is the place you're looking for.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

The home was absolutely wonderful! In a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the greenery of Goa, away from the hustle and bustle of most of North Goa is this villa - peaceful yet not far from the beaches & nightlife -Morjim, Anjuna, and Vagator beaches - 20-25 minutes away. The 8 of us stayed for 30 days with elderly parents that required daily home meals. The fully functional kitchen with all amenities (water purifier, stove, fridge, microware, etc) made it a great home away from home. A close-by, walkable, daily needs store, as well as supermarkets a short drive away allowed us to get whatever needed for daily cooking, etc. Swiggy for other daily needs & food order worked well. And of course all the great restaurants in North Goa are within 10-25 minutes reach w/ great cafes just 5 mins away. The hosts Susanna and Adrian were great in providing whatever was needed and were responsive. The housekeeper, Sheela was just great and took care of whatever we needed. Must visit!

We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

The place is so peaceful and serene that you will calm and relaxed . The surrounding is lush green and soothing to the eyes . The terrace is amazing and you can enjoy beautiful weather in the evening sipping coffee or tea . The host is very helpful and forthcoming in whatever you need .
