Luxurious beautiful spacious and extremely well maintained property with great natural views. The rooms and common areas are beautiful, warm and comfortable. Food is homely & amazing. Staff is very sweet & efficient. Saurav is like the bride’s brother hosting the bridegroom’s family. We are taking back lovely memories thanks to Saurav & his team and the amazing property.

The stay at Pine Tree villa was one my best BnB experience till date now. The place is more big and beautiful than photos and the stay experience was excellent. Location is also close to Mall road and the view from the terrace is mesmerising, you can see mountains from just sitting there with bonefire. Special shout-out to Ganesh (Caretaker) who was on his toes when it comes to catering us. He provided us with everything required and made sure our stay is as comfortable as it can be and he personally comes to your place regularly to check if you need anything. He had his off on Sunday and we needed to do Bonefire and he came back from his home to help us with it. I would recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at Minakshi's place and had a wonderful time. She was very helpful and communicated well from the start. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and just as described. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday. What made the stay special were the three amazing women who welcomed us with garlands and Tikka. They made sure our meals were served on time and provided excellent hospitality, like in a 5-star hotel. Their kindness, pure nature and humbleness were outstanding. When we got stuck due to bad weather, Minakshi quickly connected us find a local driver. She made sure to stay connected with us until we reached. The three women ensured that dinner and tea were ready for us when we arrived, even though it was late. Minakshi n the ladies went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was amazed by the surprises she prepared for my partner’s birthday. I have a lot to write however thanks for making it feel like a home away from home. Thank u Minakshi!

The host was very warm and kind he took care of our basic needs whenever we reached out. He was always a call away for providing any service we required like cab or site seeing. Would definitely love to visit the place again. The location is just at the right place slightly away from the market which offers quaint trails beautiful localities away from the crowd

If you want to spend a few nights in the arms of nature and loved ones, go for this place. Right from the smooth and effortless check-in and Rahul's amazing and cheerful service to the host's (Ajay) mom's home-cooked food and pristine location, everything was spot-on. Although the host was away for work throughout the duration of our stay, he proactively stayed in touch with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The location is surrounded by their apple orchards. Even if we stayed here during autumn and couldn't witness the blooming trees, the location didn't fail to amaze us. The hot tub outside your cottage is a cherry on the cake—clean, romantic, and soothing. Pro tip: 1. Try aunty ji's ghee siddu and aloo parathe. 2. Try to book the place in July to witness the beauty of the apple orchards.

This place super amazing. I went at the onset of the Monsoon season, perfect for a getaway drive.

We booked this after seeing the pictures and reviews on AirBnB. I should say that this place lived up to the expectations. Nestled on a narrow village road off the Gada Gushaini road, it takes a bit of offroading on mud road to reach this place. This road ends shortly after the Treehouse, where a few cars can be parked. The Treehouse itself is very lavishly done, with a lower sleeping area and a mezzanine deck with another sleeping area. But the most exciting part was the extension of the Treehouse, which leads to a fabulous sitting space with a TV and a small fridge. The bathroom is equipped with the latest fittings and a bathtub. The Treehouse is owned by Chet Ram, a young entrepreneur and managed by a cook cum attendant Jasbir. We stayed here for couple of nights as part of Himachal road trip that I undertook did with my son. We visited the famour Jalori Pass and did the trek to Serolsar lake. After a tiring trek, the Treehouse provided the perfect sanctuary we were looking for.

The stay was amazing! Everything was spot-on. The location of the stay, to the interiors, responsive staff with great hospitality, and what not. We really enjoyed our stay.
