Όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, σε αρκετά κοντινή απόσταση από Βόλο και Πήλιο. Πολύ πρακτικό το ότι στον εσωτερικό χώρο τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται σε ξεχωριστό όροφο.

the house is old but it fits the area! we loved the house & the garden. 5 mins walk to the sea you are in private place. nature is at it best there. we enjoy our time in this old house. we came in bit cold weather.. the house heating is amazing! including floor heating. it gives super warmth atmosphere.

+Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα Κατερίνα, η οποία ήτανε εξυπηρετικότατη.Μας έδειξε το σπίτι κ μας πρότεινε μέρη για φαγητό. Όταν δυσκολευτήκαμε να ανάψουμε τα ξύλα του τζακιού, τα οποία ήτανε νωπά από την υγρασία κ την βροχή, άμεσα μας έφερε στεγνά κ μας βοήθησε να την ανάψουμε +Το σπίτι ήτανε ζεστό, υπήρχε καλοριφέρ κ κλιματιστικό για θέρμανση(Χρειάζεται να προστεθούν επιπλέον χαλάκια στο σαλόνι κ στην κουζίνα, καθώς μεγάλη επιφάνεια ήτανε ακάλυπτη,οπότε απαγορευτική για παιδιά που παίζουν κάτω) +Το μπαλκόνι είχε θέα την θάλασσα +Το μπάνιο πολύ ωραίο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο(Ένα κουρτινάκι στο παράθυρο είναι απαραίτητο) +Η κουζίνα σε άριστη κατάσταση(Θα χρειαστεί η προσθήκη μιας τοστιέρας, λίγο λάδι κ αλάτι) +Στην μπαλκονόπορτα του σαλονιού και στο παράθυρο του μπάνιου υπήρχαν αλουμίνια, σε αντίθεση με τα παράθυρα στις κρεβατοκάμαρες που ήταν κλασικά ξύλινα. Ξύλινη και η κυρία είσοδος, η οποία θέλει επιδιόρθωση. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!! Ευχαριστούμε για την διαμονή !!

Le logement de Dimitris est plein de charme situé au cœur du jardin planté d’agrumes...et en plus l'emplacement vous garanti un fabuleux coucher de soleil à admirer au choix : soit de la plage au bout du jardin !...soit depuis la terrasse privative ! ...que demander de plus ...nous avons passé 3 soirées magnifiques qui nous ont permis d'explorer le Pelion et de profiter du petit bourg d’Afissos et ses commodités facilement accessible à pieds depuis la maison... Dimitris est qui plus un hôte très sympa et trs attentionné parlant français !..une carresse aussi au chien de la maison Stella*** ;) ...si nous en avons a possibilité c'est certain nous reviendrons !!!

We loved Carlas place. We had a little trouble locating it due to a poor phone signal and the taxi driver refusing to drop us anywhere but the port. Once we arrived it was a perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Carla’s communication was great and she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

Vi nød vores ophold i Matas hus i Skiathos. Huset ligger skønt - meget tæt på by, restauranter og seværdigheder, men i en rolig gade. Som et plus har huset en dejlig gårdhave, hvor vi nød at sidde om aftenen. Mata er en virkelig god vært og var hurtig til at sende instruktioner for tjek ind og løbende følge op med anbefalinger og hurtig hjælp - også da vi formåede at låse os selv ude. Oven i hatten blev vi modtaget af hendes far ved tjek ind, der venlig ventede for at tage imod os. Der var ikke meningen, da vi selv bare skulle tjekke ind med nøgleboks. Men det var en fin gestus og dejligt at blive taget godt imod. Skiathos er en skøn ø og skal du besøge den, kan vi varmt anbefale, at du booker et ophold hos Mata. Skal vi til Skiathos igen, booker vi her!

Wir wurden mit dem Auto vom Bus abgeholt, was aufgrund des Gepäcks sehr hilfreich war, vielen Dank! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, die Terrasse ist mit den zwei Obstbäumen sehr bezaubernd und es kommen einige Katzen zu Besuch. :) Christos‘ Eltern wohnen ein Stockwerk höher im Haus und sind sehr nett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, eher außerhalb, aber nur wenige Minuten von allem entfernt.

