Great place, great host, and amazing location close to all of the great stuff in Christchurch city center.

This is our new favorite Chc spot ! close to Merivale Mall, quiet and private, comfortable and clean, all mod cons. Just loved the apartment!!

Apartment is bright and welcoming. Good location relatively close to city centre. Bus 60 (Wigram/Southshore) close by about every 30 mins so takes you into city centre. Garage is a large single - good size and height. We had a bit of difficulty getting in and out with a large car but small ones wouldn’t have a problem. Was very clean and warm. Had everything we needed. Can certainly recommend.

We were extremely happy. House was cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Was only 10 mins from sports venue. Highly recommend. The only thing was would be great to have an outside light .

Lovely stay at this beautiful place. Stunning views of Sumner. Very clean and friendly host. Please be aware it is up a steep and quite long hill from the centre, we walked/ran around which was great - if that’s not appropriate then maybe rent a car! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Absolutely lovely stay. This is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen. The views are stunning. The location is perfect if visiting Christchurch and surrounding areas. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. If we ever come back to NZ, we will surely visit again. Thank you Jennifer!

Ideal location to access city and as a base for exploring and/or visiting friends and family. Clean, comfortable, well set up. Owners are very communicative and helpful with all necessary instructions re access etc. Highly recommend

Beautiful little space. Very central. Short little walk through Hagley park to get to riverside and central shops.

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot in a very tranquil setting. The suite was perfect; lots of room, private and it had everything we needed and more. Without a car I wasn’t sure how easy this place would be to access but it was a short walk (uphill) from the bus stop. Loved our stay and how friendly, accommodating and helpful Jen was.

Our stay at Watford Cottage was lovely. A private spot nestled in lovely surrounds. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. The cottage and the garden were both gorgeous

overall a great stay. the flat was as expected, fully functional and good equipped. access to the beach was nice, especially to observe the early sunrise. it's outside of New Brighton, to shops and bars it would be a 6+km walk (a bit long). there is a bus stop in front of the house which brings you to New Brighton in 10-15 min and into the city (bus interchange) in 40-45 minutes. with a car you probably would be better off. but it was absolutely OK without. the host Robert is a very nice guy. we had some good chats.

We had a fantastic stay with Machi and Roger. They communicated excellently with us and allowed us to drop our bags early which meant we could enjoy our final day in Christchurch. The Airbnb had everything we needed and more - it was great to have breakfast in the Airbnb in the morning with the cereal and amenities they provided for us. It was very clean and comfortable. Roger kindly dropped us at the airport during the morning so we could catch our flight too. Thank you so much!

It was a pleasure staying here! The location is excellent, just a short drive to the city center, and situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The place is well-maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The garage was a great bonus, making loading and unloading easy. Rachel was responsive and accommodating, kindly allowing us an early check-in. She also provided and set up a cot as requested, which I truly appreciated.

Absolutely stunning views over the city, and the beautiful sound of birds, while still being close to grocery store, coffee shop and bakery. This is a fantastic spot to enjoy feeling remote while being close to the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has everything you need.. and of course the stunning view over the city. Sonya Ann was quick to respond, let us drop our bags off a couple of hours early, and extend for an extra day. We highly recommend, a definite favorite of ours!

Lovely quiet, private setting within easy distance to Christchurch. Very helpful and friendly host and would not hesitate to recommend it. Would definitely stay there again and wonderful for us as we were also able to have a safe paddock for our horse!

Spent a lovely 10 days here! Lovely and peaceful location, walking distance to the centre and close to a lovely trek by the river. Janee was a great host, super friendly and helped us with an early check-in. Would definitely recommend staying here😁😁

We came for an overnight work trip and this great new minimalist unit was ideal for a one night stay. Its a quick drive into the CBD.

Just a lovely peaceful AirB&B in a quiet neighborhood! So easy to find and unloading luggage and getting inside was simple. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and this was an extremely well stocked AirB&B that would be great for a multiple day stay (we were only here for 1 night however.). The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch with pods provided - the very first AirB&B we stayed in during our 2-weeks in NZ with one (us Americans are a bit of coffee snobs - haha! Thank you! Communication was great and definitely recommend this property for Christchurch!
