A wonderful self contained ‘cottage’ set in the grounds of Marcos house and garden. A remarkably quick walk to Alassio central, balconies on both levels, very clean spacious and beautiful views. Kitchen well kitted out. We enjoyed lovely arrival supplies, useful guides to the area in a folder and Marco’s help booking excellent local restaurant. The arrival drive is up a wonderful Italian hillside, where a need for a reverse to negotiate the hairpins is the norm. Worth having the smallest car you need! A lovely stay, Thankyou.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Dario und Daria! Die beiden sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Dario hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns nicht nur mit einem gesunden und süssen Snack überrascht, sondern auch mit Trinkwasser. Besonders schön war es, dass wir mit unseren zwei Hunden reisen konnten – der grosse, eingezäunte Garten stand uns zur Verfügung, was für uns und die Hunde perfekt war. Dario lebt überhalb der Airbnb-Wohnung und war, bei Fragen für uns da. Er hat uns eine sehr gute Einführung in die Gegend und die wichtigsten Orte in Andora di Marina gegeben und uns einen schriftlichen Guide zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem wir nachschlagen konnten. Auch Ausflüge in die benachbarten Städtchen wie Alassio sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, der ebenfalls sicher und eingezäunt war – sehr praktisch! Ein grosses Dankeschön an Daria für die schnelle und klare Kommunikation über Airbnb und an Dario für die Gastfreundschaft! Grazie mille!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Civezza is a nice, quaint, old town, about 6 minutes by car from the nearest beach. The apartment has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the Ligurian hills and mountains, and thanks to the olive tree (and an umbrella) there is shade from morning to evening. The apartment has its own entrance on the terrace side; the house is probably at least a hundred years old (like the rest of Civezza) but very nicely updated with all facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, etc) and with all amenities nearby (grocery, restaurant, parking place, etc.). The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions for what we wanted to do.

Nous avons organisé une super Baby shower dans le jardin d’Aurelie. Son mari a été d’une extrême gentillesse en nous aidant à apporter les affaires en voiture car l’accès pédestre n’était pas pratique pour apporter autant d’affaire. Merci encore !

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, pace e tranquillità, clima mite anche a Capodanno. Casa accogliente non manca nulla, giardinetto recintato e terrazza con vista. Passeggiate a piedi direttamente partendo da casa. Host cordialissimi e disponibili. Torneremo!🤩

Bella casa in un meraviglioso borgo storico! Ha un giardino unico, ampio e panoramico. Molto comodo per fare la grigliata e mangiare guardando la vista notturna è stato molto rilassante. Complesso di appartamenti all’avanguardia nel cuore di Santo Stefano al mare. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei più alti dove la vista era spettacolare. L’appartamento di design all’avanguardia, stile minimal, conteneva tutto quello di cui hai bisogno. Organizzato benissimo, bagno e camera con spazi adeguati, cucina attrezzata, caffè, the, ecc… il patio fuori con la terrazza e le sdraio è bella da levare il fiato. Il complesso è dotato di spazi comuni pulitissimi come la piscina esterna, idromassaggio interna, calcetto, tavolo da biliardo e Ping pong. Spazio ottimo per i bambini e famiglie in generale. Massimo e Meriam sono degli host fantastici che ci hanno fatto innamorare di questo bel paesino. Sono stati molto disponibili e simpatici! Speriamo a presto! Grazie di tutto

The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

nachdem wir uns mit unserem xl-bus nach sant‘ agata hochgearbeitet haben wurden wir sehr herzlich in empfang genommen. patrizia hat uns ganz schnell alles gezeigt, danach konnten wir die tolle anlage und den pool geniessen. villa angela ist super gepflegt und hat durch die höhenlage traumhafte aussicht bis zum meer, wenn es an der küste nicht zu diesig ist. weil wir ganz alleine dort waren, hatten wir die natur und die tolle location für uns 5 köpfige Familie ganz exklusiv. wenn alle apartments belegt sind muss man sicher mehr rücksicht nehmen, aber jeder findet immer ausreichend platz zu entspannen. zur ruhe zu kommen. wir kommen wieder!!!

