REALLY ENJOYED THE TIME STAYED IN NIJI. Big shared living room with wonderful sunlight and adequate gadgets to cook or have a tea. Quiet bedroom with little desk alowed me to use laptop. Hitoshi and his wife are warm hearted to everyone who visit their home. It just felt like living at my grandpa's house in winter vacation. Five stars

非常好的入住體驗！每天早上婆婆會準備媲美懷石料理等級的早餐，還有一隻熱情的小狗狗。房東將房子整理的乾乾淨淨，沒有半點灰塵，尤其是盥洗用的毛巾，每一條都十分乾淨還有太陽的味道！讓我們有一種回到鄉下祖母家的感覺！之後如果來北海道，一定會再造訪！👍🏻

The hosts were both extremely kind and welcoming! The breakfast room is full of art from their lives, and they are both willing to share stories with you if you ask. We felt right at home here. It was a short trip to some beautiful onsens outside of Sapporo. I definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Eiko-san’s house was delightful! Even though my partner and I speak broken Japanese, we were looking forward to seeing and chatting with Eiko-san every morning around breakfast. It turned out to be a long breakfast every morning, especially because the traditional Japanese breakfast she prepared was soo good and plentiful! She is such an open and kind soul and helped us out so much when things did not go as planned :) Her house is a bit outside of Sapporo downtown so you need to plan according to the local busses! However, whenever she could, she was so kind to give us a little lift to the next station :) If you’re looking for an authentic experience and exchanging with locals, I strongly recommend staying with Eiko-san, even as international traveller without Japanese knowledge! I’m sure Eiko-san will make sure you feel comfortable and understood nevertheless, like she did during our stay :)

非常乾淨的地方 有問題問房東也都很快就回覆 很親切 空間非常大，如果是滑雪有裝備的旅客也可以不用擔心 而且設備齊全，衛浴水壓很夠👍👍👍 最後我們最最愛的一點 床很舒服！在我們滑了一天雪後 非常有幫助❤️ 有機會期望再入住

The room is spacious, just like in the photos. It has all the necessary amenities. The host responds quickly and is very helpful. Highly recommended

距離地鐵走路約5分鐘 房源內設施齊全，冷氣、電視及衛浴設備都很充足 很適合家族、家庭或朋友承租

It’s a great place to stay if you have a family of 6. Location is about 10 mins walk to the train station. Not a problem if you drive. The place is big for japan homes and it’s a very comfortable place. Use the dryer system in the bathroom instead of the washer/dryer as the dryer shrinks the clothes.

The apartment is small but very cozy and comfortable! Feels brand new with appliances, well supplied kitchen, and great office space for remote work. It is not cheap but very nice by Japan standards. We didn’t even realize how conveniently it’s located! Prince Hotel next door has busses to Niseko, airport, etc. The value for money is definitely there. We stayed 3 weeks and the only suggestion I have for the hosts is to provide garbage instructions and yellow burnable bags for guests that are staying longer than 5-7 days, as Japan is very particular about the garbage disposal ♻️ Otherwise the hosts were very fast in responding, with clear communication, and easy instructions.

房間很大 可以住很多人 雖然這次我們只有四個人入住 整體算滿意 可以改善的部分： 1. 一到6.就會被太陽亮醒… 這點實在很不習慣 建議可以加個窗簾… 2. 沒有提供牙刷牙膏 需自備.

Staying at Shingo’s place was an amazing experience! Sleeping on the futon was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Shingo is a very kind and helpful host—he provides great tips, enjoys chatting with everyone, and makes sure guests feel welcome. Snowboarding there was incredible, and the overall experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend staying there!

Kei san made me feel right at home from the start. It's all in the details- from the lovely, clean and well equipped home, to her prepared with love and pride meals and her enthusiasm to chit-chat with me in simple English as I am not able to speak Japanese. Her place is a little isolated but works well for me as I like the quiet and peaceful surroundings. It was only a short 2 days but I have made a new friend :) I highly recommend staying with Kei san and enjoying her hospitality.

Staying at Niseko Kashinoya was an amazing experience. We felt like we found a warm and welcoming "home" here with Shingo, his family, and the staff providing the best possible experience "only good vibes" during our 10 night stay. Waking up every morning to a great breakfast was perfect as well as having the opportunity to enjoy many great dinners, drinks, and company in the evenings as well. On top of this, Shingo knows everything about the Niseko area and is super helpful be it finding the best places to shred, getting busses, luggage services, onsens, or whatever you are looking to enjoy in the area. Will be back again in the near future!
