We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

This was the second time I’ve stayed in one of Peter and Doreen’s properties. They are always such wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. We visited Pentrenant Hall as a group of 19; 5 families with children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. The venue was perfect for us; the kids loved the bunk rooms and the huge dining room. The grounds are well cared for and provided an exciting and safe place for our children to explore. They particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire pit outside! The adults managed to take advantage of the hot tub a couple of times too which was a lovely treat! And a few competitive games of table football in the games room. Overall a fantastic stay - we are already making plans to return next year!

Spacious and comfortable house for our family of 6 during a rainy February half term. The main reason to rent this place was the pool and sauna which didn’t disappoint and was great for our kids. There is a builder’s merchant right next door to the house which isn’t obvious from the photos but was not a particular problem with respect to noise etc. Lots of great walks nearby - which we will have to rediscover in the future in better weather! Thanks to Phoebe and the owners for making us feel welcome and for being available and responsive to our questions.

Picked the Lodge for a Bank Holiday break with friends and it didn’t disappoint. We were warmly welcomed by Mel who gave us some great local recommendations. House was clean and had all the required amenities. Having the pool for the morning was great fun. Would recommend Small breeds centre if you have young children and Hay on Wye for a wander round

We had such a lovely stay. So impressed with how spacious and clean the home was, we really didn’t expect it to be so big. It was so comfortable and well equipped for a family. Extra tennis rackets was a great touch. Everyone on site was so friendly and the pool was brilliant. We will be looking to come back for sure.

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 night break at Turnip Cottage. Everything was perfect for our group. The cottage was spacious, homely and fully equipped. The facilities were excellent. We were a party of 5 adults and two children aged 14 and 10 and we made good use of the 2 games rooms in the courtyard. The children loved the tennis court / football / go-cart area and we all made good use of the swimming pool and gym. The owner was very friendly and helpful and directed us to a lovely private walk within the grounds. We will definitely meet our friends at the cottage again and enjoy another peacefully perfect weekend in this beautiful part of the country.

Alison & Johns house was an excellent place to stay. It was spotless and very well equipped. The milk and chocolates were appreciated. It is located in a quiet area, parking was straightforward especially as the hosts organised a parking permit for us. It is an easy walk into the city along the canal towpath. Communication with Alison & John was great. Very responsive & friendly. We will definitely use this place again when visiting friends in Worcester. Thank you.

Another stay. This place was very convenient for where we needed to be. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants.

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

We had a lovely weekend stay. A beautiful, quiet location and the mill was immaculate and clean. Debb was very helpful on recommendations on where to visit and good eateries. We would happily stay again and recommend

A lovely place to stay for the weekend, the lodge is clean, tidy and equipped with everything you will need for a comfy stay. The garden was an added bonus especially in the glorious sunshine we had. The pet bed, bowls and treats were another added personal touch that Otto and I loved. Highly recommended!

A great stay for a few nights. The barn is gorgeous and the open living space upstairs is perfect for large groups. Surrounded by beautiful countryside.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

Such a great place - as a previous review said: if you are considering it definitely do it! like staying in your own mini hotel - so interesting and quirky - great for a mixed group Rugby Six Nations in the snug complete with real fire close to the bar for some, pool tournament for some and champagne in the hot tub for others😊 Such a fab way to spend a big birthday Saturday. Kitchen was fabulous and, with it previously being a professional kitchen, everything was so accessible and easy to find. Breakfast hamper most welcome. In house dining by Viki was a real treat for our Saturday night. The beds were SO comfy...and so many fluffy towels everywhere! lovely setting - and the walk up Grinshill, as recommended by the hosts, was a must for those that do.. All in all the whole place and experience far exceeded my expectations for my extended family 60th birthday celebrations.. The pictures do not do justice to the size of the place.. Looking forward to our next visit

Mike was always quick to reply and responded to my request to extend the stay by a week in short time and made that time extension easy to do. Great host. Recommended. Would stay again

we enjoyed our stay at John's place. when we couldn't get the internet to work he was very responsive and got it going very quickly. the shower was lovely and instructions were very clear on how to use it. beds were clean and acceptable, too hard for me but that's personal taste! my toddler slept very well and it gave me peace of mind that the bed was close to the ground. the lounge is wonderfully big, lots of room for my girls to play and me to sit! kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils, even bits for the young ones! thank you for our stay John!

Great stay, perfect for families (the kids loved the bungalow) The bungalow was immaculately clean, everything we needed and more, lovely little extra touches too. We will definitely be booking again as we have family near by so this location was perfect for us.

I booked this for a family NYE holiday. We were all very excited because the photos looked amazing, and we all agreed it exceeded our expectations. The house was great fun to explore, very warm and cosy. We cooked large meals every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very helpful having so many plates, glasses, mugs etc. The hot tub and sauna were a real highlight, and it was great being able to access them without going outside, whilst being able to have the windows open and enjoy the spectacular views. Debbie and Jenny were incredibly kind and welcoming. Can't fault our stay, it was perfect.
