The house was modest looking on the outside in a family looking neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. The interior was tastefully upgraded with updated accents in bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen was filled with unexpected but much appreciated cooking spices. We were delighted with the coffee and tea bar.

DO NOT hesitate to reserve this property for your next trip to Cincinnati, Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, or any other attraction in the vicinity. Photos do not fully reveal the beauty and spaciousness of this property. The hosts are incredibly responsive and did much forward thinking when designing this house for travelers. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean. Brian and Jerry were extremely helpful and would respond within minutes. They were an awesome host. Would definitely recommend. The parking space is a huge bonus. Only about 30 minutes from the Ark Encounter and 20 minutes to the Creation Museum. Walking distance to Devou Park and downtown Cincinnati.

Outstanding property. Amenities are awesome and the house is spotless. Multiple high-end appliances and other furnishings. Extremely well maintained and the host was incredible.

We recently stayed at Alex's property in Covington, KY, to celebrate my DNP graduation and commencement ceremony at NKU with friends and family, and it was an absolutely perfect choice! The house offered stunning views of the river from the patios and gorgeous cityscapes without the hustle and bustle of crowds. The space was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our group of about 20, providing everything we needed to relax and enjoy this special milestone together. Alex was a fantastic host, ensuring our stay was seamless and memorable. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate such a meaningful event. We’d happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location, breathtaking views, and an amazing host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cincy and the Woodburn house! It fit all 24 of our party perfectly! (We had 2 toddlers). I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. The area seems a little sketchy when you first pull up, like most big cities would I think, but we had no issues and it was a very quiet street. We felt safe letting the kids play in the backyard, garage game area, and the Hot tub. The children loved it! All 4 families commented on how perfectly it met our needs!

A really unique property in a beautiful neighborhood. The house itself is clean and has everything you need. You do have to park on the street and then take public stairs down to the house. There are 59 steps to get to the house. If you struggle with stairs it’s probably not the best property for you. The Mt. Adams neighborhood is super cute and quiet with lots of restaurants.

The place was very clean and the hosts very easy to communicate with and helpful. We had no issues with our stay, and the duplex was perfect for a girls weekend that included 20 women. It was a quick drive to downtown or Covington, plenty of parking, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. It was cute inside and the kitchens were fully furnished and functional. Great stay!! A couple things that weren't ideal, but also not the hosts' fault, and didn't really impact our stay: We didn't realize when we were booking that there is a highway between the duplex's back patio and the river, so you definitely have some road noise if you're hanging out outside. Also, the downstairs bedrooms don't have doors, so if you have a big noisy group, it's tough for anyone sleeping down there to go to bed early or sleep late.

Beautiful country home close to Millet! Had a volleyball Mom’s weekend, and having 5 bedrooms was wonderful so the senior mom’s could spend the weekend together. The beds were very comfortable, and all slept well. Super charming home :)

A group of us stayed here the night before a conference at the Truist Arena. This was a great location for that with the perfect amount of space for our group. Highly recommend!

The backyard was great for the kids and dogs and the house was cozy with lots of room for guests.

My family and I loved our stay. The house was so clean and pretty with everything you could possibly need. Very welcoming and comfy. My 3 boys loved that each bedroom had it's own big TV and plenty of space to play. The location was great with its close proximity and easy drive to downtown. I would absolutely stay again the next time we're in town.

The space was perfect for my friends, myself and my dog. The home was very cozy in the living/dining area and the kitchen was great for cooking! I loved that the dining table was large enough for us all to eat together :) We all raved about both showers being excellently clean and enjoyable, the shower supplies also seemed to be high quality! The bedrooms were spacious and clean, everyone had plenty of room for their things. The beds were very comfortable all around. The dog bed in the living room was awesome as I have an elderly dog she’s normally on the floor so her having her own spot was great! The area was excellent and conveniently located to a lot of great restaurants! Street parking was easy we were parked right in front of the house the entire weekend. I would stay here again!

The house was exactly the way it was described. House was clean and a perfect location. Host was responsive if needed for anything or questions. Thanks... it worked out great and would stay there again.

Beautiful home very clean all amenities you could need. Kitchen was perfect for our family dinner place with spacious enough for our large family.

Amy is so sweet. I even invited her to come by her home for pancakes! The house is beautiful. The beds are nice and the basement is to die for. Two arcade games, a PS4, air hockey and serious workout equipment. The master bedroom with jets is grand. The pool was out of season so we didn't use it, but the back yard has a basketball court and massive outdoor fireplace. It is hard to find anything missing. One improvement could be a place to hang your wet towels in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Perhaps laundry detergent...Amy's guide list what she has...but I wanted to wash my towels so I bought some tide pods and left them for Amy's next guest. I love Cincy and will try to stay at Amy's place when I return...perhaps in the summer to try the pool. Pancakes next time Amy!

Beautiful mid century modern architecture inside this large and spacious cabin in the woods. The home had pretty much everything you need. Host was very responsive and friendly. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. The local restaurants are nice as well as close by (13 minute drive). The pool was a little too cold to swim in but that was expected this time of year. This place makes for a great getaway for a family or two to enjoy.

Charles was great with communication. My Family would stay here again. We were pleased with the spacious accommodations. We were only there for two days but had a great time.

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house and will return for sure. Tyianna really has thought of everything you might need and the house was well stocked, especially in the kitchen. There was an abundance of supplies especially good for kids like plastic cups, bowls and plates which was great. I felt right at home!

Definitely will be recommending One a very few locations where’s it private Calm and just astounding. They were generous to provide snacks 2 washers & dryers! Absolutely amazing. Pool was the cherry on top. Awesome stay. Definitely worth every dollar!!
