Irvan is by far the best host we've had on Airbnb. The place itself is outrageously cheap for what it is. It was clean, well-equipped and Irvan's attention to detail was amazing! We immediately felt at home 🤩 Highly recommend 💯

I had a very enjoyable stay in Iris’ spacious apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for any needs I had. The shower worked very well and so did the Wifi. Communication with the host was very good. I will come back at Iris’ place if coming again to Jakarta.

100/100!! At first, when we searched for a place to stay because we had a concert to attend, we just wanted a place with a living room to gather and have some talk. Sejak pertama kali membuka pintu, yang langsung disambut dengan ruang tengah penuh fasilitas lengkap, rapi, dan terawat, menjadikan kebersamaan terasa lebih hangat. The quality truly blows our mind, the place is so clean, we had some good sleep because the mattresses are so comfy, and we can request things like iron and hair dryer. Kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan shower yang berfungsi dengan baik, peralatan mandi yang lengkap dan terisi penuh. Unfortunately, we don’t have time to swim at the pool beside the tower and take a walk around the complex. Make sure you guys spare some time and enjoy the neighborhood!! If we have a concert to attend again, we’ll make sure to book this place😁 Thank you for hosting us! apartemen yang sangat bersih, ruangan nya luas dan lega. Modern dan canggih. Air panas nya sangat baik bukan hanya di kamar mandi tetapi juga di semua keran, sampai ke keran cuci piring. terdapat mesin cuci. parkir gratis. fasilitas lengkap. Apartemen masih sangat-sangat baru. sehingga ada beberapa perintilan yg blm lengkap. over all bintang 5

Stay here for 2 nights and worth every penny that i spent to. Really enjoy Lucky's unit and very recommended for anyone to stay. Very close to AEON mall BSD (just a few minutes walk distance), very nice apartement (the surroundings, the neighbourhood, and everything else in between), in the centre heart of BSD, etc. Very clean and neat unit, also the PS5 is a truly game changer. Will definitely be my 1st option if i hv to stay in BSD again one day ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sudah 2x memesan disini, rasanya masih sama seperti pertama kali datang, suasana cozy, fasilitas lengkap, stopkontak roll yang sangat membantu, pemanas air listrik , ada kompor portable juga , piring dan gelas juga garpu dan sendok yang lengkap, sabun mandi, shampoo, dan shower juga pemanas air yang menyala, ac yang cepat dingin, jemur baju di balkon juga cepat kering dengan adanya bantuan outdoor AC, serasa ada di rumah dengan segala kenyamanan, juga lift apart/hotel yang sangat cepat, tempat nya tidak terlalu ramai, ada akses dari parkiran langsung ke apart di lantai 19 yang rasanya terasa sangat dekat, di parkiran juga ada batas maksimal hanya 25rb , jadi tidak memakan biaya, worth it to rent long, and Staycation. Thank you kak dewi yang ramah untuk sedia mengganti sprei baru, akan repeat order kembali 🤩

Sunhwa's place is nice, cozy & family friendly. We were celebrating new year with whole family and enjoyed our stay there. The owner is very nice, live near the homestay, so no need to worry if we need their help urgently. Thank you for letting our family staying there :)

Nice home,nice surroundings to stay out from hectic big city environment, natural atmospere, re-juvenating quietness :) *ps maybe the host should give water heater since the water slightly ice cold :D

The villa is very comfortable and clean. The host also responsive, although we had some issue with the kitchen stuff but overall the entire home is worth the price and we had a great stay in this place.

I stayed at this villa while preparing for a concert at SICC, and it exceeded my expectations! The villa is spacious with 4 large bedrooms (though it feels like there are more, as some rooms were locked), clean bathrooms, and incredibly comfy beds. I slept soundly despite being exhausted from event prep. The best part? It’s very affordable for such a large place and is located close to SICC, making everything super convenient. Mr. Rudy, the host, was very kind, even accommodating my last-minute booking. Mr. Budi, the caretaker, was friendly, quick to respond, and made everything smooth, including extending my checkout time and very last-minute request to extending my stay for another night. The only minor downside was a few insects, but I left the windows open, so that's on me. Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely come back for future events at SICC. Thanks, Mr. Rudy and Mr. Budi!

Skolastica's place is comfortable, quiet, and really great for a weekend getaway. The drinkable tap water in particular is great if you're from overseas. Recommend!

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

Niken is one of those host that you wish to be like one if you ever did host an airbnb - Place is well managed and clean - Gave free foods and snacks for our stay - Communication was super nice and very helpful - The facilities are top notch Wouldn’t be surprised if her place always booked because it is just Worth it 💯

i booked the place for my mom's friends gathering and they had an amazing time there, Erick was super helpful and made sure to answer any questions we have anytime .Location was also amazing in the new BSD area and had great access to everything we needed, had a great stay !
