We had a lot of fun in Margate on the beach, arcade, caves, shell grotto. Great kids entertainment with frequent pit stops at superb cafes and restaurants. Everything we wanted was less than 10 minutes walk from Peter’s house. Cosy, clean house. Well equipped kitchen.

Perfect stay - we used as overnight stop before getting le shuttle. Able to provide a travel cot and bedding for us, plus high chair and some toddler books / jigsaws - always a winner after a long journey. Self check in but we did bump into Barry who was v helpful & friendly. Lovely breakfast left for us, WiFi all good. 5 min drive to harbour with lovely food options around harbour wall. Great overnight trip - highly recommend.

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

It’s not often that you find exactly what your looking for, but this time we were lucky. Vivienne made our stay absolutely amazing, warm, friendly, lovely countryside and above all she cares….. about her guests, the environment and that you just have the most relaxing time. The stable was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed and made us and our dogs very welcome. We would return in a heartbeat, just perfect THANKYOU!

We loved our stay at Penella's place and would definitely use it again. We went in order to visit Rye which is beautiful but busy, and Penella's place is incredibly peaceful with the real benefit of onsite parking. There are amazing views and we particularly enjoyed watching some beautiful sunrises from bed! The Plough (a 5 minute walk) does delicious food and our top tip for Rye is the Kino independent cinema. It shows recent film releases viewed from arm chair seating with a stylish cafe/ bar as well.

Had a fantastic stay at Robin’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. Robin is a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and made my trip even better. Highly recommend!

A very warm welcome from Aileen. Accommodation was spotless and had a lovely outlook over the garden. Our dog was allowed to roam freely in the hosts garden and he had ample space to explore. The coast was a short drive away and we loved how the accommodation was within easy reach of some beautiful bays and seaside resorts. We loved our stay here...5 star from us. Just book it!

Wayne’s place is perfect for unwinding and recharging in a warm, comfortable and relaxing space, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Loved sitting out on the deck watching the sun go down and stargazing. Already looking forward to going back!

James was a fantastic host, greeted us on the first day and left us to it. Super friendly and made us feel right at home. The place itself is beautiful and comfortable with lovely surroundings. Definitely recommend for a short getaway!

Anne’s cabin is absolutely perfect for a trip to Whitstable and Tankerton - spotless, cozy, and in a brilliant location. Her communication was exceptional, going above and beyond, and the homemade cake she left was such a thoughtful touch. 10/10, will definitely book again!

Great Knell Cabin was an absolutely stunning and exactly as described! The trip was tranquil and a peaceful getaway from the busyness of London! Rose was always extremely helpful and provided clear instructions so that everything during our stay was effortless. We really did appreciate all the extra amenities when it came to cooking such as spices and utensils etc. The BBQ and fire pit setup was really appreciated and a lovely addition too! We enjoyed our entire stay, simply the quiet of the cabin and surroundings areas whether to go for a walk or relax inside :)

Had a lovely welcome from Caroline amd the dogs .The accommodation was just perfect for us with everything you could need .Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Two roomy bedrooms and comfy chairs in both .Lovely views from the back of the property with chairs ,table and parasol. Didn't use the Tvs but 1 in each bedroom. We visted Faversham about 15 minute drive and Whitstable about 30 minute drive during our stay .Highly recommend both .We didn't try the local pub but its a short walk away ,though maybe take a torch if returning at night .Can't wait to go back. Perfect for our needs. We only needed a 1 night stay close to Gusbourne vineyard for lunch there, this was perfect. Jo was very kind and helpful and made sure we got to the vineyard, we walked back to Appledore in beautiful sunshine. It's also worth mentioning the Black Lion pub, went there in the evening and had a great and reasonably priced meal.

We have just returned from another fabulous stay at Debbie's place in rural Kent, this is our second visit in the past six months. The accommodation was once again outstanding and is still the best AIRBNB that we have stayed in. The place was spotlessly clean and really well equipped, with a real feeling of luxury in both the furniture and decorations. The location is brilliant, very peaceful with beautiful surroundings, the garden area is huge, which added to the sense of space, tranquillity and privacy. Once again, the welcome pack, including bread, milk, jam, home-made lemon curd, cereal, water, biscuits, was really appreciated and also extremely useful after our long drive from Yorkshire. Debbie and Lou are perfect hosts and they seemed to have thought of everything, for us to enjoy a perfect stay, the recommendations for local places to visit and eat were great. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Had a great stay here, was very easy to find and was given clear instructions on how to check in. The beds were very comfy and there was some board games for us to play which was a nice touch. Note that there is no oven however this is clearly stated on the description so we were aware of this and there is a small air fryer instead which was great. There was also cleaning products, washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc all provided which was very helpful and plenty of towels provided as well. Would definitely recommend staying here, Edward was a very nice and friendly host!

A fantastic stay in a beautiful home set in a stunning location! Neil and Jenny went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even kindly providing us with additional cooking equipment when needed. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at Sonia and Steve’s beautiful barn. Set in a peaceful location, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The barn was spotless, and we were welcomed with lovely touches like fresh bread, butter, milk, and marmalade, along with coffee and tea. Sonia and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We visited with our dogs and loved that we could go on stunning walks right from the barn, no need to drive anywhere. Evenings were spent playing games while listening to the fire crackling in the wood-burning stove, which made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also took a trip to Smarden and stopped by the local shop, where we found everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

Zara is an amazing host, who I couldn’t recommend more highly. The property was really tidy and very comfortable - if you’re looking for a place in the Rolvenden area, this is the place to stay

The Pump House Annexe cottage is the perfect place to stay to get away from everything. The location is nicely quiet and secluded, the views are fabulous, and the cottage itself is wonderful. The nearby towns are easily accessed by car. Tina was the perfect host and had thought of everything you might need for a beautifully relaxing stay. The cream tea was a lovely way to welcome us, along with the other essentials provided by Tina. I cannot recommend the Pump House highly enough. We would not hesitate to book again. What an ideal weekend for a lovely get away! I treated my partner and our kids to this for Mother’s Day and it was such a treat. The surrounding is beautiful. We woke up to deer walking across the surroundings and lovely peaceful noises around us. Anna and her partner were great and communicated very well… they made us feel very much at ease! I’d recommend this for families… our little one was blown away at the selection of toys in the lounge and bedroom! He was a very happy little chappy!!

Really peaceful place with beautiful views of lake & surrounded by nature Nice local pub & near enough to beaches Nice place to relax read a book or get on the lake to try & catch a Carp or kayak & have fun ! Would go back again Shawn & Sam were very friendly nice people !! Also a bonus they are dog friendly

Had a great time staying for Christmas Eve (son's 16th) and Christmas the four of us. Loved the view, cosy nature of the wood burner and opportunity to walk/run the coastline to Herne Bay and Whitstable. It was a mini escape perfect for the family. Would totally re-book!