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό κατάλυμα σε άριστη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικό parking δίπλα στο κατάλυμα με τιμή 10€ ανά 24ωρο για τους πελάτες τους καταλύματος. ΑΞΙΖΕΙ Η ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ 100%

Man kann es als kleines Juwel beschreiben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick und die Unterkunft dazu, machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Hier möchte man verweilen und bleiben. Unterhalb der Unterkunft gibt es eine traumhaft schöne Bucht zum Baden, mit Türkis-blauem Wasser. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Lena war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man die Landschaft und Ruhe genießen mag.

Einfaches aber sauberes Appartement, Verkehrslage relativ ruhig da die Hauptstraße hier bald endet, wenn Fenster zu kein störender Lärm von draußen, netter Kontakt am Telefon und vor Ort . Zahlreiche Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe, Busstation in die Stadt gegenüber, ein Strand fussläufig, viele andere in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar (Auto oder Quad), Supermarkt im Haus Alles in allem ein einwandfreies Urlaubserlebnis für 1 Woche

Flott sted, man kunne gå til stranden, ned til byen og kort vei til supermarkedet. Eneste minuset er at det er endel trafikk som går forbi men det gikk veldig bra.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Athena. Das Apartment war in einer besonders gut gelegen und man konnte alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind auch Athena sehr für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und fürs Abholen vom Flughafen dankbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Athena!

Rania and the accomodation is a true hidden gem. Never on Airbnb have we had such a welcoming, friendly and generous hosts, just like we’ve never seen an apartment looking so clean and well taken care of, including the amazing garden. Whenever we needed help, instructions or even food, Rania was always there to assist us with a smile on her face and as she says- it was her pleasure. She even gave us homemade food, fruit&vegetables from her garden and fresh water. However keep in mind the apartment is quite far from the main road so we definitely recommend renting a car or a motorcycle, the path is well accessible for good drivers. The surroundings are very quiet and there is a lot of options if you want to sit in the garden or sunbathe. We do want to recommend Rania’s accommodation to anyone considering it, as it truly was a perfect experience and felt more like visiting our own family in the countryside. It definitely was not our last stay. Thank you Rania!

The house was perfect, right in the center of the town. Next to everything. Pristine clean and fully stocked! Mr.George was great, proactive and thoughtful. Overall a perfect stay. We will be back.

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

Ένας πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος, σε κάνει να νιώθεις σα στο σπίτι σου.

We had a great stay at Sammi's apartment. The place itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and it was wonderful to find that Sammi had taken care of everything even small details so that we could feel immediately at home. The location is very convenient and close to everything. I definitely recommend it.

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Dimitris a été adorable avec nous , il était réactif et gentil à chaque échange que nous avons eu. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Spacieux, lumineux, confortable, idéalement placé à 10 secondes de la promenade en bord de mer. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre ou partager un repas en amoureux ou entre amis. La cuisine est top, le lit est confortable, le salon cosy, la salle de bain nickel également. En plus tout était vraiment super propre. Je recommande à quiconque voudrait passer un super moment à Volos !

Όλα ήταν τέλεια!!! Υπέροχη και ησυχία γειτονιά και πολυκατοικία! Η παραλιακή και το κέντρο είναι πολύ κοντά και με τα πόδια! Παρκαραμε το αυτοκίνητο στο ιδιωτικό parking του διαμερίσματος και δεν το χρειαστήκαμε ξανά! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις απαραίτητες υπηρεσίες! Η κα Κλεοπάτρα απαντούσε άμεσα συνεχώς και κάτι που χρειαστήκαμε, μας εξυπηρέτησε με πολύ μεγάλη χαρά! Έτυχε να την συναντήσουμε και στην πολυκατοικία και ήταν ευγενέστατη με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για το πως περάσαμε τόσο στο διαμέρισμα όσο και γενικότερα στην πόλη του Βόλου! Συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ μοντέρνος, πεντακάθαρος και άνετος. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, προνοητικός και έδινε σαφείς οδηγίες! Μια 10/10 διαμονή.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη διανομή!!! Περάσαμε υπέροχα !! Σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στο Βόλο θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα !!!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, σε ήσυχη περιοχή με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Ο Γιάννης εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκε. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα όταν επισκεφθούμε τον Βόλο.

Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία και πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα.
