Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!

Once again we stayed overnight in Arden B&B which is perfectly hosted by Sue. Sue is very kind and does everything to feel you like home. We enjoyed the talks with her very much and we are looking forward to our next stay there. :-) *****

Beautiful place, in such a pretty village, peaceful and quiet, surrounded by countryside. House was in wonderful condition, felt at home right away, so cosy. Loved the garden and the view of the house from there at sunset, and in the morning sunshine it was breathtaking. Really lovely hosts, always there to help, but also felt free to roam and had space to be alone too if you wanted. Lovely room, really comfortable bed, everything super clean. Great bathroom, with large walk in shower and bath with a nice view. One night stay felt far too short, will have to revisit one day and stay for longer. We drove 10-15 minutes to next town Elham for dinner at the King’s Arms, very cosy, great hospitality, delicious food. Lovely conversation with Peter after breakfast about travel and told us about other nice places to visit nearby. Really loved our stay!

Wycliffe is brilliantly located, close to the sea front and a short walk to the centre of town. It is very quiet, the off street parking is very handy. Our room was absolutely pristine and spacious with lovely light from the big windows. The en-suite bathroom was a little small & air extractor & flush were quite noisy, but it was totally spotless with good towels & toiletries. There’s a nice lounge and a small bar on site. We didn’t eat breakfast there but from the menus it looked like good choice including for vegetarians. Sharon was very welcoming, helpful & professional. Would happily stay again.

If you want to relax and enjoy nice gardens and a comfy, cozy place to stay its perfect. My wife and myself stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything about jan's hosting is perfect. So welcoming and pleasant. Theirs everything and more you need. Loved her dog, badger he loves you to throw his ball, he’s adorable. Your in a quiet area but not too far from beautiful places to visit. Will be staying again at some point, but for longer. Thank you.🙂

Our second fabulous stay in this extraordinary B&B in the countryside. Very tastefully decorated in a rustic eclectic style. L&R are the most welcoming and warmhearted hosts. An exceptional experience.

A beautiful home that is such a pleasant surprise when you step inside, the kitchen is the perfect space for groups to enjoy! the house is located close to the beach and about 15 mins to the train station so ideal for popping to other areas such as Margate. Hosts really responsive and made our stay easy with the detailed instructions & recommendations

Beautiful rooms in a central location in historic Rye. Well decorated and so very comfortable - a bed better than my one at home and thick soft towels in the bathroom.

Was really happy with our booking from start to finish - Jacqui was a very responsive and welcoming host - and the room was perfect & great value for our family group Lots of lovely touches around the room and the kitchen/ breakfast were great. We stayed as a base for visiting family in the area, but there are lots of great places in walking distance & suggestions for things to do I’d happily recommend and will hopefully be able to stay again another time!

We had a fantastic stay in Rye! The bedroom and bathroom were lovely, beautifully furnished and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with lots of choice! Great location - short walk from the station and from the main town. Would absolutely return!

A spacious and quiet garden suite with huge bathroom, separate dining area opening onto a private patio, and private off-road parking — perfect for our too-short stay in Deal. We slept well — the bed is supremely comfortable — and woke to a fabulous breakfast of Eggs Florentine, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Juliette was a warm and welcoming host and has obviously put a lot of thought into providing the many small touches that transform a stay into such a stellar experience. Thank you!!!

We stayed at Judith’s as we were attending a wedding at Lympne Castle. The location was perfect, just a short walk away. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the homemade jams that were available for breakfast. Thank you!

We had a lovely time and really appreciated Nick’s recommendation of a great local pub, ‘The Ship’. The Full English and fresh coffee next morning was wonderful. We would love to visit Deal again.

Celest is a wonderful host and we had a lovely stay here while visiting Kent for a wedding. We had a rare night away from the kids and she was very kindly flexible about check in time which allowed us to get ready for the wedding. Breakfast was delicious and she was very careful about my peanut allergy which made me feel very safe. Would highly recommend.

Celest welcomed us to her home and it was such a pleasant stay! Our room was clean. Linens were fresh. All amenities are provided. Breakfast was absolutely stellar with cheese board, toast, yogurt and other food we can't remember. View from the breakfast table was a cherry on top. Celest even went out of her way to lend us a walking guide book which we had followed. We were extremely happy with everything. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet holiday with a friendly host.

Such a lovely peaceful spot in the countryside. we only stayed a night as we had a nearby wedding, but would happily stay longer. Breakfast was a lovely touch also. Highly recommended

We spent a wonderful NYE at Georgina's characterful house. For our two families, with five children (mostly teenagers) and a dog between us, it was ideal. Despite the house being a big, traditional building it was cosy and warm, and we loved walking across the fields to have a pub lunch in Rye on New Year's Day. We'd come back to stay at this house again, as there was a lot more to Rye and the surrounding areas than we could cover in a three-night stay.

Excellent Host, very kind. She provided extra toys for our 1 year old. There is a huge extra "play" room with large tv, pooltable where we could enjoy some quality time with our family. The room was clean and cosy with it's own bathroom. I recommend it to everyone to stay here

Lovely place to stay, perfect for my stop whilst walking the North Downs Way. Sarah and her family made me feel incredibly welcome and I felt right at home. The house is lovely and I slept very soundly after an excellent dinner at the local pub just up the lane. Very highly recommended!
