Περάσαμε τέλεια !!! Είχαμε εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού!!! Ιδανικός χώρος για οικογένεια με παιδιά αφού η θάλασσα είναι μόλις δύο βήματα!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε το επόμενο καλοκαίρι!!!

Claude e Marianne sono stati molto gentili e disponibili con noi. ci hanno dato tanti suggerimenti e un aiuto quando nostro figlio ha avuto un problema all'orecchio. la casa è arredata con personalità e ha tutti i comfort per gli adulti e per i bimbi. la piscina è fantastica, i letti comodi, la cucina fornita di tutto. grazie Claude e Marianne!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, light-filled, large, modern apartment close to the beach and walkable to other Kalamata neighborhoods. It was a great place to stay!

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Un excellent choix, l'appartement est ravissant,aménagé avec bon goût et avec une terasse immense! Stella et son mari ont été très aimables,des hôtes parfaits! Merci pour leur hospitalité, un endroit à recommander.

Modernes, toll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Balkon unmittelbar am Meer im 1. Stock. Schönes und praktisches Bad/WC. Komfortable Betten in einem ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmer auf der Hinterseite. Die Cafes und Tavernen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, stören die Nachruhe aber überhaupt nicht. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind am Hafen reichlich vorhanden. Alles Bestens!

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από το χώρο! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο! Οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα!! Πολύ φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες! Το σημείο πολύ καλό! Θα ξαναμέναμε σίγουρα αν ξανα επισκεπτόμασταν την περιοχή!

Die Unterkunft war schön und hatte viel Platz. Es gab sogar zwei Badezimmer, man kann diese Unterkunft gut zu viert besuchen. Das Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben schnell eine Rückmeldung auf alle Fragen erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist ca 10‘ zu Fuss von den Restaurants entfernt und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand unterhalb (Privatstrand der Resorts) ist ruhig und leer und man kann gut Zweisamkeit geniessen. Es hat sogar zwei Liegestühle in der Unterkunft welche man nach unten nehmen kann. Das Bett war auch bequem jedoch war es eher eng, wer es kuschelig mag hat sicherlich keine Probleme damit. Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

The house itself is a work of art with its chic, minimalist design 🖤, creating a space that feels modern yet welcoming. The lush orchard and enchanting garden 🌿🍋, filled with fragrant herbs and blossoming bushes, made it a peaceful retreat – truly a feast for the senses. Just a short walk away, we enjoyed delicious meals at Panorama Restaurant 🍽️, which has fantastic views to match the wonderful food. We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

המארחים היו מדהימים , עזרו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים ונתנו לנו תחושה טובה. הדירה שלהם מהממת , ממש כמו בתמונות. הג'קוזי מדהים וצופה לים היפה החדר הורים ממש גדול ומפנק. המטבח מאובזר עד לפרטים הכי קטנים שיש. הכל מאוד מרווח ,נעים ונקי. ממליצים בחום .

A family of 6 adults we all enjoyed every minute of this traditional home. So close to the beach and Agios Nikolaos. The welcome from Villy’s father made us feel as if part of his family. The welcome treats were many and delicious. Villy was attentive throughout our stay. Everything in situ worked well. Super holiday

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι, με όλες τις ανέσεις, το οποίο καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, που διαθέτει πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ τριγύρω. Η κα Καίτη είναι υπέροχη και πολύ εξυπηρετική και προνοητική. Σε κάθε μας αίτημα απαντούσε πάρα πολύ άμεσα, ενώ πριν φτάσουμε στο σπίτι μας είχε στείλει πληροφορίες αναλυτικές για το τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε στην περιοχή, σχετικα με το φαγητό, κα. Σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά που θα κατεβούμε προς Καλαμάτα και τα περίχωρα, θα προτιμήσουμε αυτό το σπίτι!

Great accommodation with a great location in a wonderful village. We’ll come again!

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt hat echt gut gefallen. Lage ist sehr gut. Apartment hat alles für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme gerne wieder.

It was a pleasure to stay in this place! The view from the patio is lovely and it is very quiet district close to the center of the town. There is a nice beach few minutes by car and it is a walking distance from many restaurants and cafeterias in the town. The flat was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Grigoris is also helpful and responsive, we received all necessary information before our stay. I highly recommend Grigoris' accomodation!

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Άψογος χώρος, καθαρός και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει όλες τις βασικές ανέσεις και βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, κοντά στην πλατειά. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα

The apartment was just amazing! Stunning view over the sea, really cosy, very nice garden to chill and it had everything you need. Everything was very clean. Zein and Andy were very friendly and gave us good tips and were always there for us. We really enjoyed the calm surrounding, did a lot of hiking tours. We highly recommend this apartment.
