Berlinda was a delightful host. She made me feel welcome and often checked in regarding my comfort. Berlinda's place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after a day of sailing.

I love traveling and staying in a room at someone's home, just like Glenn’s. His house was impeccably clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything was provided, from body soap and shampoo to even an adapter for my electronic devices. We had some great conversations, and Glenn gave me a few recommendations, including an absolutely charming café not far from his place, where I went to eat and get some work done. He even gave me a ride to the boat I needed to catch. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and for sharing your beautiful home. I truly hope to return someday!

Das Apartment hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Es liegt ca. 600m vom traumhaften Strand entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ungefähr ebenso weit entfernt. Die Anbindung in das CBD und nach Freo sind großartig. Der Innenhof des Apartments und auch das Wohnzimmer sind besonders gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden: Tee, Gewürze aber auch Bügeleisen, Duschgel etc. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Danke 😊

We loved our stay here! The location was fantastic, right near the beach which was within a comfortable walking distance and so were shops, cafes, bars etc. It’s in a peaceful residential neighborhood but offers complete privacy! The house was clean, comfortable, homely and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a godsend to use in the heat of summer! There was just the one bathroom but there were additionally two outside showers. Tania was very helpful, friendly and responsive to any of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend a stay here to anyone else! Thanks Tania.

Nathan ist ein absolut cooler und entspannter Eigentümer,er wird dir nicht nur über die Unterkunft erzählen ,sondern auch wie man am besten in Perth herumkommt etc . außerdem hat er eine echt nette Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren preis. Wer ein Auto oder Moped hat ist auch mit der Lage absolut bedient nur als Gäste zu Fuß kann es manchmal anstrengend sein etwas zu unternehmen ,jedoch sagt dies nichts über Nathan und seine Angebote aus . weiterführend gab es Verständnis für eigene Makel und es wurde immer höflich wenn nötig appelliert an bestimmte Sachen die verbessert werden sollten. Als letztes will ich noch sagen dass ich jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen kann wenn man denn auch die Betten füllen kann, man kommt absolut auf seine Kosten und manchmal wird man sogar mal mit einem netten kalten Getränk von Nathan belohnt . Würde wieder dahin gehen wenn ich erneut nach Perth fahren würde. Danke nathan !

This place is in the most perfect location, walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home itself is stunning, and it was fun to see other beautiful homes in the area. We were very comfortable; split cycle aircon was perfect and quiet, we could wash and dry clothes easily, cook and the best bit for our vacay schedule...a dishwasher. Brooke, her family and puppy were a lovely people. She has provided a very well-equipped home. Two things to note for your choice: the entry/ main living area has no window coverings, which surprised us. The plants mostly block the view, but if you want more security of your laptop etc, or more privacy at night when the lights are on, this is something to consider. Perhaps a sheer curtain to assist with privacy and security would be ideal. The other is the water pump is pretty loud, so don't be surprised. I recommend you don't schedule a nap whilst running the washing machine :P Great home to return to.

Katie was great... She's warm and friendly, she responds to my questions quickly. Her place was lovely. It's clean, quiet and is everything we needed. I highly recommend the place and would stay again if looking for a spot. The garage was awesome, my car was safe and secure to park inside. 5 stars all the way!!! ☺️☺️☺️

Really good location next to the CBD. Walking distance to ferries and great restaurants. All amenities were great, and lots of information available for local attractions and transport!

Liz and Chris were wonderful, kind and considerate hosts. I stayed here for a month and really enjoyed both the accommodation and location. It’s close to shops, a wide variety of restaurants and the bus to the cbd is a very short walk and they have a lovely little dog to give you a welcome on arrival. The bed was comfortable and the accommodation had all the amenities you need. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Such a wonderful little unit. Ideal for my daughter, partner and I to stay at, as it was close to the venue that we needed to attand for the 3 days. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Lovely area with not much traffic or foot traffic. Igor was a wonderful host, with clear instructions and speedy replies to all messages.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for me being so close to work. Amy and Ian were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay there again.

If you’re in need of a peaceful, relaxing break, look no further! We had an amazing time staying here, close to nature & great for bird watching. The fresh water pool is a bonus! Beautiful walking trails & views. The special breakfast is a must, best bowls we ever had :) Lovely family, very hospitable & caring. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely room with a small kitchen and bath. the room is honestly pretty spacious and luxurious - like a well furnished apartment. Very beautiful home with a pool. Michelle is very friendly and always smiling. Although shes there, she doesn't come intrude on you and give you the space and privacy, but she's happy to greet and chat if you decide to walk up to her.

Pete and Julia's place was beautifully located in the hills, only a short drive to the airport and about 30 minutes from the city. The nearby town of Kalamunda had lovely restaurants (Embers Italian was our pick), a farmer's market, walking tracks, and plenty of places to shop for supplies. The house was lovely, tastefully decorated, and the pool and private gardens a welcome bonus. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the hubbub of the city.

Garry was an amazing host, always happy to help with anything I ever needed and always ready for a pleasant chat. Garry’s house is sparkling clean and a beautiful space. I highly recommend staying here if it’s available

Nice place to stay when visiting Kalamunda. Julia cooked a delicious breakfast which we enjoyed while observing the local wildlife.
