Even better than we had expected. Hosts were great with info and updates. Comfy main living area, with enough BR privacy to give everyone a little space. Plus the back covered deck w/ hot tub & TV is great for a chill evening hang.

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Bevan ! La maison est récente, très propre et parfaitement équipée. La literie est de très bonne qualité, ce qui est toujours appréciable après une journée de découverte. Mention spéciale pour le spa : un vrai bonheur pour se détendre en fin de journée ! Bevan a été réactif et accueillant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Jing was very responsive when we messaged her and very helpful providing instructions. The accommodation was very nice and private, as it is on the same property as the owners we expected to see them around but hardly did. It was a very pleasant stay. We had a very pleasant stay.

2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely three bedroom, two bathroom restored farmhouse for just two nights in March. The view is fantastic and the space was thoughtfully designed with everything you could want in the large living quarters. It’s really nice to sit outside on the porch and watch the tide change on the bay and the light change on the hillsides over the cute town of Akaroa. The hot tub on the porch is an added bonus. The kitchen space was great for making almost all of our meals. We’d gladly stay here again, and are in fact planning a longer return trip.

Sent my employee down for work and he was grateful that I locked in a great place to stay. No dramas, easy to find and access. Loved the views. Such a great place.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlich geräumigen und sehr sauberen Haus! Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der große, liebevoll gestaltete Garten – ein echtes kleines Paradies, das zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Küche ist riesig und top ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts, egal ob man kochen oder einfach gemeinsam Zeit verbringen möchte.
