Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, in der Altstadt von Palermo, Minuten entfernt vom Hafen wie von den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der historischen Altstadt. Lebendiges Viertel, Bars und Restaurants vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso. Ein Wermutstropfen, abends sollte man nicht Ruhe erwarten denn das Leben pulsiert sizilianisch bis Mitternacht. Wer Palermitanisches Leben erleben will ist hier an der richtigen Stelle.

Il piccolo appartamento di Alessandra E Jul è stato perfetto per la mia permanenza Palermo. Si trova in una zona centralissma, ideale per visitare le bellezze che la città offre (a due passi dal Teatro Massimo e dalla Cattedrale). La casa è pulitissima, compatta e con tutto ciò che serve. Come si dice, mi sono sentito a casa mia :) Inoltre, Alessandra & Jul sono dei perfetti hosts: amichevoli, disponibili e che vi sapranno accogliere a Palermo con il sorriso. Spero di tornare presto a Palermo ed essere ancora loro ospite. Grazie ancora Ale & Jul!

Die grosszügige Wohnung ist ideal gelegen um Palermo zu entdecken. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es die notwendigsten Gegenstände, ausser Salz, Zucker und Kaffee jedoch keine Lebensmittel ( wie z.B. Öl, Essig etc.) Der Srassenlärm ist hörbar, da die Fenster nicht wirklich isolieren. Während der Nacht ist jedoch auf der Strasse ruhig.

Rocco è stato un host fantastico, reattivo e preciso nelle indicazioni. L’appartamento era come da descrizione. La posizione è ottima, super centrale e tranquilla.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This place is centrally located with an amazing view from the balcony. Antonino was always responsive, friendly, and helpful. When I had a minor emergency, he had three of his friends to the Airbnb within a few minutes to help me. When I'm back in Palermo, I'll stay here again. Thanks, Antonino!

We had a great stay at this place, it was very spacious and had everything you need. Alessandro was quick to respond, very friendly and helpful. He provided us with some great recommendations for the area which has some wonderful restaurants and bars. Grazie Alessandro!

Sandro's apartment is beautifully furnished with stylish objets d'art. The beds are sumptuous and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with a large range-style cooker. The living space is ample and comfortable. But the main delight is Sandro himself - he is the most wonderful host. He is passionate about looking after his guests. He exudes warmth and enthusiasm and genuinely wants to ensure you have a great stay in Palermo.

Accueil chaleureux avec des très belles attentions pour notre famille. Maison impeccable et propre. Tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Dommage que le matelas de notre chambre est été un peu dur pour dormir sinon tout était parfait. Un endroit stratégique pour sillonner la région du nord ouest.

we really enjoyed our 9 day stay at Don Ciccio Seahouse. We were a family group of 10 ranging in age from 23 to 86 years old. There are plenty of different areas and rooms both indoors and outdoors for everyone to have their own space as well as be all together for meals for example. The garden is very pleasant and the pool area beautifully maintained as well as spacious, with great views. We had 2 hire cars and it would be difficult without. I'd definitely recommend a car to go to the shops, restaurants, station etc... Going into Palermo was easy using the train, the station is 5min drive away and has a free carpark. Mattro was a really great host, very responsive and really helpful with everything. He gave us a great introduction to an amazing local bakery/deli which we visited every day! Definitely recommend the house 😀

I miei genitori sono stati ospiti da Angelo. La casa è situata in una via tranquillissima, molto caratteristica dove non passano automobili e vicinissima al centro di San Vito. La casa era pulita e aveva tutto il necessario per trascorrere una splendida vacanza. Angelo è stato molto gentile e nonostante non fosse presente ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili e si è sempre sincerato della situazione rimanendo sempre a disposizione in caso di bisogno. Consiglio quindi Angelo e la sua casa. Grazie

Veldig flott sted, men stor leilighet som krevde mye fyring siden vi var der i julen med lavere temperatur. Men, verten leverte godt med ved foran inngangsdøren hele tiden. Nydelig plass, bakgård og basseng område ( pga. temperatur benyttet vi ikke dette )

Clean and comfortable space with a beautiful big patio overlooking the sea. The infinity pool is a dream and perfect for little kids with the shallow end. Giulia was very responsive and helped resolve a few issues we had. Highly recommend for families!

Ein sehr schöner Ort. Entspannend. Wo man sich wohl und daheim fühlt. Im Haus haben wir alles gefunden, was man benötigt. In der Küche ist sogar alles da, um zu kochen. Und es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine. Die zwei Terrassen sind klasse, um zu entspannen. Die Location ist ruhig und in in einer landschaftlich sehr schöner Umgebung. Man sieht Berge und das Meer, einfach klasse! Gefrühstückt haben wir immer im Café schräg gegenüber und Möglichkeiten einzukaufen, zu essen, Strände, Hafen sind innerhalb von ca.10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. In San Vito findet man einen wunderschönen Stadtstrand mit Wasser glasklar und wunderbar türkis. In Macari gibt es mehrere Badebuchten mitten in der Natur mit ebenfalls so schönem Strand und Wasser. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Max war unser direkter Ansprechpartner und hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt und war immer erreichbar und ansprechbar. From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Vincenzo was AMAZING! His place is perfect and near restaurants and local food spots. Vincenzo was great with his responses and advice of places to eat. He was SO helpful with any questions I had and even helped me get transportation to the airport. Capaci is beautiful and I would stay again! There is also a free shuttle that takes you to the beach and it’s easy to navigate.

We highly recommend to stay in the appartement of Francesca. The beautiful appartement is very spacious with a private balcony with lots of plants. Francesca is also super friendly and very fast in responding. Her son, arranged our transport from and to the airport and that was also very pleasant as he was super friendly and very punctual on time. The appartement is in the old town, close to good restaurants, museums, nice bars,… We had a great stay there for 4 nights and we would highly recommend the place!

Giuliana ist eine super Gastgeberin, sehr unkompliziert und schnell reagierend. Die Wohnung ist individuell und schön eingerichtet, sehr großzügig und ruhig gelegen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Palermos Altstadt zu erkunden. Wir (Mama plus zwei Teenies) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeder hatte genügend Raum.

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

Great view of Palermo’s cathedral and the mountains beyond. And great location with the colorful Mercato del Capo just steps away. Very quiet and comfortable and fantastic check-in with Giuseppe!

I would like to repeat what has already been written here: the apartment is perfectly located in the lively center of Palermo. It is pleasantly cool, very clean and very well equipped. Good restaurants, sights and many nice bars are within easy walking distance. But now to the essentials: Massimiliano is extremely friendly and more than accommodating. We have rarely received such a friendly welcome. Despite our very late arrival (late flight and problems with the rental car), Massimiliano welcomed us personally and saved the evening with a welcome gift in the form of pasta and wine. On all subsequent days, we were always given good tips and recommendations on request, which never disappointed. Even a small emergency in the form of a flat tire was quickly resolved thanks to the host's recommendation. Even if he's not officially a Superhost yet, if anyone deserves it, it's him!
