We had an incredible stay, our hosts were exceptional, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The accommodation was pristine and cozy with daily baked goods, making us feel at home. Breakfast was brilliant, everything you could want including homemade sourdough bread, surroundings were picturesque and peaceful, can't recommend it enough!

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

This house is brilliant - very clean and beautifully furnished. As all previous guests have said Angela is a very good host - helpful beforehand and during the stay. I sent a her message to ask for the heating to be turned up and she was super quick to respond. The location is super - a short stroll to both the beach and the shops and restaurants (highly recommend Angela’s Fish restaurant) and maybe a 15 minute walk to the excellent Dreamland. The property is a great choice for an extended family getaway - with 4 good-sized double bedrooms. It’s a 5 storey house and we loved the lounge being on the first floor, to enjoy the lovely sea views. Plus, the pool table is an excellent addition!

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

Our stay at Janey and Peter’s place was perfect. The flat is comfortable and familiar. Two king beds! Bathtub, fire place. We have stayed in a number of seaside Abnb in the uk. This flat is homier and the most fairly priced. Everything is within walking distance. Water is 5 min walk. Janey and Peter are the nicest/friendliest most welcoming hosts we have met in our travels. They made our stay here like going to see family. Deal, good food and pubs lovely seaside walking path. The king street flat comfortable and convenient location. Janey and Peter best hosts. I highly recommend!

Lovely relaxing weekend at the coast out of season. Very cosy place. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of thoughtful touches and very clear and helpful instructions prior to arrival. Sunshine even came out for us too!

This is my second stay at Nikkis place and yes as before absoutly fab! This is the best place i have stayed in so will not look elsewhere when i visit again. Her place is just as photos show and in most cases even better. So many home comforsts and special treats left or made for you. The welcolme hamper is the best i have ever been left :). Everywhere is so clean and good quality... there is nothing you need to make your stay perfect. I was even lucky to have good weather so made use of the outside space too. Would recommned Nikkis place 100%' Nikki thanks again for making my visit so welcolming and as i say home from home. See you again soon X

We stayed at Ben’s just before my wedding and everything was great. It was easy to communicate with him. The place was lovely and well-equipped and it’s very close to the beach. All in all, we had a very nice time in family there, everyone was happy and I would highly recommend this place. Oh and I forgot, his cat is also very cute and friendly.

Great place, brilliant location. We had everything we needed. Host had milk and butter in the fridge for tea, coffee and crumpets. Would definitely stay again. 5⭐

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Debi has the perfect place for a get away from the city. What made it even more perfect is it is a dog friendly place! It is spotless and tidy! We had a really great time and we hope to come back again! Her place is highly recommended for any one who is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely walk from Whitstable/Tankerton Beach!

Amazing location, really in the heart of Dungerness, with a great view. The cabin was very clean, beautifully laid out and had everything we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Large private space in a stunningly tranquil location - being down a road warning "unsuitable for motors" says it all. With a wonderful breakfast hamper, complete with personal touches, and a well stocked wood pile to keep the burner going, it's difficult to think what more you could want

Antony’s place is a beautifully restored suite of rooms in a Georgian townhouse. Homely, spacious, comfortable, quiet. Welcome instructions were all clear and helpful. Antony was a kind and helpful host. Perfect place.

Peter and Janet's place is the perfect place for a couple to stay in Herne Bay - it's a lovely little apartment in a great central location minutes from the beach. The pictures didn't do justice to how nicely presented and spotlessly clean the place was, or how comfy the bed was! Peter was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated the cold drinks, wine and fruit provided, as well as all the clean towels, the toiletries, and the little Christmas touches - there was everything you need and more. We hope to return.

A great property just a short walk from the sea. The ground floor flat was beautifully taken care of and had everything we needed for a relaxing mini-break. We particularly appreciated the breakfast items, nespresso machine and prosecco, along with the very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

Niki has made a wonderful restoration of the property making it both homely and interesting. Niki is delightful company making one feel well looked after from the first contact. I shall definitely return when in the area.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicola’s place in Broadstairs to see in the new year. The town is lovely with a good and varied selection of pubs and restaurants pretty much all within 5 minutes walk. The beaches along the coast of this stretch of Kent are excellent. Along with bracing weather it cleared my new year cobwebs Nicola is a super host! Clearly takes pride in ensuring her place is comfortable and homely. The bed is very good. The shower is excellent. I quickly felt at home here. I would stay at Nicola’s place again

Excellent accommodation. The room is decorated to a top spec, well presented & has everything you need. Vivian is a great host, welcoming, friendly & helpful. With the added bonus of a breakfast it really is very good value for money. I would happily stay again & recommend.

I cannot recommend Vicki’s home enough! The space is even more beautiful than the photos, and with its own entrance it feels very private. An easy walk into town but far enough away from the hubbub to be beautifully relaxing. Vicki was an amazing host, with brilliant recommendations and a very friendly welcome. Thank you so much for hosting us, I’d recommend this room in an instant!

One of the loveliest AirBnB’s I have stayed in. The house is gorgeous, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with lovely touches, comfortable beds, perfect heating and the hosts even left us bread and milk. Super clean and clutter free. The house is on a lovely peaceful historic garden square, right in the heart of Old Margate yet very private and quiet. Everything is walkable, some brilliant bars and restaurants nearby. Hosts’ recommendations for sightseeing, food and bars were spot on. Fabulous weekend. Thank you! Would highly recommend

Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!

What a wonderful cottage to stay in! We loved it there. A beautiful house, very comfortable beds, very clean. Croissants provided for breakfast. Lovely setting with a large and secure car park space that fitted our van. Stairs to the first floor were easy to manage for 82 year old granny (wide and not too steep, good handrail, also quite short). There is one high step up into the bedroom with the two beds which was fine for us. Diane was very communicative and responded quickly. We would highly recommend Diane’s cottage, and we’ll be back on our return journey.
