Tempatnya bersih dan spacenya luas cocok untuk berkumpul bersama keluarga, kolam berenang cocok untuk anak2, lengkap dengan dapur dan meja makan, untuk tempat parkir hanya cukup satu mobil dan 3 motor mungkin bisa ditambahkan space parkir mobilnya

The place was exactly like the pictures! The bedrooms are so great. It's so perfect for 10+ people because it was so large and spacious. The bathrooms are okay, the only nice bathroom is the largest. The bathroom near the kitchens are very small and there were lots of flying insects. We had hard times finding the villa because it has different location point on Gojek. The amenities and service are incredible! They had everything for eating and cooking. They even had microphone, brooms, and mop. Just lack of mats for us to dry down after swimming. Also, the swimming pool is very nice! Host is very responsive and friendly. We had a great time overall. Thank you very much.

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Saya datang bersama rombongan untuk kegiatan acara. Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, tuan rumah benar² baik, ramah, dan sangat membantu.... begitupun dengan pengurus villa, pak Asep yang sedia membantu. sempat sedikit ada kendala tapi bisa terselesaikan dengan cepat... recommended 👍

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

Very easy to reach, and simply put just exactly what is listed on the web. Be aware if you order gojek to this place, the map will direct to the back side of the building which isn't accessible, so you need to manually inform the driver that it is right across INSISTS. Most drivers got lost and quite few of them had little to no patience unless you inform them beforehand. Overall, a very great place to stay.

David’s place was GREAT! couldn’t ask for more. Everything was right in the place, make your stay with family was perfect! Worth every penny to stay here, because it’s accessible and right in the center of South Jakarta! Near PIM, Gandaria also Senayan City & Plaza Senayan. If i were you, i would not be hesitated to book this place🥹 would recommend and love to come back🤍

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Tempatnya bagus, nyaman dan bersih. Lantainya juga pake kayu jadi lebih nyaman dan warm. Cukup luas juga karna emang rumah. Fasilitas cukup oke, cuma memang peralatan dapurnya minimalis ya.
