Terrance's place is beautiful and well maintained. We felt like home and she was very kind and responsive at all times. Everything was clean and comfortable for all our family needs.

Caleb is a great host! He was quick to respond to our needs. The place is great! Perfect for 2. Has a nice look. The bed… AHMAZING!! So comfortable! We loved it. My husband has a bad back so I am always nervous for him when we travel. But we slept great! And felt great the next day!

This was our second stay here and we were not disappointed. We will return.

Luved our stay , even with the interstate close to us didn’t bother me. We saw deer less than 20 feet from us in the backyard!!! The bed was way too soft for us, I need a firm mattress. Went for coffee and sat outside and talked to locals, which is interesting!

We needed an extended stay while we waited for our new home to be ready. We are so glad we found this listing! We were relieved that the pictures are accurate for the space. It's a smart layout, the furniture/beds are comfortable, the kitchen is easy to cook in. We bought many items with us and there was plenty of closet space and cupboard space. We liked the central location. Within a couple of miles there are a couple of gas stations, fast food locations, a Family Dollar, and a grocery store. We used the paved walking paths by the river at the end of the block. It's centrally located making it easy to get to downtown, ISU, and other shopping areas. The apartment is easy to get into and was well stocked for an extended stay. We loved that there was a washer/dryer in the space. You can occasionally hear other tenants moving around, which is normal for apartments, but we didn't have any problems with noise. We went from a super stressful situation to feeling right at home.

We called it the Llama house even before our stay and it totally fits right down to the decor and Llamas in the pasture. There was even a cute baby llama! The house was clean and inviting. There were plenty of beds and seating. We enjoyed both cooking our own food and eating out at a local restaurant in Lava. Our group was a mom with her grown daughters and daughters in law. We made crafts, watched movies, soaked in the hot springs in Lava, stayed up too late talking, and had a great time!

Mikes place was great. Itnwas a perfect place for my mom while I packed up her apartment to move to California with me. The furniture is unique and creative. Such beautiful wood pieces. Would stay there again.

The place was in a great location with lots to do and excellent restaurants nearby. Very clean and perfect size for our group. Beds were very comfortable, would definitely stay here again in the future!
