An amazing property in a beautiful location. The view from the deck and porch over the creek/river was wonderful. It was so well-equipped and comfortable. Having use of the kayaks to explore the waterways was a bonus. Madison was an excellent host - very helpful. Thank you.

What a fun and flexible space. The four separate bedrooms made it so we could comfortably get together with relatives and have fun together in common spaces and then also have privacy while sleeping

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and pretty private. It had everything we needed. Road getting to the house was a bit rough but was overall a perfect place for us! I would definitely rent it again.

Marni is a Super Host! Very responsive and helpful. You can tell the home is extremely well kept and has all the amenities you need. This is our favorite place in Homosassa to stay and working with Marni is incredible. Any issue she has been on it and takes great care of the guest! Love the house and boat access and the ice maker at the dock is very convenient! We have seven in our group and fish all week and coming back to stay here is like being at home. Highly recommend if you are planning on using the water way. Very convenient access to places to explore around Homosassa.

the 1st hour after arriving i wasn't sure if I had made the right decision. the cabin was a bit more rustic than I had imagined. fast forward 1 hr...settled in and out on the deck overlooking the awesome sights of the river with all the wildlife. so serene it's like heaven. decided we wanted a fire so we contacted Rebecca to see where we could purchase firewood. she did one better, they delivered firewood and kindling and set up the fire for us!!! in the evening we sat by our fire and turned on the darling little lights that surround the the area. after a perfect sleep in the comfortable beds we were off to explore some of the many sites the area has to offer. so much to do and see! I highly recommend this clean and well stocked cabin and the wonderful hosts. they have a slice of heaven and we're so glad they shared it with us!!!

Lagoon Point has become our #1 go-to every year for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, accommodating, with an "at home feeling" atmosphere... so many spacious areas for our grandkids to lounge around! The pool was great... easy access to the beautiful property and water access for our airboat.. and very private! The host made it known that she was available if needed. She emailed several times before our stay informing me of what the house had available for my family. Easy check in and chech out. Everything was as listed and pictured (plus some!) This place is 100% to us!

Thea’s place is a wonderful spot. The deck and the view were such a pleasure! The house is well maintained and spotless.

Great stay! We didn't get in until 2:30am - easy to find and easy access for entry. Lights were on waiting for us. It was only 3 miles from my father who is a snowbird in Homosassa which was great! Very clean. Has everything you need for your stay. New appliances. Safe area. Restaurants and bars close by. Would stay again.

Duane and Regina were excellent hosts during my stay at Palmetto Place. They were responsive, helpful, easy to communicate with and the space is exactly as described and was comfortable, clean and safe.

This small cozy spot in Homosassa was perfect for a few days enjoying the numerous springs, rivers, and other attractions in the area! I am from Tampa and have visited the area for years but it was nice to not have to drive back to Tampa for a change.

I was familiar with Floral City and was coming for a quick get-a-way with my husband to do some fishing and spending time with old friends. Brooke’s place was exactly as the pictures. We found it quiet, close to everything and had a beautiful view of the lake. While my husband fished, I was able to spend some quality time with myself and watch movies and drink some wine. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment was modestly furnished and clean. I felt very comfortable staying here. Looking forward to returning again.

The accommodations were really great for my holiday weekend stay! We used the lovely firepit -swing area every day. Bobby was responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed. Coffee overlooking the mist rising off the water in the morning was just so beautiful. The river is amazing… the hawks, ibis, anhinga, herons, and so many other birds were so cool to hear, and watch!

I enjoyed staying at this cute place. Very quiet and clean and felt right at home. My host was very responsive every time I had a question and very friendly. I highly recommend this place and if I have to travel that way again, I will definitely will love to stay there again. Thank you for making my stay so beautiful!

Absolutely loved our stay! So cozy and beautiful! The hot tub too was the cherry on top. Also close to lots of wildlife! Coming back again soon! Jennifer also is the best!

Very private and peaceful, I enjoyed the outdoor shower and fire pit out back!

We had a great time and particularly enjoyed the free kayaks. All in all great accomodation and we could have easily imagined to stay a whole week.

The Rustic Bear cabin was awesome! Beautifully decorated and the location was great. We truly had a great time. Hosts were very quick to reply if we needed anything. It’s a gem!

You can’t beat the hospitality and the views. Perfect for small center consoles and bay boats. Cameron was friendly and very helpful would recommend this place to any scalloper or inshore fishermen.

Very nice home, located within 20 minutes to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. We loved the seclusion, the home’s architecture, and the detached BBQ screened-in shelter. The large backyard is great for the activities they provide (cornhole, mini soccer, and tree swinging). We were there in the summer but the water level in the back was too shallow to launch the canoes but that’s no problem with tons of local kayaking options. The house is on a 12-minute drive dirt road that can be difficult to find at night. Also, the house does not have any cell reception but the house has ok WiFi speeds to stream movies and use FaceTime (voice); that’s the price to be in seclusion, peace, and nature. Check in and out were a breeze and the indoor amenities are nice. We recommend this home for a nice getaway.

Had a great time staying here for the weekend! Lots of space, a private yard, a full kitchen to cook in and it’s a short drive to the springs. Super close to a bunch of good restaurants and shops so we had plenty to do even on a stormy day.
