Tom and Petra’s home is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The space is incredibly generous, with massive rooms, super comfy beds, and a spacious living and dining area—perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends. We especially loved the interactive speaker system and, of course, the amazing pool! It’s an ideal stay for a large group, and having the option of a third bathroom in the Pilates studio was a fantastic bonus. Tom and Petra were wonderful hosts—communicative, helpful, and always responsive. The only thing to note for future guests is that while there isn’t a sofa lounge for a 7th guest, there is a spare mattress available. That said, this place is a solid 10/10, and we’d absolutely stay again!

beautifully presented period property in a very quiet suburb of Adelaide. less than 10 minutes drive from the vibrant East end of Adelaide, and the rest of the CBD isn't far from there either. We spent the weekend relaxing in and around the pool and spa, enjoying excellent weather. The whole property was perfect for our needs, comfortable beds and furniture made the stay very relaxing.

Our group had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and use of the projector. We enjoyed the space greatly and highly recommend to all. All communication was greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us. We would love to return again.

Jessica was a great host. She answered every inquiry I had. We found her place to be so conveniently located to shops and the CBD. It allowed 8 people to live comfortably together. The pool was clean and offered great relief from the Adelaide summer. We loved being able to easily play family board games and share meals around both large tables inside and out. The carport adequately provided safe off street parking for 2 cars. Thank you Jess for allowing us to stay in your home. I would recommend this accommodation for any large group looking for a home away from home.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tracey’s place. House was lovely and great to have a pool on the hot days in March. Easy walk to shops and cafes and very accessible by Uber to city centre to enjoy the Fringe Festival and Womad.

This house became our home for the duration of our stay in all definitions of the word home! We had everything we needed and lots of space for a large family to be comfortable and relax together. Faye was so easy and friendly to talk with when needed and quick to respond. The pool was amazing during an Adelaide heatwave and used almost everyday!

Great place free of clutter. Large open area in a quiet side street. Didn’t hear any noise from the surroundings. Easy to check in and very flexible with check in times. Would come back again.

Stayed here for 5 nights while working at an expo at the showgrounds location was perfect to get to and from the show + easy access to the airport location was 2 streets from a lot of really good restaurants which was an added bonus

The house was great for our family. We were able to walk into the city and back to explore, and enough room in the place for everyone to comfortably relax. There was plenty to accomodate our needs with 2 infants.

We had a wonderful week at Vivian & Jason's place. The house was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished, and just felt like home. It is located in a lovely inner city suburb, and is only 100 metres from the Torrens, which provides quick and easy access into the city. We travel to Adelaide every January and would love to stay with Vivian and Jason again.

The place is comfortable and clean. We highlight the comfort and quality of the mattress and pillow in the bedroom. Beautifully presented and appointed property. Nice, quiet, clean and tidy. Neighbourhood is really good. Roy is a gentleman, always polite and ready to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our 35 nights stay. Thank you, Roy for your hospitality.

Had a great stay in Adelaide at Justin's place during the Tour Down Under. The place was perfect for our visit. It had everything we needed and is exactly as described and shown in the photos. We loved the location, as it's in a nice, quiet part of the city, but at the same time is walkable to everything in the centre. Would have no hesitation staying here again for our next visit. Three words about Pamela's place - location, location, location. A quiet street in beautiful North Adelaide but a very easy walk to all the attractions of the city. We were there for Writers Week and it was such a bonus to be in walking distance. The house is charming, well appointed, with comfortable beds, effective air conditioning and everything you need to self cater. Pamela responded quickly to the few small queries we had while settling in. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect place to stay with my guest from interstate while we prepared for my wedding. There was plenty of space, very clean with lots of bright natural light and air conditioning throughout, which was incredible in 38 degree Adelaide summer heat. Laundry facilities and clothes line were also a great addition. Location was fantastic, close to O'Connell Street and the city. Very easy to find, clear instructions and added security of an alarm system. Thank you for a lovely stay Julie!

We had such a lovely stay at Maria’s place. Her place was very clean and had a great vibe. Great location within walking distance to so many cafes and great coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful townhouse with lovely garden relaxed atmosphere in the complex. Very short walk to Botanic Park, ideal for Womad and the Fringe. The amenities were thoughtful arranged, lovely beddings and furnishings. Having an additional toilet downstairs was really great. 5 stars all round from our group!

Always a pleasure to stay in a brand new place with pristine appliances and finishes! This little Bowden gem feels like a 5 minute walk from everything - including the Plant 4 precinct with restaurants, bars and a well stocked IGA. The train stations were a short walk for an easy trip into the city and the area is well connected to cycle routes. As a brand new house there aren't wasn't the usual stash of pantry staples from a million previous guests, but Aloe and Nick had sorted all the basics including tea, coffee and cereal. The property is on a private lane and has a private garage which was a great feature and important as we needed to securely store our bicycles. As at February 2025 there is still a lot of construction in the area, this didn't impact us in the slightest and we didn't notice any noise over the weekend. We'd stay here again!

We loved our brief stay here and the excellently appointed and comfortably stylish space it offered. A great location within the western end of the Adelaide CBD and comfortable walking distance allowing one to immerse themselves in the city’s offerings.

It was fantastic to stay at Tom’s place. We all slept so well in comfortable beds with clean fresh bed linen. We loved having everything we needed from car garage to air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher etc to a beautiful outdoor space and large lounge area; the convenience of a full house in a peaceful neighbourhood so close to the city, wonderful .
