Christ Church : chambres d'hôtel

We loved Barbados. The apartment is right at the beach, rather secluded. It's not near any town, so it's advisable to rent a car. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We were a little disappointed not to find a washing machine in the apartment, but there was a laundry service for extra charge. The apartment is very open, meaning there are only shutters to be closed, which makes it very airy, but also you can hear the waves on the rocks very loudly. In any case, it is a very special place and made our stay most enjoyable.

Eine super Wohnung, flexibler Umgang betreffend eines Zusatzgastes der ein separates Bett benötigte, unkomplizierter Austausch mit allen extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten dieser Inchcape Villas, eine Minute zum Meer, schöner Aussenbereich der allein zur Wohnung gehört mit diversen Sitzgelegenheiten und zwei Liegestühlen unter Kokospalmen: super! Herzlichen Dank. Es hat (was mit der Lage zu tun hat) nur ein Restaurant, zu Fuss 5 Minuten entfernt (Surfers Bay), welches jedoch erst ab 16 Uhr geöffnet hat, im Februar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Oistins, zwischen 5-10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Es braucht also ein Auto.

Siisti, tilava huoneisto. Voin lämpimästi suositella. Todella hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

Beautiful view from the front porch. Great location. If you’re looking for night life this is the place, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Down side is the music from the bars can be heard and goes on into the night.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. It has everything you would want but the main thing is it’s location. Close to super beaches where the sand is so soft you don’t really need the hired sun loungers which are available on some beaches. Just find a palm tree for some shade. Restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away as is a small supermarket. We went to the Oistens Friday Fish Fry which was fun, we used a taxi but close enough for a good walk. Michelle was very responsive to any request. In summary - a great place to stay.

such wonderful place to stay Awesome to wake up to ..Very clean and I feel the yellow bird had the best food right downstairs there staffwas so helpful and attentive .if I had anything to say is I wish we could of been prepared to Walk upstairs to 4th floor on our vacation.. it can get rough if you do Alot during days but everything else was splendid..we probably needed the exercise anyway lol

Great place to stay right across the water and around many restuarants. Nice area for strolling or jogging, with a few beaches nearby! Prepare for beautiful Sunset views!!

My husband and I had a peaceful and comfortable weeklong stay at Hidden Gem. Ann-Marie and Ameena were lovely hosts - extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The place was very calm and relaxing, located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool area and called it our “oasis”. We enjoyed the home cooked breakfast and coffee each morning (try the guava jam if it’s available!). Some nights we brought back dinner to enjoy on the upstairs deck while listening to the waves and watching the full moon. From the hosts’ recommendations, we ended up enjoying one of my favorite nights of the trip in a lovely oceanfront restaurant with a live reggae band and lots of dancing. While the location is on the south of the island, it’s a 3 minute walk to the route taxi/bus stop or the hosts can help set you up with a taxi. Location is excellent for surfing and most days we watched kite surfers from the deck. We truly enjoyed our time and appreciate the hospitality!

Had a great time here! Located on St Lawrence Gap so very easy to access bars, restaurants and the beach. The room was perfect for us and had everything we needed. There is a restaurant/ bar (Amigos) within the hotel so it is very convenient to grab some breakfast when other places along the Gap are not open. There is also a small shop/ bakery (Crumbz) within the building stocked with local pastries. The pool area was perfect for chilling out by. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here and thought it was great value for money. Will definitely come back when we are on the island.

I must say I enjoyed my stay at Maxwell's. It easily exceeded my expectations. A special mention must be made of ALL the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and always had a welcoming smile (even when I lost my key fob. Twice!). The garden room allocated to me was fantastic! Maxwell's is located within walking distance of Oistins and St Lawrence Gap and on the main coast road, so is perfectly positioned for a great daytime and nighttime holiday experience. Also, the local taxi service favoured by Maxwell's was another plus point to an already amazing holiday! I got to see some offbeat local sights and visit family nearby in St Philip. The seven days I stayed in Maxwell's was idyllic, but, unfortunately for me, not long enough. I hope to return as soon as possible. I can highly recommend it to anyone who, like me, prefers a smaller, more intimate hotel where the staff have the time to get to know you and form a happy bond!

Was perfect for the two nights we were there. Close to the beach. Friendly staff.

Check in was easy but a bit delayed, however staff gave us a 50USD discount to make up for it. Throughout our stay they were lovely and took care of our room. It was my partners birthday and they gave us wine to celebrate. I can’t fault their service at all and will definitely come back!

A joint but private apartment stay, 5-20 feet from the pool area and laundry machines. Enjoyed the patio area, fan in living room and good size TV and able to log into netflix etc. Our place had a stove top but several units have a full stove. Tried the beachclub but much preferred our own pool, several families around with floats. The safe key was left on chairs outside, found after communicating with host and a few items in kitchen were replaced very soon. We enjoy the 10 minute walk to the multiple Holetown beaches and bus access. Many great restaurants nearby with Massy's. Strong cooling system in bedroom. Beautiful tropical plants around property with adequate shade, quiet. Relaxing. Spotted monkeys several times walking around. Bring blanket or request bed cover if sheets are not enough in the warm climate. Love the people in Barbados!

I cannot say enough about what a lovely place. This is. The staff was friendly and accommodating, responded to my email questions within minutes. The unit I stayed in is modern clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this to anybody wanting a beautiful place to stay in Barbados.

Excellent location and responsive team. Check in was very simple and we were able to check in well before the stated time. Any minor hiccups were dealt with swiftly. The apartment is nice for the price. The living room area can get hot during the day as it has no AC. But it didn’t bother us at all because we’d be out the house most days and of we stayed in we’d just open the doors to the porch which helped a lot. All in all. Great stay at Sunset

The accommodation was beyond words! The house itself looked majestic and it was very clean! Toanna is a super hospitable host and she is very attentive and responsive! I never had a real reason to contact her apart from enquiring about a local taxi service. The accommodation has a dining room with a kettle and microwave but no cooking facilities - this is OK for someone who does not intend on cooking. The pool is lovely and the WiFi is strong throughout the accommodation. There’s no need to bring your own Bluetooth speaker as a very big speaker is available in the dining room. A Smart TV with Netflix is also provided. Local restaurants are fantastic and are about a 20 min walk away! I would suggest going to Le Shack, Cutters & the Crane Hotel - they all have fantastic dishes with great customer service.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Palms Resort! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is top, de dames van de receptie zijn zeer vriendelijk! Leuk dat ze ook nog een cocktail party organiseerde. Het bed vond ik persoonlijk wat aan de zachte kant! Maar verder, helemaal top!

Fantastic stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful 10 night stay at Sunset Lane! This property offers all the comforts of home, including laundry, is close proximity to beautiful beaches (10 min walk), great area to walk to restaurants & shopping, beautifully landscaped, nice pool to cool off in and very responsive hosts. It's located on a quiet residential street, very peaceful. Everything we could hope for! We hope to return....for longer...next time 😊

This property is slightly set back from the main waterfront area which is actually an advantage: it misses out the over-activity and potential noise whilst remaining easy walkable distance to most things including all local amenities. The hosts were excellent in their communication and two minor things were repaired straight away. They got us in touch with local taxi and car hire as well. The property is good; we used the kitchen extensively. If there was a very minor point: some children staying in the property were a little noisy in the relatively small shared pool and the management could set up better instructions for parents.
