Great stay! Beautiful and peaceful area. Good size caravan. George is very helpful and always available.

We were a group of 12, and every one of us agreed this is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. We loved the location, right by the beach and a short walk into town, but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so quiet and safe. We loved all the many books and musical instruments in the house - we felt very at home! We loved the beautiful sea views from 3 bedrooms, and the comfy beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Our children loved the wide range of toys and the games console. The host made us feel very welcome. We felt it was very good value for money, and we would really like to come back and stay here again.

Just had 3 nights in Torquay, staying at Adams place which was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen really nice quality too. Lovely welcome hamper from Adam. It was a 10 min walk into Torquay from the house so a very convenient location (quite a steep hill home) and quiet too. I would really recommend Adams place and will stay there again.

Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.

4 adults, 4 young children and a dog stayed here for 3 nights over the NYE period. The house was well equipped and a good space for us. Highlight was the pool and given the time of year/weather it was great having somewhere we could use with the kids for an activity. Nice produce in Craig’s dairy farm next door. Just bear in mind there is a definite cow manure smell, so not sure how that would play out in the summer if you were eating outside. No little shops that are walkable for essentials so that is something to note. Other than those small things we had a great time!

We had a lovely stay, wish we could stay longer! Brixham is beautiful and so much to do, and the accommodation was perfectly situated, comfortable and full of character. Would recommend the Dartmouth Steam Railway, a trip to Totnes, the river cruise to Dartmouth, a walk around Berry Head or for the hardier walker the trail to Greenway and back. And for early risers it’s great to see a working fishing port in action. The harbour is so pretty at night, with lots of choices for fish n chips.

A beautiful location. Stunning views and surroundings. Great response from hosts and very helpful! A perfect spot for relaxing and local walks into Dartmoor, also close to city centre for activities. Would definitely be coming back here.

We had a beautiful stay. It was peaceful, private and in a great location. The house had everything in it we needed; the hampers were a wonderful extra touch. We explored the local area and places to eat and Linsey’s recommendations were great. The house was clean and presented well however it could benefit from some extra tea towels and hand towels. Linsey responded well to messages and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Andy’s place. He was very welcoming, showed us how to use the oven (as we were cooking Christmas dinner for 9), the heating, etc. The house was in a great location with lots to do in the local area. Would recommend a stay here. Thanks Andy!
