2nd time staying in this lovely gem! Perfect getaway for friends The fireplaces, hobbit hut, sauna and hot tub are wonderful treats for pure chill and relaxation times. Our hosts were as ever so lovely and communicative and really welcomed us into their space with pure warmth and hospitality Thank you so much ❤️

I booked based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. I was able to park directly outside the cottage with no concerns. Rutland Water is gorgeous and I really enjoyed walking round the reservoir. I also drove to Seaton and found a great view of the very impressive viaduct. I didn’t meet Marie or Ben but Marie was in contact throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

What can I say. One if the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Very cosy, communication was on point. Hot tub was fantastic. Well definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's lodge. Despite the weather being a bit too cold, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, which was ready for us as soon as we arrived. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The lodge itself was cozy and provided a great break from our routine. Thank you, Tanya, for such a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

Great hosts, very friendly and warm. Showed me everything I needed to know and suggested places to walk on the land! Left me to my own devices and had a lovely relaxing stay at the pool house. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet break away!

The house really all in one everything was there with a big kitchen space for hangout while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. We stayed over a New Years Eve and it was cosy warm and the theatre, sights, restaurants were just a short walk away. Stratford upon Avon is a town worth visiting. The house is well cut, nicely furnished and we can only recommend.

Lesley’s home was so comfortable, cozy and spacious. We felt right at home for our 2 week stay. Lovely communal spaces as well as plenty of room for quiet privacy when working. Beautiful local walks right out of the front door and great location for exploring the county with a short drive to A roads & motorway. Lesley was on hand to answer any questions. We would highly recommend her home.