Beau gîte joliment décoré et meublé, belle découverte dans les hauteurs de Menton. Les propriétaires habitent au-dessus du gîte et sont très discrets et très gentils. Voiture nécessaire pour se rendre en quelques minutes à Menton plages et commerces. Nous ne l’avons pas fait mais faisable à pied ou navettes bus. Très bonnes boulangeries et autres maraîchers dans le Marché couvert, ouvert en matinée. Très beau séjour….merci aux hôtes et douces caresses à Lila !

The house offer everything for every generation. Enrico was very helpful in everything to make our stay a memorable one. Will visit again when we visit italy next time.

Appartement impeccable très jolies finitions, parfait pour deux personnes. La piscine etait encore utilisable, magnifique terrasse-jardin. Propriétaire attentionnée !

Nous avons passés un bon week-end. La villa est conforme au photos. Bien située si vous voulez du repos ou faire la fête . Le jardin est magnifique , la piscine est très mignonne . Je recommande et nous reviendrons sans hésiter . L’hôte est très sympathique.

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

alla casa non manca davvero nulla, pulita, essenziale, semplice ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve . il terrazzo fuori con una bella vista. il parcheggio per l'auto è all'interno del cortile, molto comodo. la casa è collegata al paese con una ripida salita ma breve. in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare da considerare se si hanno problemi motori. ho passato un fine settimana di vero relax dato anche dalla zona veramente silenziosa

Punto forte della casa: la posizione fantastica soprattutto per chi ha bambini, circondata da negozi (a pochi metri da ottimo pasta fresca, mini market, gelaterie, bar) e adiacente alla ZTL quindi sicura per uscire di casa con i bambini in quanto priva di traffico. La spiaggia e il parco giochi sono a pochi passi. L'alloggio è comodo per un soggiorno di due adulti e due bambini. Il letto e il divano letto sono comodi, la cucina è ben attrezzata, e l'host ha fatto trovare anche qualche prodotto per la prima colazione e qualche bustina di condimenti per non dover subito fare la spesa. Anche l'ascensorino è comodo se ci si sposta con un (piccolo) passeggino. La descrizione dell'appartamento e dei dintorni corrispondono alla descrizione e i contatti con l'host sono stati rapidi e efficienti. Unica nota dolente:il pavimento dovrebbe essere pulito più a fondo perché lasciava i piedi neri (e io passavo la scopa più volte al giorno). Però siamo stati davvero soddisfatti e torneremo sicuramente

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento immerso nel verde, a 10 min dal mare, recentemente ristrutturato e completo di tutto. La vista dal soggiorno è fantastica. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Letti comodi. Proprietari gentili. Consigliato

Christina est une hôte très accueillante, la villa composée de deux appartements est très fonctionnelle. La très grande terrasse du RDC est très agréable et permet de profiter de l'extérieur. La maisons est à l'extérieur de la ville mais très proche des commerces et des activités. Merci pour ce weekend.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Appartement propre, meublé simplement mais bien équipé.

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente . Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare e il centro di Ceriale in pochi minuti a piedi . Abbiamo anche usufruito del parcheggio condominiale. Molto apprezzata (e indispensabile) l’aria condizionata. Host disponibile e raggiungibile. Molta elasticità sull’orario dí check-in e check-out.

Es gibt Augenblicke im Leben, da hat man das Gefühl am absolut richtigen Ort zur richtigen Zeit zu sein. Das kleine Häuschen ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Susanna und ihre Familie sind einfach toll. Man fühlt sich zu Gast bei Freunden. Unsere Hunde wurden herzlichst empfangen und konnten mit den Hunden Blue und Azzura Freundschaft schließen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind froh, dass wir sie kennen gelernt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu euch.
