Hello! We stayed here as part of our Disney trip, and the apartment was just as described. The couch is comfortable to sleep in. Definitely recommend!

It was clean, charming. Other guests were pleasant. Loved the shared space . We used it and we loved the trees that colored indirect lighting. The close proximity to the beach was nice. Loved the table on patio. We used it. Appreciated the offering of beach chairs & umbrella.

William’s place was perfect for us! It was a safe neighborhood, secure home, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to get started. William is extremely responsive and helpful as needed, while also honoring privacy. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Rebecca’s home - very quiet area of neighborhood. Home was spacious with 2 living areas. Kitchen was well stocked with starter items which was very much appreciated. The backyard was so well planned with the pool surrounded by lush shrubbery, trees and wooden fence which provided total privacy. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

This house is amazing! Perfect for my family of 6. Kids had a great time in the pool and relaxing outside. Perfect location! Beach not to far away, if you would like to go to Daytona it’s a quick ride right down 95.

This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Great clean place. Stayed there for a week and it was so convenient because the convention center shuttle was right in front of the building. There is a nice little trail behind the condo for a nice morning walk. Walgreens is really close by and Publix is across the road. Thank you for being considerate and letting me check out later. Will definitely book this place again!

My family and I spent a week at Bret’s place and it was wonderful! So much space, clean, responsive host and a peaceful location. It had more than ample space for the four of us and you could fit six people easily. We loved the two balconies and utilized them frequently. This would be my go to rental when going back to New Smyrna!
