City of Belmont : locations de vacances

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property in Perth from December 24, 2024, to January 5, 2025. The house exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and spaciousness. Equipped with three 75-inch smart TVs, a pool table, and a spectacular backyard, it offered endless entertainment for everyone. The kitchen was large and fully equipped, which was great for our big family. The room sizes were just right, providing ample space for comfort. The location was also perfect, with a supermarket, restaurants, and a mall nearby, making everything convenient for us. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay, and we extend a heartfelt thanks to Sarah, Kate, Molly, and the entire Staycay team for making our holiday truly memorable and perfect. Hadi, Eve & family

We initially booked this house because it was centrally located to the activities we had booked for the week. The location was a bonus, but the house itself was amazing! With a big family, we were easily able to cook our meals, keep up with dishes and laundry, and the heatwave meant our clothes dried in 10 min on the clothesline. House was so comfortable with air-conditioning, bedding and a lovely bath too. The toyroom was a hit, and the kids enjoyed the luxury of going up and down stairs each day. Thanks Holly and Luke for our stay, we'd love to book again next time!

The place was serene and beautiful, it has ample car parking space and you can walk around the area with near and dear shopping places for groceries and eateries. The house is big and has a lot to offer if you are staying for a few weeks, the kitchen is neat and clean except some ants who look good parading around , the bedroom is good with a lovely cozy mattress. The bus stop is walkable to get into cbd but is better to have a car to explore around

Lynette messages us instantly with directions and how to get in. Patrick met us on arrival which was flexible. we cooked a bbq on several nights. swam in the pool daily and the bathroom was recently renovated so everythings. was good. we were close to the city and convenience store across the road or a few blocks. had a ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioner which was perfect. Lynette and Patrick looked after pool cleaning and plant watering in mornings and night. We had a private guard dog (Buddy) which was fantastic. premises totally safe and private carpark at night. When returning to Perth will rebook to stay.

Lynn's place was just what I needed for one night close to the airport. It's close to the river so I went for a walk at sunset and then again in the morning for breakfast at a cafe before check out. Lynn was friendly and I felt comfortable in her home.

Absolutely no complaints aside from only having hot water for two out of the nine days we stayed. This was not the fault of the hosts however, they had plumbers in to look at the unit as soon as they were available to come by - just an issue with a new unit. We appreciated the communication and the proactive approach to attempt to sort out the issue. Location was very accessible for getting around Perth. Jobelle was very friendly and helpful, would happily stay again if we could be ensured consistent hot water. Good hosts. Thank you!

This place was truly a great find! Location was great as it was near to Perth city and the airport. Free Parking is available as well. The house was very clean and spacious would highly recommend. The beds were very soft and similar to hotels. Overall it was a comfortable stay! Also the host was very responsive when we had any issues.

Bjay’s place is very stylish. There is so much personal touches in there that makes me and keep thinking if I got into the wrong house.The kitchen is well stocked with lots of choices. Very close to airports and shops too.
