1 of my top 3 list best stay. Azreen is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Feel very much like own home, decorations is stunning, TV 65 inches, perfect watch scary movies night..🥵🥶. house is cozy and seaview.. better than Timur Bay... Will definately repeat stay if going Kuantan again.. Azreen even allow extend check out to 1 pm since following day no one checking in. Super 5 star host... 🖐

Pro: Host was very responsive, easy self-checkin process. Parking also easy. The unit is equipped with few kitchen utensils and a fridge. Got pool+beach view balcony. Pool area very big and next to the beach. Near to mini market, restaurant and donut shop. Host provides extra mattress too! So thankful for this :) Cons: Lack of mirror and all family members need to use the only one mirror in master bedroom. Underbed is quite dusty. Interior can improve in terms of wall color to make it more alive/new. Thanks.

Very satisfied with the stay. Kids happy parents happy everyone happy. House clean & complete. Miss Mee Har very responsive & friendly. Easy to communicate with the host. Very recommended.

Nice stay and clear instructions from host and host very responsive. Place were clean and nice.

Everything is as per described and pictured. Worth the stay if want a sea view. Just that it might get very hot in the morning.

You can read about the house from reviews left by other guests. I totally agree 100%. What I want to add from the feedback gave is the house also suitable to conduct small celebrations that can fit up to 20pax because it is very near with bbq pit. We had a farewell party which I can conclude it was a memorable one and satisfied by everyone. Definitely will book again. More plan to go. When you deal with the right persons which are Mr Raslan and Mdm Zura, then no regret! Thank you for hospitality. Great house, fantastic view, excellent accommodations and Top hosts! The unit is comfortable for a short stay with small family members. The location is not far from the main road so it's easy to access. The host is friendly, responsive - he replied almost immediately to all my queries & provide details instruction for check in process.

The accommodation was neat and clean, and the surrounding environment was quite pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Kuantan in the future😊

The unit was great! very clean, very "homey". our kids love it, especially my youngest daughter since she can go to the swimming pool. Worth the pay. we would highly recommend to others to stay here. definitely we will stay again whenever we come to Kuantan! A great experience with stay, at the height of 27th floor, this property offers a breath taking view of the Kuantan City. The City of Kuantan gets really quite after 8pm, This property however, is well protected by professionally trained security officers while a carefully designed and highly sophisticated security system that keep me feel really safe at night. Next right to a Premium Hotel, you enjoy the same facilities as the hotel guests, at 75% or half the price of the hotel (depends on seasonality) . Overall, a very pleasant experience and I will definitely stay in this property again in the near future.

This unit very cozy, nice view pool and beach. Host very nice person. The unit very clean, smooth to check in and overall is perfect.
