Second stay here. Lovely flat in great location with views across the beach from the living room and convenient for centre of Walton. Flat was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay accommodation is spotless , very comfortable beds lots of beautiful little touches all around the view is lovely over the nature reserve , looking forward to returning

We had such a great day at the beach hut. Everything was just as John had described and it was a wonderful space for our family to use. Would absolutely book again!

Beautiful late summers day by the sea. Third row was great for us, as it felt quite private. Spent all day on the decking enjoying the sea views. We had a great time and hope to be back.

Really great location for the beach: right next to a set of steps down and also near a water tap for teas/ foot cleaning. Was a little difficult to clean up at the end of the day, so recommend you clean your feet off before tramping sand in when using: we didn’t so took a while for us to sweep/mop.

Beautiful property and Karen's little touches of having the heating on ready for when you arrive, welcome basket in the kitchen and towels at the ready in the bathroom were so lovely. Plus the little corner in the living room with some toys and a dolls house was amazing. Our 3 year old loved playing with these the whole stay. For those that prefer a shower rather than a soak in the bath. The shower was great and with a standard shower head and a rainfall shower head too. The pressure and temperature were spot on as well. Would recommend staying to anyone including those with young families too. Thank you again Karen for such a lovely stay.

We were visiting family for the weekend and this static caravan was just the ideal place to stay. So close to all amenities, quiet, very close to the beach - but above all clean! The bedding was amazing - fresh clean white linen- better than some hotels! Paul was very responsive with messages and arrangements with check in before we arrived. We’ve had the best time and hope to visit again soon. Thanks so much for having us.

Firstly Hannah was very personable and very prompt with her answers to any questions I had. The place was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Great care had been taken to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend staying at this residence and Hannah is an amazing host.

We had a great stay! Spontaneous trip and Rohan was very attentive, nice looking caravan site great position right on the beach! Accommodation, spacious, clean and fresh. Looking forward to our next visit!

Edna was amazing host. She decorated caravan for my daughter birthday 🥳 she also came over and get some sweets for kids. It’s was so nice. Caravan was super clean and location was amazing. Highly recommended

Caravan is comfy spacious and clean. Walking distance from the beach. A little bit muddy just outside when we went in March, but there is a mat and boot rack in place just inside the door. The caravan heated up really quickly.

The home was lively, very clean and a beautiful hime from home. My kids lived it there and enjoyed the great collection of kids films and books avaliable. The beds were very comfortable and my kids actually slept which is saying something as they dont normally sleep :) Tracy was lovely with great communication, she messaged kniwing it was going to be a cold week saying to leave the heating on so we didnt get chilly which i thought was truely lovely for her to reach out like that. 100% recommend and will be looking to stay again :) thankyou

We had a wonderful stay in the caravan. It was cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including games, tv, and all the dishes and appliances we could possibly need. Hazel went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Caravan was exactly as described, nice and clean and well located to explore Clacton and Colchester

A great place to stay. Clean, comfy with a Dog friendly and secure garden, Close to a dog friendly beach . would highly recommend.

Melanie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive and provided lovely homemade baked goods, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini pool table was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach and town with good pubs, eateries and shops.

Cosy hut in the back garden of house in a quiet residential area. Everything required was present.

Even more beautiful than imaged - exceeded all our expectations! Lee is an amazing host who is very hand-on. Excellent communication. Would 1000% recommend. 5 stars all round!

The bakehouse was a great, we had wonderful time the house have everything that you need to feel comfortable and everything it’s 5 min less walking distance. Great place and host . Definitely recommendable

From outside the accommodation appears small but it seems to be bigger once you enter! Perfect for the two of us. This is probably the cleanest Airb&b we have used and has everything you need for a stay. The only issue we had was with the TV (our fault) and Victoria came over and sorted it for us.

What a lovely little cottage with a beautiful view!! We went with our 1 year old twins for a mini moon and had the best time. Rowland was a great host, he sent clear instructions on check in / tide times etc, good communication and gave lots of recommendations for local places to eat / drink etc This is located next to a pub with really good food and an amazing pizza place we ate in along with lots of other good fish restaurants with a short walk to the high street. West mersea is small but with everything you need and relaxing vibe. We took the kids in Colchester one day to a pool and isn’t too far away. We would 100% recommend and would love to visit again. Thank you!!
