Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Sudah 2 bulan disini… staff sangat ramah.. checkin mudah.. staff sangat membantu ketika ada yg ingin di tanyakkan / ada kebutuhan lainya. Furniture dan elektronik lengkap. Suasananya nyaman.. security disini ramah.

Decided to stay there for new year’s eve and entertained by the view that this unit offers which is Jakarta’s fireworks. My family and I were so happy as the place is not far from some major malls in Jakarta. Will definitely consider this place in the future!

100/100!! At first, when we searched for a place to stay because we had a concert to attend, we just wanted a place with a living room to gather and have some talk. Sejak pertama kali membuka pintu, yang langsung disambut dengan ruang tengah penuh fasilitas lengkap, rapi, dan terawat, menjadikan kebersamaan terasa lebih hangat. The quality truly blows our mind, the place is so clean, we had some good sleep because the mattresses are so comfy, and we can request things like iron and hair dryer. Kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan shower yang berfungsi dengan baik, peralatan mandi yang lengkap dan terisi penuh. Unfortunately, we don’t have time to swim at the pool beside the tower and take a walk around the complex. Make sure you guys spare some time and enjoy the neighborhood!! If we have a concert to attend again, we’ll make sure to book this place😁 Thank you for hosting us! Lovely place, very clean, great amenities lot of space, nice multimedia and TV available. The hosts were very responsive and extremely friendly, they were also very flexible. A real comfortable place anyone could feel at home!

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

It’s such a nice and great house! The house is really clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the house with my family for 3 weeks and honestly it was such a great experience. Mr. Abdul is such a great person too and fast response with everything that I’ve needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a large space or looking for a long term stay since its really affordable. Lastly, I would definitely book this house again in the future!

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

We had a pleasant stay at Hadi's place, with ample amenities, a comfortable bed, and a quiet neighborhood. The location is very strategic for business or events at ICE BSD. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. There are also ample space and amenities for quality time with family. Thank you!

Skolastica's place is comfortable, quiet, and really great for a weekend getaway. The drinkable tap water in particular is great if you're from overseas. Recommend!

Je ne sais par où commencer. Mon séjour d'un mois avec ma famille chez Justin était tout simplement fabuleux. Notre hôte était vraiment conciliant avec nous. Au moindre pépin, il était prêt à nous rendre service. L'emplacement est idéal...proche de l'aéroport et pas très loin du centre de Jakarta. À quelques minutes de scooter de deux stations. Aussi, le personnel de Puri Orchard (agents d'entretien et agents de sécurité) était le personnel le plus chaleureux et le plus souriant que j'ai vu de ma vie, au point où mes propres enfants étaient tristes de les quitter à la fin de notre séjour. J'ai vraiment adoré les commodités et l'hygiène était au top. Si je dois revenir à Jakarta, je reviens chez Justin à coup sûr ! 🇲🇨💌

Flexible and early check-in was offered by the host, and it was nice for us! They had inventory list on the room so we can check what we can use in every room. Spacious bedroom, nice for 8 people max. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Very strategic area. It was a nice stay!

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.
