Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

This apartment was in the best location. Very close to the canal and some amazing bars and restaurants. It is situated on a beautiful cobbled street. Also close to the M2 metro line with easy access to the centre and to the airport. The bed was comfy, everything was very clean and tidy, and Federico answered all of our questions within just a few minutes. He let us check in early which was really helpful. We had a wonderful stay in Milan, thank you!

Great stay, no issues. Road access a bit complicated. The views are worth it however.

We just love Lake Como and for our second visit this year we really appreciate being closer to the waterside. The flat was all we could expect, using the tv was a bit difficult but everything was up to standard and we enjoyed our stay very much

Le logement est impeccable, propre avec tout le confort et situé dans un quartier calme. La résidence est sécurisée, il y a un gardien. Métro et bus à 15 min à pied, nous avons pu laisser la voiture en bas de la résidence sur une place réservée. Erminio et Rosaria sont très disponibles, réactifs, et toujours bienveillants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Alessandro is a great host. He met us at arrival and was very thorough with a tour of the apartment, information about the area and recommendations for everything from activities to the best restaurants. The fridge was stocked with food and drinks. Bottles of still and sparkling water and tasty snacks were there for us. And the coffee selection for the nespresso machine was beyond impressive. We have never experienced this level of hospitality at an Airbnb. Alessandro even booked a taxi for our early departure to the airport. Highly recommended!

Byt vypadal jako na fotkach, byl uklizeny a v docela poklidne lokalite. Nadia je velmi mila, dokonce nam nabidla odvoz z Milana a pozdejsi check out, je opravdu uzasna! Dekujeme!

Ottimo alloggio, ben pulito e molto curato. Host molto reattivo e disponibile ma mai invadente. Consigliato.

Good Place to stay

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

Great apartment, very clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of options for eating and drinking nearby and very convenient to the duomo area If you are a light sleeper be aware noise from the 4 lane road below does come into the bedrooms at night

L'appartement est très agréable. Situé au 4 étage avec ascenseur, il est lumineux et aéré. Si on le souhaite, il est possible de garer la voiture en sécurité au sous-sol. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, rien ne manque. Il est situé en plein centre de Varèse ce qui pratique pour aller à pied au restaurant, faire ses courses ou prendre le train pour Milan. Il y a de la circulation en journée mais ce n'est pas dérangeant et les nuits ont été tranquilles. La communication avec Francesca a été excellente, les informations sont complètes et claires. De plus, elle nous a donné énormément d'informations touristiques qui nous ont été utiles. Francesca est très accueillante et disponible pour toutes questions. Cette appartement est l'endroit parfait pour visiter le Lac de Côme, le lac Majeur ou encore aller la journée à Milan, nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

Hote reactif et flexible. L appartement est idealement placé et il a beaucoup de charme.

L’ appartamento è molto confortevole, in posizione strategica per raggiungere il parco di Monza anche a piedi e altre località rinomate come Milano, Monza, Lecco, Como, Bergamo e così via. L’host e sua moglie sono persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili a venire incontro a ogni esigenza dei clienti. Pulizia ottima, comodissimo il posto macchina privato e c’è anche la piscina all’aperto per i mesi più caldi. Valutazione complessiva: Cinque stelle superior! Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente. Ilaria

Wir haben vier Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie war wie auf den Bildern und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt mit Irene war von Anfang an reibungslos und sie hat uns den Weg zur Farm klar beschrieben. Der Ort hat nicht ganz so viel zu bieten, aber ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um sich andere Ort anzusehen. Die Unterkunft ist auf einer Olivenfarm und Irene verkauft dort auch das eigens produzierte Olivenöl. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht nutzen, aber der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist unschlagbar. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sicherlich auch wiederkommen.

Все понравилось, фотографии отвечали реальностью . А квартире есть все что нужно и даже больше. Вид з балкона это просто великолепно, утром кофе пить самое блаженство. Все вопросы очень быстро решались. Рекомендую .

La casa di flora e' un bell'alloggio situato in un bel condominio anche se un po distante dal centro. Il tram 2 ti porta dritto al duomo e questa e una risorsa. La casa era molto pulita e accogliente e la proprietaria accudente gentile e disponobile. Ci torneremo senzaltro
