Booked this for my step mother to be close to Fiona Stanley Hospital while my dad was admitted for surgery. She said Sandy was very lovely and welcoming and the room was exactly what she needed.

Shirley and Fab’s place was fantastic! The house is stunning and absolutely spotless. They are both friendly and kind and great hosts. They have everything you need and you have so much space to yourself. The house is also in a a great location; you can walk to the shops or there is a bus stop a few minutes away to go further out if you want.

It’s a Great Place, Peaceful and Quite and Nice and also very close to Cockburn Central Supermarket and all other Amenities

It’s a wonderful house for staying during the travel. Scott and Sammantha had given a big warm welcome to us. They have prepared the room very well for us. Definitely recommend to those who are ready to travel nearby to stay here as their check point. Thanks so much for the fried chicken ;)

Rickie & Reagan has been a wonderful host for my parents during their stay & visit over in Perth. They are very friendly to our family and very helpful in assisting us while in their accomodation. Greatly recommended, especially for those looking a very serene and peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city. Their accomodation sits on apparently new residential area, which is a plus benefit for us.

Laura was very friendly and responsive. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is very close to lots of great walking paths and close to the freeway / canning hwy but not loud. The vacuum wasn't working and needed to be declogged and vacuumed by me but not too much of an issue.

The location is perfect for exploring Perth. The bus stop is only a few minutes walking, which takes you straight to the city center, Fremantle and other popular destinations. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and there is a nice place outside to sit as well. The host, Grace, was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. The aircon is also a big plus for the heat!

Very complete amenities that you will need. Beds are comfortable to sleep in, unit is very clean. A secure car garage is available but note that big car doesn't fit inside (I was diring a Nissan Patrol) - however, there is still plenty of space at the driveway to park the car without blocking other units.

Beautiful place, very quiet yet close to beach & local restaurants/amenities. Secure parking & visitor parking (handy for us as we were visiting our son). Host very welcoming and responsive. Apartment lovely has everything you need and more, was very cosy on an evening. Garden & hot tub was gorgeous too! Welcome gifts on arrival snacks & wine! Overall a hidden gem would definitely stay again & recommend to others. Thank you Neil & Anita for a fabulous stay!

Locations great with a walking distance to Belmont Forum as well as an equidistant travel to places of attractions such as Swan Valley and Fremantle. Peaceful estate, however was slightly disappointed that the previous tenant may have missed out leaving the bins out for collection, all bins were full before we left. Thanks to Krishia for permitting us to leave our trash bags by the porch due to the filled bins.
