Great cabin, easy to chat with hosts via text before arrival or up at Currant Ridge once we were there. Hospitality was 10/10 and great advice on how to plan or things to do for your adventures in McCarthy.

We really enjoyed our time here as it’s close to everything in a quiet neighborhood that offered great views! We loved seeing and reading all the Alaskan books provided. It was a perfect space to spend time with family while not enjoying the outdoors.

We had a great time while staying here. Robert was very friendly and even gave me recommendations for a small hike starting in the back yard! I had a nice time walking along the creek and then down the utility road to the river where I spent about an hour walking through the water, rock hunting, and enjoying the amazing views. The place itself was super cozy and was the perfect size for two people and would be great for a couple more too! It was very clean and the pellet stove was easy to run and kept the place toasty until we were ready for bed. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

This campsite is a yearly stay for us. It is convenient, quiet, and clean. It is a perfect jumping off point for a lot of adventures in the Valdez and Copper River area.

We had a good time at Katie's place. Home was spacious and welcoming with lot of options for cooking at home and relaxing after driving around in the day.

Beautifully furnished 4br/3bath place, with garage. Loved the kitchen.!!! I cooked thankgiving dinner for 6 and had everything i needed. Very comforable bedrooms! Great quality towels and sheets. Nice big washer dryer. My kids loved the fold out couch in front of the tv downstairs. There was also a nice quality highchair and packnplay that was perfect for the baby. Highly recomment! 100% would stay here again. Excellent Value!

Great stay! The place is well maintained and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well appointed with everything you’d need to make a meal. Very close to Main Street.
