Frank was a wonderful host! His place was beautiful. Wonderful location and big enough for 6 of us to have our own space. Quite a few walkable restaurants, coffee shops, tea shops, etc. I do wish there were TVs in the bedrooms, but besides that a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We came down to celebrate our daughter’s engagement and Juan accommodated us early and was very helpful! It was a wonderful place and it worked perfectly to gather together with family. We had a small celebration after the engagement and the house had plenty of dishes to use for food and the ambiance was great- piano, fireplace, nice big table for laying out food. We also loved the backyard but it was too cold to use the pool or fire pit, but still lovely features. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom..no fighting over who would get the best room! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighbors concerned me a little, but we felt safe. The road out front was a bit noisy but it’s also very close to Publix and other shopping which was great. Overal,l we would recommend staying there.. it was a wonderful experience!

The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. The home was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a lovely stay! Plenty of room for three couples. Easy walk to the beach and my elderly parents could drive down and park. Kitchen was well equipped and the grocery store was easy to get to. Great viewing for the rocket launch! Wish the pool would have been warmer, so make sure to check on the heating situation if that’s important to you. Excellent supply of beach toys. Would stay there again!

Bob's place was perfect for our stay with 5 people. I loved the decor and beach theme, spacious areas, comfortable beds, and back sun porch. It's a very easy and short drive over to free parking and entrance to the beach, with a ramp to walk down to the sand. Beautiful beach! Bob's chairs and umbrella came in handy! Thanks for a great stay!

This was my 4th time staying here and plan on future stays when visiting my family.

The home was just as advertised! Host was very responsive when questions came up. Large soaking tub was very useful after walking in the parks all day. Walmart is less than 5 min from the home for any essentials needed. Many restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was quiet. Host provides starter essentials for the stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed accommodations. Home was clean and centrally located to all major attractions in Central Florida. Host was very responsive in sending alternative access code after primary didn't work. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was lovely and close to the business district. Walked all over the area. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Would come here again. Thank you, Kyle, for hosting us.

We loved our stay. Tammy is a great host and her place is perfect. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and many good stores. The condo is very quiet and beautiful. We were very happy with our Spring Break.

This was a wonderful place for anyone bringing pets, the heated pool was a great asset. There was plenty of room with the open floor plan which made it very spacious and was well stocked with essentials. It's a convenient location. I do think the porch around the pool area could be cleaner. Melanie was great at responding.

This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

Tetyana’s place was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located near Disney and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The master bath was a great way to unwind and relax after walking over 10,000 steps at the Disney parks. We LOVED the jacuzzi/pool combo and how secluded it was. Very quiet neighborhood, responsive host, and easy check-in. We’ll be back. :)

Wonderful First Disney experience for our family. We plan on visiting again next year.

This home and this neighborhood is so nice! I see where people who stay at Airbnb choose to comment on all the creature comforts — well this home got all of the right ones done so well! The beds, the hot water, the shower heads — everything is very nice! The kitchen is well outfitted and we really felt like we had a home away from home during our stay! I'd recommend this to anybody but we so enjoyed it and our time with an easy hop skip and a jump to Disney World! Thank you and I hope you’ll have us again!

Absolutely loved this house. So clean and well stocked with everything you need. Our dogs loved the yard. Great location- close to the beach and lots of yummy restaurants. Our hosts were very good communicators. Master bed was really comfortable as well. We will definitely rent again!

Megan was Very attentive and adamant to our stay., We felt right at home, warmfuly cosy house with a paradisiac yard with cardinals and farrows hanging around the foodstand. Ineffable experience once again, thanks Megan will we visit again hopefuly 💚

Vanessa’s place was amazing as always. Location is very convenient and close to historic downtown. The house is cozy and has a large backyard. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get in & out. Responsive host. I would stay again & recommend to anyone need to stay in the area.

Great stay in a calm and relaxed environment. Stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home. Obviously with a rental (hotel or home) you always have some things that could be perfected with a little maintenance but on the overall the house was in a great state. Pool heating worked as stated and our kid loved it.

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

This home was lovely and perfect for me for a couple weeks. It's in a relatively quiet area, albeit close to a main road, but still pretty neighborhoody, with a park down the street. Easy access to grocery stores, quick serve restaurants and a couple casual dining spots, and 5 mins from downtown/15-20 mins from Winter Park. The house itself was very functional, the kitchen is well equipped and living area is cozy. Closet space is a bit limited and it might be tight for more than one person for too long, but it was just what I needed while in town for business. The owners were very responsive and friendly, and when I needed help with a small issue were quick to address. Definitely would recommend.
