I have never stayed in South Park before. This location was so fun! Lots of little places to walk to. No issues with parking.

I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and recharge and this fit perfectly. Anita and Brian are great hosts, friendly and helpful but still respected my privacy. The setting is also beautifully landscaped and the deck was great to have for relaxing and enjoying the water view. I can highly recommend.

Had wonderful stay—it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though it was a little chilly. The space had everything we needed and perfectly suited our accommodations, including all the essentials, especially for those who enjoy cooking!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb. hist provided excellent instructions and the space was accurately described in the listing. Was a great basecamp for visiting San Diego friends and exploring the city.

Love Teri’s place! Feels just like home whenever we stay there. Walking distance to Better Buzz Coffee and Vons for groceries. Everything you need is there for you to make the place feel like home away from home. Teri was a great host too, can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to stay in San Diego.

Guest house on a quiet street, fairly close to SDSU. It was "home base" for our stay in San Diego, while visiting family. Easy access to highways. Local stores & restaurant s nearby. Cute kitchen & patio area. Well maintained.

the space was great for our needs - two adults and two kids from the same family. it's not a big space and the barrier between the sleeping spaces does not block a lot of sound so probably not best for people who are not very close with each other! pullout couch is best for kids, not the most comfortable for adults. we loved the patio for breakfast and location was perfect. thanks for a great stay!

Our family loved Amanda’s place. Master bedroom with a big bed and then twins in the secondary bedroom was perfect for our family of four. The common areas are well thought out and decorated simply and just -fresh. The igloo was out of commission from a recent storm but the rooftop deck was still a wonderful place to sunbathe, relax and watch the sunset. The neighborhood was everything we wanted. Great restaurants within walking distance for any meal of the day and excellent coffee spots too.

Great location! It was close to so many restaurants and things to do. I would most definitely book his place again.

Another great visit! Convenient location coupled with wonderful amenities, along with Carlos’ hospitality makes this a top choice for us when visiting San Diego to see our son!

Everything about this guesthouse is excellent. It is unbelievably spacious, more like an entire apartment, with all the amenities of home. The backyard is peaceful and relaxing. Quality, Care, and Hospitality. The hosts go out of their way and an extra mile for guests. I did not stay long simply because I was there for a particular event as opposed to leisure, but it gave a tropical vacation mood nonetheless. Highly recommend.

Top notch all around! Location 10/10, views 10/10, comfort 10/10. Nestled in a quiet, residential area perched over the most gorgeous views, this place is a true gem. Beautiful home! The check in process was very easy, with step by step instructions and photos. The house itself was clean and included many amenities. I felt safe which was important since I had my children with me. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay and would rent again the next time we visit.

This was the perfect place for a one night stay. It’s so close to a lot of good restaurants and stores. Also the perfect spot to stay if you’re looking for somewhere close to the observatory theater!

BOOK IT! Aesthetically well done, extremely comfortable, perfect location. Really enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. Unit has everything you may need during your stay. Love this neighborhood, so many great restaurants and shops. Parking was always available. Space is squeaky clean and bed is comfy. Next time I’m in SD I will stay here again.

We had an amazing little staycation over the weekend at the Violet Oasis. Extremely clean, the bed was so comfy we never wanted to leave, both parking locations easy to find and Elizabeth and Paola were super responsive. Rather than feel like we were staying at an Airbnb it felt like staying over at a friend’s place. Their passion responding to their guests, making them feel at home and providing information on what to do in the area really shows in this listing. We will be back!

It’s was amazing staying a Kim’s guesthouse. Felt very private and peaceful. The birds sounded so beautiful in the morning, we thought it was fake at first. The flowers just outside are beautiful. The beach within walking distance was a perfect place to play, lay out, watch the sunset and surfers. We even saw dolphins one night! Just a magical time. We will definitely come back!

my wife and I had a wonderful time at Carrie's place. she thought of everything and we did not want for anything. lots of thoughtful touches throughout the Casita. when we checked in we were greeted by the cutest little white dog named Rose. she is getting on in years but was very friendly. if you need a quiet, clean, private and convenient place in San Diego you cannot go wrong with this rental. thank you Carrie for a great time. much luck to you on future rentals!

Quiet place

This apartment is great for 2 people to enjoy the San Diego / La Jolla area. We stayed here for a full month. The apartment is very cozy and the hosts are absolutely fantastic! They have an office set up downstairs (in the garage) and work there most weekdays and occasionally on weekends, so you're not in a totally private house (you have your own entrance and space upstairs), but they are close by for questions. As is prevalent in the area our small dog was very welcome in this apartment. If you have a small dog be wary of coyotes that roam the area.

Wonderful stay! Home away from home! had everything I needed for an extended stay. Will be back for sure!

The property was clean and we really enjoyed the outside patio and firepit. It was close enough to walk to Little Italy, if you are in good shape. We did most days. The home had everything you need. Sam was awesome. Clear instructions on how to use the firepit and whirlpool. He was great at communicating if you had any questions. Do not hesitate to rent this home.
