We sat on the balcony every morning enjoying our coffee before we walked (about 10 minutes) to the nearby beach or drove off to explore different beaches and places on the island. Sonias place was the perfect 'home base'. Plenty of fun restaurants or food trucks nearby. Sonia was super responsive and so nice! We had a great time!

We had a great time at Villa Ensueno! The location was perfect for us to access the beach easily as well as use the private pool. We spent most of the time (when not fishing, golfing or visiting other locations and family) in the outdoor bar/entertainment area. The street noise could be loud but otherwise, it was a really nice stay.

This is a beautiful condo. We are a family of 4 adults and 3 children (ages 4.5, 2.5 and 1). The outdoor pool, hot tub, bathroom, shower and kitchen were absolutely gorgeous. We were in the pool several times throughout the day. The outdoor bathroom and shower were so convenient with small children. We even had a movie night out on the patio. This is the most child friendly airbnb that we have rented. But it also very much adult oriented as well. Everything we needed was made available for the pool and the beach. Plentiful beach towels, beach toys, chairs, electric scooters, bikes and electric bike were included.

Casa Roark is a gem! Fully remodeled oceanfront property with an abundance of outdoor areas to congregate in. Richard has thought of everything. This place is like pushing an easy button. Richard is always ready to give advice regarding local eateries, groceries and nearby activities. While this beach side town is not as touristy as others, it feels safe and has some excellent restaurants within minutes by car.

We had a great stay here. The place was very clean and neat. Rocío was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay here.

The house is fantastic, great pool and several comfortable porches around the house to relax in. The nearby beach/park is beautiful, easy to walk to , and family friendly. It is not a very tourist heavy area which is nice, but it also means you will have to drive further to get to San Juan and there aren’t as many restaurants to choose from. We had two families with 3 kids amongst us and we had a very nice time.

This place is so comforting and the host is so attentive to her customers. This place is literally a minute walk to the beach and it’s a perfect spot for some quiet relaxing as it’s not a crowded or unsafe area. Would definitely book again!!

We stayed at the Sibuco house for a family vacation. The house was the perfect location for our needs...daily swims at the beautiful Puerto Nuevo Beach as well as exploring the local surf spots. Restaurants , bars and a supermarket are all within walking distance. The house was clean and had very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Even though there was air conditioning we were fine with just all the fans provided. Everything was exactly as described and the owners were very responsive to our needs.
