Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

The place is as advertised.Pleased with the responsiveness of the host.Quiet positively surprise of the amenities set in the house.Although, quiet pricey it is worth it. Pool is a great value add although we dis not use is since the purpose of our visit was not for leisure would highly recommend this place. Just a recommendation to perhaps label the pool depth for awareness.Otherwise, a great place to stay.

From the moment we arrived from Brisbane, we truly felt at home. Having stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, I can honestly say that 'our second home' in South Perth, as my daughter affectionately called it, was one of the best we’ve experienced. It was spotless—everything, from the kitchen utensils and linen to the towels, lounge, and cushions, was fresh and pristine. The location was perfect for us—close to local shops, a great cafe Halo, the river and with easy access to the ferry to Perth city. We used Uber and found the location incredibly convenient. While the bed was a bit firm for my liking, I mentioned it to Linda - a topper was delivered to our door in no time! It was clear to me that the hosts genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience, which made our stay even more special. It was a peaceful and welcoming home, and I would love to come back one day. As a mother traveling alone with my 14-year-old daughter, I felt completely safe, which is so important.

Karens house is in a beautiful area and so convenient as it’s within walking distance of cafes, supermarkets, delis etc. the house itself is very spacious, well laid out and has a great outside space and has the bonus of a pool! Karens artwork and other pictures and decorations make the house feel very special and homely and there was even a vase of flowers when we arrived. Karens communication prior to and during our stay was faultless and she went over and above expectations to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you Karen!

Where do I start ? This was such a lovely stay as it was at the end of a trip away from England with my Dad. He went back the week previous and I stayed on and wanted some luxury and a nice pool for the week.The house has such a nice homely gel to it even though I stayed on my own here and the pool was perfect to swim in and sit by in the late summer heat wave. It’s a short drive to Perth city , the airport and many other districts e.g east Victoria park and freemantle. Ryan was the perfect host and let me stay on for a good few hours in the last day as I had a later flight. I plan to come back with my family here in the future and will definitely be booking Ryan’s property for my next stay.

Great home for our extended family. We loved the indoor/outdoor flow and spacious kitchen. Bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay at 59 Balmoral! Beautiful home. Thank you. 😊

The Neighbourhood and the place is nice. can get direct bus to the city from nearby. The house was well kept and clean.

The location is convenient and getting around is a breeze. It's close to the airport. The house is exactly as described, and it's even better in person. The bedrooms are cozy, and the front and back yards have beautiful scenery. Whether you're here on a business trip or for a vacation, this place is a perfect choice.

we enjoyed our stay as the place was comfortable and plenty of space. We had everything we need in this place e.g. kitchen cutlery, washing machine, clean towels and even first aid supplies.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great coffee shops and cafes just a short walk away. The house itself was stylishly decorated and impeccably maintained. We particularly appreciated the luxurious linen and plush towels - it was a lovely touch. What really stood out to us, though, was the way this BnB felt like a home, rather than just a rental property. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into creating a warm and welcoming space. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We hope to stay here again someday!

As other reviews already say, the place is a little dated (goes hand in hand with minor random things like a tile missing off the bathroom wall), but everything was there and everything worked. Air conditioning was blissful as we arrived during a heatwave. The key lockbox meant it was no problem to arrive at 2am after a late flight. The teas and coffees were very appreciated; thank you. Also, the house was very clean. Overall, a great no-fuss option which suited what we needed exactly.

this house is beautiful and spacious. perfect for families or groups. its very close to a secure, all abilities playground, as well as shopping centres and food places. it's tucked away enough that you don't hear the traffic, but the house is very close to main roads. we enjoyed our time at this property ververy much
