Regular visitors to Deal & Walmer this was our first visit to Tobias's sea view flat. It's in a great location and very easy to park nearby. Opening the living room curtains in the morning to sit at the table with a coffee and book, looking across to the sea, is the perfect way to start the day - and while away a few hours! The flat felt very homely and had everything that we needed - preferring to venture out to local restaurants ourselves, rather than cooking - but the kitchen had everything that we needed, plus another lovely view.

Had an amazing weekend, accommodation was perfect and as described. Beautiful location, parking definitely a bonus - this won’t be our last visit!

This is a very spacious apartment compared to others in Royal Sands. The apartment itself was superbly clean, interesting decor, full of information, books and games for kids and generally a lovely, homely place. The is island in the kitchen makes a huge difference and the most smallest things have been taken into consideration (so much so, even to how far back a toilet roll holder should be in line with the toilet!). I would most definitely book this apartment again if Piers would of cours have us again!

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

We had a great stay at Theodore Cottage. Everything was beautifully clean & comfortable & it was good to have off street parking. Heidi had thoughtfully left milk & a basket of bread & cereals for us. The location was quiet & we enjoyed a peaceful cuppa on the little patio area in beautiful sunshine. We had come to see a folk gig & we were within a short drive of this. Old Leigh has charm & we enjoyed a delicious meal at the Peterboat restaurant.

Mark and Melanie are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The place is exactly as described in the listing and it is very cozy and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay. The EV charging was an added feature and very useful to us. The surrounding property is picturesque and charming. Over all we can highly recommend staying at this place to other guests! Thank you again.

A wonderful last minute short break to Rye. We found the house perfect for our needs, spot on location to amble into Rye within minutes. Really appreciate the electric car charging point and all the house guide was well laid out with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended, would definitely stay with Jasmin again!

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Beautiful massive house, moments walk from the beach. We walked home with fish and chips from the town centre and they were still hot. Car charger super handy (and included) there’s even full Sky tv (sport and movies). Can’t wait to book again, Broadstairs is lovely and the surrounding beaches are gorgeous.

Stayed at this barn house for two nights and honestly, it was just what I needed. Super quiet, peaceful, and a great spot to escape all the usual noise. The wood-burning hot tub was such a nice bonus—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host, Tim was great too—really helpful and quick to respond to any questions. If you’re after a chill countryside getaway, this place totally hits the mark.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

This is my second stay at Nikkis place and yes as before absoutly fab! This is the best place i have stayed in so will not look elsewhere when i visit again. Her place is just as photos show and in most cases even better. So many home comforsts and special treats left or made for you. The welcolme hamper is the best i have ever been left :). Everywhere is so clean and good quality... there is nothing you need to make your stay perfect. I was even lucky to have good weather so made use of the outside space too. Would recommned Nikkis place 100%' Nikki thanks again for making my visit so welcolming and as i say home from home. See you again soon X

The host was very friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and lots to do very locally. Would definitely recommend and return!

We rang in the New Year at Vivien’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s truly stunning and was a wonderful home base for our group of 11. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and we loved the main living area. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and cafes. We’d love to come back some day.

We stayed at the house with four adults and five children. We found the house to be exactly what we needed. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery, pots and dishes, towels and toilet paper available. The house was clean and we felt comfortable straight away. It was very well heated. The small children enjoyed playing with the Duplo and Schleich figurines.

Marion has gone above and beyond to make your stay the best possible everything is clean and there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay having a private garden made a big plus to our stay Marion was always on hand if we needed anything but our stay was private and peaceful there are two pubs in the village and a village shop for coffee and cake we will definitely be back to stay soon this is the best air bnb we have stayed in thank you marion

I recommend this place to all it’s such a lovely clean house and it smells fabulous also In a great location I love this house !!!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

It was the perfect place to stay for us so beautifully done & clean, had everything we needed there & great location! Dorjah was very friendly and responsive on messages. Couldn’t fault at all, was perfect for us.

Tara is an amazing and considerate host. The location is perfect and central to Canterbury with a great place to park your car. Tara left us some breakfast assortments as we were staying for more than 2 nights and took the time to check in with us and offer any support in case we needed it. She has been the best host I have experienced so far and she cares about her guests. Would absolutely stay again. Am thinking about taking my mum! Thank you Tara.

I stayed for three weeks whilst my own home was being renovated, it really was like a home from home. Comfortable, quiet and clean with everything I needed. The hosts were friendly and responded immediately when I messaged, I had an issue with the Internet one evening and they quickly helped me fix it with no other issues arising. The home is very well presented with an extremely comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Easy to check in and out and having parking available was great.
