Cittadella : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

We had a lovely stay at Francescas. The location was great, only 100m from the stop at San Stae and about 10 minutes from Rialto. There were lots of decent restaurants nearby. The flat is very comfortable and we enjoyed the view over a pretty garden. Francesca sent detailed instructions on how to get to the flat. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment, easy-to-use facilities, ideal location, clear instructions from the owner and very clean: all of which made it very easy to relax and enjoy our visit. There was a small guidebook with a few suggestions which we found particularly useful as first-time visitors: the recommendations for local cuisine in it were particularly good.

We had a great time when we stayed here. It is very spacious. One of the reasons we chose this place is the great view from the kitchen/balcony. The only downfall was the weather was not cooperative for us to be able to use it. We still enjoyed our stay- close to attractions. Instructions were very clear with helpful pictures on how to locate the apartment. Thank you! The availability of a washer/drier was great too.

Siamo stati ospiti de ‘La Casa di Leo’ in occasione di un weekend sulla neve. Già dal primo contatto, Carlo si è presentato come una persona amichevole e disponibilissima. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha mostrato con dei video le modalità di ingresso per accedere allo stabile e all’appartamento rendendo il check in in autonomia una vera comodità. In casa, l’ambiente si presentava pulito ed in ordine. Avremmo gradito una maggiore attenzione igienica per il kit biancheria perché non odorava di pulito anche se non si presentava utilizzato nè sporco. Un po’ scomodi i due materassi singoli della seconda camera. Nel complesso, a nostro parere si tratta di una struttura accogliente, in una posizione comoda agli impianti sciistici della zona e gestita da un altrettanto valido host.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Ottimo soggiorno in questo alloggio che si trova in una posizione fantastica , quasi prospiciente il ponte pietra e con affaccio sull'Adige . direi consigliato

Emaculate spacious area that is close to everthing you want to see in Venice while providing an easy to find quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle below. Cose to several great restaurants and the kitchen had all the amenities for preparing meals when we didn't want to eat out. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Questa casa immersa nel verde è un vero angolo di pace e relax. L'appartamento è accogliente, perfettamente pulito e corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione dell'annuncio, la zona circostante è tranquilla, con un piccolo ruscello che scorre accanto alla casa, rendendo l'atmosfera ancora più suggestiva. L'host, Federico, è stato estremamente amichevole e disponibile, fornendoci ottimi consigli su cosa fare nei dintorni e accogliendoci con grande ospitalità. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Bianchina, la dolcissima gatta di Federico che ci ha allietato le giornate con le sue fusa. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e, come piacevole sorpresa, abbiamo trovato a disposizione prodotti per la colazione e un ottimo vino fatto in casa. Consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza a chi cerca un rifugio rilassante e autentico. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare nel Veneto e di essere nuovamente accolti in questo posto speciale… e da Bianchina!

L'alloggio di Marco è comodo e confortevole. Posto auto all'interno della proprietà con possibilità di ricarica elettrica. Giardino con tavolo e sedie, per un pranzo all'aperto. Si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi il supermercato. Da visitare Adria, Chioggia con la possibilità di un Traghetto per Venezia.

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

Excellent! Hyper secluded looking onto Springtime garden n bushes. New interior impeccably clean. Exit in front of the very beguiling Portello, 1518, with bridge across the tree lined canal to the campus.

Very spacious apartment on 3rd floor (with lift) which was nice as made the place brighter. The location is unbeatable - so peaceful and away from the mass tourist crowds, yet easy walking distance to everything in Venice. Some great little bars and restaurants nearby too, full of locals. Highly recommended!

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

This place is truly a gem! Fantastic restaurant just below, very well appointed with everything you could need. Irene was immediately responsive when we had a question. It is on the 4th floor, so the elevator was important. Perched with a small canal on one side and a Main Street on the other, the shutters helped block out much of the street sounds, and it’s fine considering you are smack in the middle of the best landmarks.

Изключителен апартамент, в който имаше всичко необходимо! Чистотата е безупречна, а отношението на домакина е невероятно. Апартамента разполага с две бани, пълна посуда и необходими продукти в кухнята и баните. Моника ни позволи да се настаним три часа по-рано и отговаряше на запитванията ни в изключително кратко време. Препоръчваме го с десет ръце / защото бяхме 5 човека / и на никой от нас не ни се тръгваше!

Schönes Appartement im Herzen von Venedig. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Ca. 1,2 km. vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Alles war super sauber und ansprechend möbliert. Besonders nett - und nicht selbstverständlich- waren kühlgestellte Wasserflaschen zum Empfang. Die Heizung funktionierte gut. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, aber wurde von uns wegen der Temperaturen nicht genutzt. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind jeweils 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Es gibt eine Bar/Restaurant in direkter Nähe aber auch sonst sind Bars und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Loris war per Chat immer erreichbar und hat unseren Sonderwunsch nach einer zusätzlichen Decke direkt erfüllt. Wenn man empfindlich ist, sollte man für nachts ein Mückenrepellent im Gepäck haben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Venice has been our favorite city so far. Andrea met us at the water bus and walked us to the apartment. He even helped carry many of our bags up the 73 stairs! That was a bonus. The only downside was the construction on the stairs going to to the apartment which got us very dirty and it was also quite dangerous, as because of the construction dust, the marble stairs became very slippery (one of our group actually fell on the stairs taking our luggage out upon checkout). So, not Andreas fault at all, but that was our only complaint.

Tutto perfetto. Anche se eravamo un po' in ritardo, Marina e Giovanna ci hanno accolto e fornito tutte le informazioni utili. Il nostro soggiorno era per lavoro e quindi non abbiamo avuto molto tempo per rilassarci in casa o stare nei dintorni ma siamo stati molto bene. Comunque abbiamo apprezzato molto la comodità della casa, lo spazio, la pulizia, che tutto fosse curato nei minimi dettagli. Inoltre la gentilezza e disponibilità di Marina e Giovanna. Speriamo di tornare presto!
