We really enjoyed our stay! Marco and Alfredo are great hosts and were very responsive to anything we needed! The pool is fabulous and clean. The place is large and very comfortable like the photos. The bed is very comfortable! They supply water which is always good and there is a fabulous frutería right across the street which is so great for longer stays! Great view from the rooftop, nice little beach at the end of the street! The road can be a little bit busy..There is also a kindergarten off the back. All in all a great place to stay and relax!

Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

Brilliant apartment with peaceful views.

Beautiful place on the beach. Very peaceful. We had lots of questions for Brett and he always responded right away. he also gave great recommendations for local food. He greeted us personally and also said goodbye. He is a very chill, friendly host and we felt very welcome. the town is very cute and more local than touriaty, which we enjoyed. highly recommend.

The response time was excellent, we did request extra beach and bath towels and they arrived within 24 hours of requesting. Thank you to you and your team for everything. Also the onsite te of Antonio and his wife are amazing!

Excelente lugar, privado, cómodo, limpio, amplio, alberca agradable muy bonito en general, la casa está súper equipada, playa muy cerca, el único pero es que en las regaderas de las recámaras de arriba no hay agua caliente, digo por el calor en ciertas temporadas quizá no sea necesario pero para nosotros es indispensable el agua caliente y solo había una poca en el baño de abajo, también recomiendo que si sus estancias son largas, lleven auto por qué no hay lugares cerca para salir a comer y con este puedan moverse o ir al súper por víveres. Honest review: it's fair to say it was a fantastic stay. Amazing sunsets. The hosts were very responsive both before and during the stay. The place is down a long and narrow dirt road but once you get to the home, it's true paradise. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out, and there is plenty of room for parking. This home is truly steps from the Gulf and there's ample patio space. I loved the thatched roof area with the table, which had lights for the evening. Wifi was strong. Things to keep in mind (some of which are out of the owner's control): having a rental car is a must, it's down a long road that is a fair walk from main road. Air conditioning is present in every bedroom, but not the main living space/kitchen, which can get warm in hot weather even with the large ceiling fans. There is not much beach in front of the home, and barely any in neighboring properties - it's not an area where you can go for long walks on the beach. Rent this place for a quiet beach vacation!

la casa estaba super bien, uno que otro bicho en el área de la cocina pero todo bien, cuartos limpios y amplios, todo super bien, el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue la llave de la entrada, estaba muy occidada y difícil de poder abrir y cerrar la casa, pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

El alojamiento está increíble para una familia grande y con peques! La playa está deliciosa y la vista al mar es inigualable. La comunicación fue excelente, sin duda volveremos.

La casa de Juan Carlos es hermosa, la playa también, y tanto él como el cuidador Gregorio tienen un trato excelente. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

We had a wonderful time at Roxanna’s condo in Playa Chaca! The unit was clean and comfortable and it was easy to walk to the beach or restaurants. Roxanna replied quickly whenever we had questions or comments. We highly recommend!
