City of Cockburn : locations de vacances avec suite privative

Karen and Terry's place felt like a home away from home! It suited our needs perfectly, was spotless, had everything we needed, and is close by to all the great sites of Perth. The little touches of milk, eggs, butter and bread for our first morning were very appreciated! Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and bathroom, and we were even allocated a parking spot on the driveway! You're just a short stroll away from a beautiful walk along the river, and a great cafe that serves delicious coffee. It was nice to have Karen and Terry close by, but we honestly didn't even know they were home when we were. The house and area are really quiet. We will definitely keep this one on our list when we return to Perth next time. Thanks for a great stay 😊

I had a wonderful experience at Annette's place! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Annette was incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips. Lovely weeks stay ideal location for relatives in Mount Hawthorn, walkable to shops and cafes. We recommend breakfast at Gingas! Heatwave when we arrived so very grateful for air con! Place had everything we needed and a lovely shaded verandah to sit on. Thanks Cecilia

Lovely private accommodation situated within walking distance of the town. Lorraine introduced herself to us and also left a folder with lots of information and recommendations for the area. Accommodation bigger than expected. Would recommend.

Wir waren zu Besuch bei Freunden in Perth. Um uns etwas vom Trubel der Stadt auszuruhen hatten wir eine ruhige Unterkunft in den Hills gesucht. Wir waren beeindruckt vom atemberaubenden Anwesen von Sally und Ihrer Familie. Es war ein Traum die Ruhe in mitten der Natur zu genießen und bei ausgiebigen Spaziergängen die großzügige Gartenanlage zu erkunden. Sally und Ihre Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit, herzlich, offen und trotzdem respektvoll gegenüber unserer Privatsphäre. Der riesige Pool ganz für uns allein und die Zeit für uns haben wir wirklich genossen. Danke für die schönen Tage und bis bald.

An absolutely beautiful little cottage! My second time staying there with many more to come- I love the vintage touch of the stained glass windows & tile fireplace. The location is amazing with just a short walk into the CBD, but still isolated enough to escape the bustle of the city. Kerry was an amazing host! Very understanding and considerate of her guests- can’t wait to go back!!

We had a great 10 days at Tim and Fiona’s private guest house within their home. Tim and Fiona were incredibly friendly and available to help as needed. The space was very cosy and private, loved the private courtyard - morning sun and beautiful evening sunsets. Great location for outdoor walks, golf, tennis, days in the many surrounding parks and trips to the beach. Lots of fab cafes nearby.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area with absolutely stunning views. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. We loved the personal touches such as breakfast provisions and robes in the bathroom! Diane and Alan are a lovely couple, so helpful and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and every second of our stay in their lovely home.

We loved Peter's place. It had lovely decor and very well equipped with everything you need. The added bonus of use of the pool was very welcome as well after a long day travelling. We highly recommend staying here.

We have returned for several long stays and always get a great welcome . Natalie ensures everything is in order , and continues to make improvements. We loved the new outdoor seating and large table which was perfect when family came over . Thank you for everything we will definitely be back !

A nice small house to have to yourself near the University of WA. Very comfy bed, very tidy and your own lounge area to relax. Highly recommended.

We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you’d need for a relaxing getaway. We loved being able to walk straight into town, the museum and art galleries are only a 20 minute walk away. The park opposite is super peaceful. Debbie was a wonderful host, she came to greet us, gave us helpful recommendations and even kindly supplied lactose free milk and butter for us on arrival as well as bread, cereals, coffee and tea! Having some things for breakfast was great for getting out early to explore everyday. Loved it and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Wenz And Ron’s place. House was perfect for our family. Excellent communication from host and made sure we were comfortable.

After finding the premises we were pleasantly with easy walking access to beaches and close to some great eateries and small shopping mall with restaurant, pub,greengrocer , supermarket and a great Thai massage salon. We would definitely come back and stay here again Thankyou Kristine

We had a great stay. Host was warm and welcoming as well as the bar staff especially Lu. Room and shared bathroom were clean. Great location. Food was a great bonus being able to use our vouchers each day. Thanks!

Definitely a hidden germ for the stay at Perth but I would advise to get your own vehicle if were to stay at this location as the public transport may not be so easily accessible and quite a distance to the Perth CBD. Lovely spotless home with the centralised air-conditioning system and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Had a great time staying there with our own private entrance and all just like the photos shown. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Great location. Close to bus stops and railway station. Short walk to the beach. Good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean, tidy and well equipped. Friendly hosts.

We enjoyed our stay at Alana’s place which was in a good location although we did need a car to get around. The property had everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the outside patio.

Louisa’s place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with local walks and attractions close by, the beach only a couple of minutes walk away, and the markets and lots of lovely restaurants within an approx 30 minute walk. Thanks Louisa!

Patti And Marty have a wonderful property. Their property was nicer than many 5 star resorts in stayed at during my trip. They are both wonderful people, I feel like I made some new friends. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Cherry & Scott’s AirBNB. It was a great location, clean with all the amenities we needed - great little kitchen and fast cycle washing machine. Clean and beautifully styled. Cherry & Scott we’re super responsive and friendly, loaning us a snorkel, mask & fun set with ease and a friendly chat. Highly recommended.

午後9時30分頃に空港を出て、レンタカーを運転し、ハウスに到着したのは午後10時30分頃でした。私たちは疲れていましたが、ハウスへの入室方法は簡潔で、そして何より部屋は清潔ですべてが整理整頓されていたので、私たちはすぐに就寝することができました。 バルコニーからの眺望は、写真で知らされているとおりで素晴らしく、私たちはほぼ毎日バルコニーで朝食をとりました。Ardorossは、Perthの中で最も洗練された高級住宅街であり、ハウスの前の通りは平穏が保たれています。 キッチン用具は完備され、どれも清潔です。私たちは快適に過ごすために、清潔さを何より重視していますが、この点で、このハウスは私たちの期待以上でした。 私はおよそ2週間の滞在の中で、たびたび仕事もしました。たまにWifiが不安定になることもありますが、大きな支障はありませんでした。 私の意見として、特に日本から家族旅行で訪れる人々に、強くこのハウスを推奨したいと思います。滞在中レンタカーさえあれば、最高のバケーションになると思います。
