This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

We had the good fortune to find Andrea and Diana's home late in the season after the rush of tourists that fill the restaurants and clogg the local roads. Our timing helped make our first experience in southern Croatia less stressful than it might have been. The home was spectacular. The modern house is located in a quiet neighborhood village on the outskirts of Dubrovnik with ample space for parking. The roads in the village are tight, but roadside mirrors help. Because of our timing many of the restaurants around the house were closed for the season. A cafe with incredible views and reasonable prices was within walking distance. The local mom and pop shop was open in the morning and late afternoon, but was not opend during their ample early afternoon break. If you're driving bring groceries with you. That being said, Andrea and Diana had the house stocked with essentials from bred to cereal and milk. That was a fantastic treat. The kids loved the pool!

Dubrovnik es una ciudad hermosa, y este alojamiento fue perfecto para emparejar al mismo nivel. Muy espacioso y cómodo, con un diseño de interiores único. Está muy cerca del cable car que te lleva a la montaña y a tan solo 2 minutos de una de las entradas a la ciudad amurallada. Para terminar, el patio y la vista fueron perfectas para descansar y disfrutar por la tarde, lejos del ruido y bullicio del turismo. Muy recomendable

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

Ivana's place is perfectly located, right at the entrance to the Old Town, by the Buza Gate. Everything is walking distance and the place is always full of life. She is so friendly and helped us get to and from the car park when we arrived and when I was heading back to the airport. Would highly recommend for people looking to experience the Old Town! It really does feel like living in King's Landing for a few days

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

What a beautiful home Diana and Mihaela have! We spent a week here with friends (4 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space. The layout is so well designed and the locked gate made it so we never worried about the kids safety. It is just a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping and a 10 minute walk to a rock beach and marina for easy ferry transportation to Cavtat and Old Town. Ubers were aplenty and the home was spotless. 11/10 recommend this place, you will be coming back!

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Maja is one of the most amazing hosts . Her home, the location , the welcoming, and overall atmosphere she created was top notch . Can not wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Some of my family members arrived on a Sunday and as the local shop was closed Nike drove them to a bigger supermarket to get food supplies for the house. She did not need to do this but it was greatly appreciated. Location is amazing. Approx 15 mins taxi into Old Town and Uber cost approx €9-10. Local shop 5 mins walk and well stocked. Area is so peaceful and setting absolutely stunning. We enjoyed many days sitting out on the terrace just admiring the view and peaceful sounds. House was spotless and had everything you could need. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to return again and would definitely stay here without a doubt

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

What can I say! Jelena and Robert provided the best airbnb experience I’ve had so far. Extremely helpful and responsive. Provided Videos for check-in to explain the exact location of the apartment and some useful tips inside. Jelena was super attentive and never took longer than an hour to respond to any queries. She contacted us prior to arrival to arrange an airport transfer, which for a group of 7 turned out to be a great idea. It was super smooth and the driver tracked our flight and met us in arrivals. Transfer time is approx 30 mins. There are about 85 stairs from the drop off point/main road to the apartment and a total of approx 300 when going from old town to the apartment. Good exercise after great meals out!! The apartment had everything we needed, Smart TV’s in most rooms, 2 bathrooms/showers and the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine, sandwich grill, dishwasher and all the utensils you’d need to make anything. 10/10 would definitely recommend. This home is a short drive to Dubrovnik and is between the two harbours of Srebreno and Mlini which have lovely little cafes, restaurants and beaches. You can walk for bakery and basic groceries or drive 5 minutes to a larger grocery store. The pool area and view is spectacular. We ate all our at home dinners outside on the large dining table. It would be nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies in the smaller kitchens by the bedrooms (plates, cups, glassware, cutlery) but we managed easily enough by bringing them up from the main kitchen. This home was perfect for our family of 3 couples and a baby. Mato was warm and welcoming and gave us great parking advice for Dubrovnik!

What a lovely way to kick off a holiday with our family - on arrival Diana had prepared some local meats and cake as a welcome. The house is 5 star luxury, the view is stunning, beds are so comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. This is the best stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Diana truely made us welcome and is a fantastic host. She helped us organise dinners and a day out on a boat. So many great memories from our holiday. Thanks Diana you are simply amazing.

We loved our stay in Vojo’s house. The views were incredible, the AC was wonderful especially during the hot summer month of June. Vojo was always responsive and helpful with coordinating reservations and transportation services. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful private house with pool. House was spotless clean when we arrived and three bedrooms with own bathrooms was really appreciated. Cavtat is a cozy little town not that far from Dubrovnik, with nice restaurants and more relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend renting a car to get to places and grocery stores, since the house is on the outskirts of the town and there is no walking path. But with a car/uber it’s not a problem. We enjoyed our privacy, no neighbors in sight and beautiful mountain views! Thank you Jelena!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was spacious and had the most spectacular view. I knew that there would be a lot of stairs, but that’s inevitable in Dubrovnik. The view was definitely worth the walk up. We had convenient access to all of the sights of Dubrovnik and had a great time. Sanja was available and responsive before and after our stay. She recommended a great outfit to rent a boat for the day and coordinated a ride to and from the airport. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Dubrovnik.

The house was impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, and the host was very friendly and helpful – highly recommended!

A lovely, well-equipped house with all mod cons, and things that made it a fun place to hang out with the family, such as a pool table, table football, an outdoor BBQ and fantastic pool. The view was stunning; we loved the location by the waterfront and near the Dubrovnik marina. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. We took the canoe out (saw a kingfisher), and went out on the bikes, which were provided. It's a bus ride into Dubrovnik old town, which is an amazing place. We would have welcomed an information folder with local knowledge - for example, we weren't sure where to catch the bus, or find the local GP surgery, etc and came across by chance an amazing bakery with caffe bar on the last day, which we would have frequented quite a bit had we known about it. When we did ask the hosts for information, they came back promptly with a response, however.

Le logement de Matija est conforme aux photos et à la description, la villa est au top mais surtout ce qui rend votre séjour agréable c'est l'accueil très très chaleureux de Matija ! Matija est hyper réactif et vous accompagne même avant l'arrivée dans sa belle villa ! Encore MERCI Matija

Wow what a villa this was. The photos look great but it's more beautiful in reality. it had everything you needed and was very spacious and clean for 2 families. Anela the owner had messaged me with tips and recommendations and was super friendly. We arrived late on Thursday night so her mum and brother came around in the morning to drop off a beautiful platter of food which was local and home made. Towels were replaced in the week and the pool and outdoor area were amazing. The location is great too as not far from the airport and Cavtat was not far too which was lovely. Overall, an amazing holiday and villa and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Croatia

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

Great couple of days in this gorgeous villa. The initial drive is a little hair raising in parts, but worth it and not a problem on subsequent drives; we're used to driving in hilly locations! Very homely and stylish with lots of interesting artwork, light ing and furniture. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation, amazing views and so peaceful. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if required. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten track.
