Churwalden : locations de vacances avec balcon

Great stay! We enjoyed the space and the convenient location. It’s close to a bus stop and has gorgeous views of the mountains! Although the building has an elevator, it’s not on the same floor as the main door so you’ll have to carry your luggage up/down a half-flight of stairs unless you use have a car and use the garage. We didn’t have a car so I’m not able to comment on that. There was some work going on in the building with loud banging during the late morning but it was only for a few hours on one of our days. Beds were comfortable and space was very clean. Would definitely recommend!

A comfortable, very nice apartment close to all that's needed (groceries, postoffice, incredible bakery, sports shop and various restaurants). The bus stop is right across the entrance and very convenient. It has a ski room with a door to the garage on the same level. The apartment was just right for 2 people and we felt very much at home.

Great location to explore the surrounding mountains. Perfect flat for a couple, equipped with all necessary amenities.

A really great deal for Davos. The beds were really comfortable, the fold down thing didn’t matter. Great views and balcony. Perfect for a an xc skiing trip via public transport, it’s about a 10 minute walk from the xc trails, 8 minutes to the train. It is on top of a hill though so keep in mind for walking with luggage.

The place is amazing located: great views from upper floors, peaceful and quiet surroundings. We were able to reach Davos Platz by feet in 10 minutes. The apartment itself was very cozy. The host was very helpful.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Wir waren eine Woche im Casa Margarita und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen bietet ausreichend Platz und hat eine großartige Ausstattung (vor allem in der Küche). Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Häuschen ist wirklich sehr schön ruhig gelegen - die Nachbarschaft auch total freundlich! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war äußerst einfach und schnell. Einziges Problem waren die Mücken. Wir konnten weder draußen sitzen noch die Türen/Fenster öffnen, es war wie eine Mückenplage, aber da kann die Vermietung/Besitzerin natürlich nichts für. Das dient nur als kleiner Hinweis für die nachfolgenden Mieter :)

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft in Graubünden! Das charmante Haus liegt in einem idyllischen kleinen Dorf, umgeben von einer atemberaubenden Bergkulisse. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die gemütliche Atmosphäre – viel Platz, liebevolle alte Einrichtung, machen es zu einem perfekten Rückzugsort. Besonders die großzügigen Räume und die ruhige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Besten Dank! Réka

Es war wunderschöne Lage und die Wohnung bzw das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider das Wetter hat nicht ganz mitgemacht, aber sonst alles perfekt. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen dorthin zu reisen und alles da genießen.

So ein schönes Haus, ruhig, gemütlich, Top Ausstattung, nichts fehlt. Traumhafte Einrichtung, alles passt.
