Fantastic apartment - extremely large and spacious 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people. Location was very convenient to various Perth attractions, whether walking, driving or public transport. Only downside was the onsite car park being very small and tight, however, the staff were very helpful in locating alternative car parking arrangements. Overall, the apartment was much better than our expectations.

The host was incredibly supportive, and the house was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Great value for money!

We had a wonderful stay. Ashlea and Liam were great to deal with and helped us get familiar with the local area and a few events on at the time. Place is in a great spot, easy access to the city and some nice local shops and coffee. My wife and I enjoyed morning walk / runs along the river. Kids loved the big tv, the double bed / bunk and of course the pool and sauna, which didn't seem to get any use other than us! Loved our stay and look forward to coming again on our next visit to Perth!

Kirk’s place is in a great location to explore central Perth. So much within walking distance. Great sized place with a full kitchen & laundry which is super handy. Aircon was so needed on the hot days we experienced. Kirk is super responsive to questions.

Helles, sauberes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und einem Tiefgaragenplatz. Mit den detaillierten Anweisungen von Lyda war es kein Problem, in das Apartment zu gelangen. Zum Zentrum von Perth haben wir zu Fuß nur eine Viertelstunde gebraucht. Zum Kings Park sind wir dann doch mit dem Auto gefahren, da der Park auf einem Hügel liegt (viele Stufen) und es an diesem Tag sehr heiß war. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nicht den Verkehrslärm vom Straßendrehkreuz. Wir können das Apartment von Lyda uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything

Cosy Nook was a home away from home. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It was very clean. I was able to make my own meals using the kitchen. The TV has Netflix and there is a comfy lounge. The bathroom was very clean and there is use of a washing machine and clothes airer or dryer (which I didn’t use) The bus to the train station and shops was right across the road and free. It was also easy to walk to a local coffee shop and a little further to many shops, The Art Gallery, Museum and the train. I would be happy to stay there again. Good communication, easy access to get in by being met with the key was great. I didn’t use a car while there but there was parking. I enjoyed Perth and would visit more.

We had a wonderful time staying in Louisa’s apartment it was exactly as described and more . Perfect location right by the beach with stunning views - a great coffee just across the road and a supermarket just 5 mins walk away . We caught the train into Fremantle and Perth City centre . Louisa was a lovely responsive host and very helpful . Will definitely be returning - fingers crossed next year !!

Great spot, great facilities. Was the perfect accommodation for a working trip. Safe and secure as well and some cool cafes just around the corner behind Mineral Resources Park.

A great place with great hosts. Everything you need to feel at home. I was there in the middle of a heat wave (40s for several days) and the AC was working perfectly. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Lynne is an amazing host, very warm and welcoming and takes care of you just like her own family. Just have to be mindful of following all the house rules. Great stay and a memorable experience!

Well what an amazing stay from the moment I walked inside I knew this property was going to be something special:) Everything was immaculate and the attention to detail was out of this world! Great features everywhere you look and the master room and ensuite were amazing:) I would highly recommend to stay here if you have the opportunity, Aiden the host was very friendly and made an easy check in even after my flight was delayed and arrived late. I did not want to leave and I can’t wait to get back there for another stay:)

Our stay at Ujin’s place was absolutely incredible! It was the perfect place to start our new life in Perth. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation to the city. And there were so many great restaurants nearby! Kyle was an amazing host, making sure we felt right at home and had everything we needed during our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough! I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! She is such a kind host, always available to assist and great to talk to. The Airbnb itself is beautiful and exactly as described. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. I truly enjoyed my time.
