This little house was adorable. Due to previous storms, everything inside is practically new. The entire house was comfortable,.. sofa, bed, lighting, plenty of towels, and the little deck area was cute. It is convenient to many eating establishments, basically five or six miles into town, or to a couple of small beach areas. We had fun swimming and snorkeling with manatees. It was a good home base.

Great place! Can fish out back, take morning walks to the park, shop and eat in Inverness, day trip to Tampa for more shopping, also to Crystal River with more shopping and manatee excursions! And state park / springs also. House was sufficient for 4 guests, cutely decorated, and nice and easy checkout.

Everything you need! We loved staying here, was very convenient for boating out to scallop and to the springs! The loft was more than enough room and so beautiful! Can’t wait to come back next year!

This was a wonderful and sweet stay in Inverness! My husband and I love the area and were very happy with our short stay.

We had a great time. We loved the place, it was perfect. The pool was awesome. It was really neat. We brought our boat, no fault of the place but just be mindful of the tides. When it’s low tide the boats get beached at the dock but it’s a muck bottom so they were fine.

This was a last minute trip for us and it was perfect for what we needed. Only about 15 ride to Crystal River and all of the attractions. The condo was very comfortable and the location was very quiet. We would return.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

I stayed at Cathy’s during a rotation for PA school. She was a great Airbnb host and very responsive to my messages. I felt very comfortable and safe here which was important to me. As a young female, I definitely recommend staying here.

Really loved it. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Excellent value. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone staying on the area. Close to everything we wanted to do. Really don’t think we could have found better.
