Fabulous place to stay for a largish group or multiple family units. The place is wonderfully set up with everything you need available at the house. It’s private and quiet with outstanding views. Hosts are super responsive and friendly.

Great little spot for a family. Had lots of amenities to keep the kids occupied and the house was perfect for our family of 5 for a few days visit in Christchurch.

2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

What a great home for a big group, especially for the end of our trip. We can relax, play the pool table, hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen. Big area for bbq and outdoor seating.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der große, liebevoll gestaltete Garten – ein echtes kleines Paradies, das zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Küche ist riesig und top ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts, egal ob man kochen oder einfach gemeinsam Zeit verbringen möchte. We had a fantastic stay in Akaroa and would highly recommend Zane’s place. Set atop the hill as you come into Akaroa it provides a beautiful base that is close to town but offers the peace and tranquility of looking over Akaroa. The house is beautiful and so well set up for a comfortable stay. We had 5 adults and had plenty of home to enjoy our stay. We’ll definitely be back again next time we’re in Akaroa.
